"The front desk staff were very friendly; on our first day, the receptionist even escorted us to the elevator. The room had a great view, and it will be even better once the construction on this side of the bridge is finished. The latex pillows ensured a good night's sleep every night, and breakfast was abundant. The downsides are that the room wasn't very well-ventilated and had a slight odor, and the air conditioning wasn't very strong. For a short holiday stay, this place offers excellent value for money. Overall, I'm satisfied."

"This is primarily a business-oriented hotel, and its overall design aligns well with modern aesthetics. The location is excellent, right next to the train station. While it doesn't have a vast array of parent-child facilities, it does offer 'train-view rooms' that boys particularly love. The underground parking garage has plenty of spaces, and the surrounding area is well-equipped. There are many dining options in the commercial complex across the street, and it's convenient for visiting several major attractions nearby, making it suitable for a family of three needing a brief stopover. The rooms have a smart system, are spacious and tidy, and match the pictures online. The high-floor views are great, and all the housekeeping staff are very enthusiastic and quick to deliver requests. The swimming pool is open until 10 PM, clean, hygienic, and has a good environment with separate fast and slow lanes, as well as a small children's pool. The staff are sincere, responsible, and helpful, actively guiding the way. The hotel management places a high emphasis on guest privacy, which is excellent! There's room for improvement with breakfast. Whether for business travelers or families, guests hope to feel at home at the hotel. If your hotel primarily caters to Chinese tourists, then the proportion of Chinese hot stir-fries needs to be increased. The selection of dishes isn't extensive, and while replenishment speed did improve after feedback, the overall response to large crowds during Golden Week urgently needs strengthening. Also, a huge thank you to Mr. Gordon for his help during our stay. He listened patiently to our needs and responded quickly, significantly enhancing our overall experience. We are quite satisfied with the hotel's overall service, environment, and facilities, which largely meet Hilton's consistent quality. Regarding Ms. Wu H.H. from the catering department: after a 'small incident' on our first day in the restaurant, I encountered you several times. A smile is fundamental to service. The other greeter in the grey uniform had a welcoming smile, a stark contrast to your serious and indifferent tone, which was disheartening. Even a professional fake smile would have been appreciated. Over two days, it felt like the several restaurant managers in black uniforms were generally less friendly than the waitstaff in grey uniforms. Guests can sense the goodwill exuded by service industry professionals, and similarly, they can also pick up on signals of being overwhelmed and anxious due to large crowds. While it's correct to strictly adhere to every rule and regulation, it's clear there isn't enough experience and composure to handle the crucial role of restaurant reception. Breakfast is a critical part of the hotel stay that reflects its standards, and it's the start of a new day when guests re-evaluate the hotel. I hope that one individual doesn't ruin a guest's good mood for the day and undo the efforts of other colleagues."

"Large-scale online games, 3A single machine full frame can not be dropped, the delay is very low, the key mouse headphones are professional e-sports models, and the operation feels full. The room was cleaned very clean, the desktop, host, bathroom had no dust and water stains, the sheets and quilt cover were all new replacements, and there was no smell of smoke at all. The e-sports chair is supported in place, and the waist is not sour for one night; the sound insulation is very good, the movement next door is almost inaudible, and the whole night is completely unconcerned to disturb others. The bed is very big, you can rest after playing the game, the front desk service is intimate, free mineral water is sent, and the equipment is faulty and call for a few minutes to deal with it. The convenience store of the restaurant downstairs is all available, convenient to travel, cost-effective per capita, has been recommended to the teammates, the next party will lock this directly!"

"First, let me clarify that the one-star service rating isn't for the staff; on the contrary, all the staff were excellent, from the booking butler to the pick-up and drop-off personnel to the housekeeping staff. The one-star rating is for the hotel's activities. As a five-star hotel aiming to provide excellent family-friendly activities, the National Day holiday activities turned out to be half-hearted. While the hot weather certainly played a role, shouldn't the hotel have considered this factor when planning the activities? The activity list seemed extensive, but very few were actually available to experience in the sweltering heat. Finally, when the weather cooled down a bit in the evening, we went to participate in activities, but the market only had four stalls, the music festival had to make way for company team-building activities, and the iron flower performance was completely unavailable—it was all rather disappointing. As a parent who was drawn to the hotel by the activities, I was truly disappointed. With such a beautiful natural and cultural environment, the experience was completely ruined… Shouldn't the hotel management reflect on this? The only highlight of this two-day, one-night stay was the travel photography service. The photographer was excellent, and combined with the great environment, the final photos were very good."
