The robot also delivered drinking water at any time. When the weather forecast said it would rain, they sent an umbrella and let us choose the color of the umbrella ourselves, which was very warm.
The room layout is reasonable, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet, and the bath is separated, and it is very large. There is a special cloakroom and a stool to sit down and change clothes.
The restaurant on the second floor tastes good. If there is no room in the private room, it will be delivered to the room for free, with large quantity and high quality!
The river of Zhen'an is at the door, and you can walk around for several kilometers. The greenway on both sides of the river is both standardized and cultural. "The hotel reception is on the 4th floor, and guest rooms are on floors 5-10. There are practically no parking spaces in front of the hotel (only a handful), and getting in and out is inconvenient. Before booking, I contacted the hotel to ask about parking availability, and they replied that it wasn't a problem. However, upon arrival, I discovered how scarce parking was. I contacted the hotel again, and they told me about the underground parking lot 300 meters away, but I could only park in the hotel's designated parking spaces. The hotel security guard said there should be four spaces left, and after searching for a while, I finally found the last one – very lucky, but the space was quite narrow. Most guests were driving and were concerned about parking; the front desk seemed to be constantly dealing with related issues. The hotel rooms are small and cramped. The facilities are rather outdated; the hand soap dispenser was non-dispensable, and only disposable towels and bath towels were provided. There is no telephone; you need to add the front desk on WeChat for any issues. They said the hotel only has one floor attendant, so service is relatively slow. There's a bottle of mineral water in the room for a fee, requiring a 100 yuan deposit, even though I had already paid for the room. However, the service attitude was quite good."

Generally, the waiters and front desk staff are older, and the attitude may be related to age. Living on the fourth floor with a rooftop, when some guests were eating and drinking on the rooftop at around 11 o'clock in the evening, the children were shouting in the corridor. When the adults returned to the room after eating at 11 o'clock, they also talked and laughed loudly. They are a group of people with no quality. They think they are superior when they go out to travel, and they don't pay attention to their personal quality. The hotel's hygiene and environment are not bad. There are not many types of breakfast, but it is enough and has its own characteristics."

"Stayed here for a day and the overall experience was quite good. But the most important thing that made me want to write a review was Sister Zhou and Xiao Jia in the hotel.
From entering the door to entering and leaving every day, they have always been smiling, and they will help when they have any needs, and the response is particularly fast. The most impressive thing is that I came back at night, and the sky suddenly became cold. I said ”so cold” at the front desk. After a while, Sister Zhou and Xiao Jia brought a pot of warm tea and said to drink some warm body. I really felt very warm at that moment, not that kind of customer service, but taking care of you as a friend.
To be honest, no matter how good a hotel hardware is, it is better to have a few people who are really good to the guests. There are employees such as Sister Zhou and Xiao Jia, which is really a blessing for this company. It is recommended that the leaders see this review and reward them separately, it is worth it!
I will stay here next time, and thank them for me."
