The room was spacious and clean, quiet and away from the road, and offered a wooden tub for foot baths. Since we booked a family room, there were also dinosaur plush toys, a small tent, and darts for the kids. The location was also excellent, close to several shopping malls, including the Vanward 1939 shopping mall and a food street. The front desk responded promptly to any issues, and they even used a robot to deliver things, which was very convenient. Finally, I must mention the receptionist; besides being a great worker, she was kind, beautiful, and very responsible. Because I needed to take a lunch break for exams, she agreed to a free late check-out, and when I left my tablet pen in the room, she called me several times and even mailed it home for me. She was incredibly kind!! This was truly a wonderful stay.

The quality of toiletries is very good, the shampoo shower gel smells good, the pajamas are individually packaged to be reassuring, mute earplugs, disposable coffee cups, sound-quality speakers, fast-drying hair dryers, delicious Atour tea, iced drinks in the refrigerator, The door handles and intimate elevator location guidelines in the elevator room, etc., all make people feel the hotel's intentions and pursuit of quality. I slept until I woke up naturally. I had planted grass on Atour's pillows and wanted to change the pillows at home. Great little hotel in a terrible location. The hotel is in a now dead pedestrian shopping area that is under reconstruction. No escalator working, entering through the parking garage in the dark to take the elevator up. When I left even that access was blocked by trucks and steel. Horrible. Not a safe location and was one of the few times in China I have felt uncomfortable as a solo female traveler.  The room was lovely and very quiet. Good laundry facilities, comfortable bed, coffee available. The staff was nice. For now, however, this place is not recommended. Maybe when the construction is finished along the river.

The hotel's service, environment, and hygiene are impeccable, truly befitting a four-star establishment. Upon check-in, we were offered welcome tea, and in the evening, we found fruit and a Year of the Horse toy in our room. The location is also excellent, not far from Huashang, and close to Zigong's famous Changsheng Noodles. My only minor complaint would be that the hotel is situated at a crossroads with heavy traffic, which can be a bit noisy in the mornings and evenings. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and would definitely stay at Yingxiang again if I return to Zigong.

The location is impeccable, a 5-minute walk from the popular bridge and conveniently connected to the high-speed rail and the Lantern Festival shuttle bus. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Zigong for the Lantern Festival!
