My kid's school was on spring break, so we decided to travel during the off-peak season. I'd read reviews beforehand saying this place was clean and tidy, and although the bed was a bit small, it was enough for two people. Plus, no need for a universal adapter. It's probably a 20-25 minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's, so we opted for a taxi, which cost around 20-something (Macau Patacas/Hong Kong Dollars). We got to the Ruins of St. Paul's just after nine, and it was already packed with people. From there, it was an easy walk to the Grand Lisboa and Wynn. I booked in advance, but it ended up being 50 more expensive than booking on the day. James Lewis, the gentleman at the front desk, was very nice and provided excellent service, even getting me a free breakfast.

The room was excellent, I was very satisfied. The ventilation was good, the soundproofing was effective, and it was clean and tidy. The bathroom had no odors or standing water and was well-lit. The service was top-notch, I was very pleased. There were staff available 24/7 to answer any questions, and they cleaned the room punctually every day. Facilities were comprehensive; it was very convenient to charge my phone without needing to bring my own charger. Hygiene was great; the room was clean and tidy with no strange smells. The environment was good; there's a bus stop just a few minutes' walk away. Service was superb, I was very satisfied with the staff who were always ready to answer questions.

This was my second stay at the Asia Boutique Hotel, and it's right on Rua do Cunha. The hotel's environment and facilities are pretty standard. On the last day, you can store your luggage and go shopping. Besides the snack stalls, Rua do Cunha itself and the surrounding alleys and main roads have a plethora of traditional tea restaurants and Portuguese restaurants that are well worth a visit. After dinner, you can take a stroll from Rua do Cunha along the Taipa Houses-Museum wetlands to reach the Venetian, Londoner, and Parisian. There are buses right outside the hotel that go directly to the Peninsula, Senado Square, and Monte Fort. For coastal attractions in Coloane and the Macau airport, the metro is also a direct ride away. Its prime location is definitely its strongest point. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it!

The room was excellent, I was very satisfied. It had great cross-ventilation, plenty of natural light, and good soundproofing. It was also clean and hygienic. I will definitely book this hotel again the next time I visit Macau. **Service:** The service was top-notch, and I was very pleased. This hotel is quite good. Although the northern part of Macau where it's located is a bit run-down, it's convenient for dining, close to the Ruins of St. Paul's, and public transport to the south and the airport is excellent. I stayed in a single room, and essentials like slippers and toothbrushes were provided. The main issue was the smell from the facilities. The only elevator seemed to be under renovation when I arrived; it was covered with wooden boards and stickers. When I left, the boards were removed, revealing bare metal. During that time, the elevator had a particularly strong smell that made me think of formaldehyde. I considered taking the stairs, but although the fire escape was clear, it was symbolically roped off, which was puzzling. Both the hallway and my room also had different but very strange odors. While you do get used to it over time, the smell was unsettling. It was a strong, unpleasant, and mysterious odor, and I had no idea what it was. The room windows were locked shut and couldn't be opened, which made me wonder if they hadn't been opened since the last renovation, allowing toxic fumes to linger. My only option was to keep the bathroom fan on and try to mentally adjust. If you can overlook the smell and the psychological stress and potential health risks it caused, I think it's a great place.

I had a wonderful stay at Family Inn! The entire place was very clean, and the room was kept in excellent condition throughout my visit. The location is perfect—easy to get around, with convenient access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. The service was especially impressive. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which made the whole experience even better. Amenities were simple but well-maintained, and everything in the room worked perfectly. I stayed with friends, and we all felt comfortable and welcomed.

It is my first time to book through trip.com and i will rate 5 star for our trip.Happy Family Hotel or Hotel Familia Feliz is in good location,walking distance to Ruins of St Paul, Cathedral of the Nativity of our Lady, St Dominic etc…. As well to senado square to Casino’s it is at the back of Lisboa Casino Hotel very accessible to buses, the room is small but it is very clean, the front desk is english speaking,they are filipino even chinese front desk can speak english they have wifi and some complimentary water,you can make your coffee they provide electric kettle in every room,what i really like is the elevator, it can wait long time even with out pressing the button,plus the staff or fronk desk very polite and approachable, Mr Sraul filipino front desk even help us to get taxi outside,when we go back to Macau airport,we check out early and left our luggage at the front desk during our last day,since our flight is 19:00 Pm we got back around past 15:00 Pm,i recommend this Hotel to those who want cheaper hotel ,more power to Hotel Familia Feliz hope we can go back soon i will bring my family

The service was warm and attentive, and the staff were kind and meticulous. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were very well-maintained. The overall experience was comfortable and convenient. I would definitely recommend it to friends. It's a reliable choice for accommodation when traveling.

First off, the location is absolutely fantastic. I walked to the Ruins of St. Paul's the next day, which perfectly tied into my itinerary. The only downside was that the room I was assigned had a smoky smell that neither the AC nor the exhaust fan could really get rid of. It was a bit uncomfortable that the windows couldn't be opened due to a policy. The cleanliness was decent. Overall, the price of 400-500+ felt a bit overpriced, but I guess it's understandable for that area. If it weren't for the smoke smell, the room would have been quite good.

Although the room was small, it was well-arranged and efficiently utilized, so it didn't feel cramped at all. The shower room also felt spacious enough. Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The surrounding area is also quite nice, but the main selling point is the superb location – it's just a 5-minute walk to the Inner Harbour Ferry Terminal and Senado Square, which is incredibly convenient. The staff were also absolutely top-notch. The value for money is excellent, and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Macau.
