Ξενοδοχεία με Wifi σε Goias, Brazil

I made two reservations in my name. When I checked in, the attendants identified the two reservations and asked for confirmation. I asked if everything was correct, and I replied that the other reservation would be for my parents who would arrive on the early morning flight. In the early hours of the morning, at approximately 2:30 am, on 11/25, when my parents went to check in. Another attendant told us that we did not have a second reservation, and that we would have to pay again for the stay. I request a refund for the second night, from the hotel or the trip.

Tivemos alguns probleminhas, ar condicionado quebrou, pia entupiu. Achei muito pouca a variedade do café da manhã e todos os dias a mesma coisa. No mais o pessoal muito agradável, e sim eu gostei do hotel. Foi minha primeira vez em Goiânia, e daria 10 para tudo, pois foi um dos melhores finais de semana da minha vida. E o hotel fez parte disso

Boa hospedagem! O quarto oferece bom acolhimento para o necessário descanso. Excelente ducha quente e fria! Café da manhā satisfatório. O ponto que merece atenção da administração, a meu ver, é a apresentação das instalações do SPA, pois as paredes estão precisando de reforma e os tetos do banheiro e do chuveiro estão com sinais de môfo, carecendo da devida medida corretiva. O ambiente do SPA, naturalmente, é muito úmido e isso demanda constante manutenção e especial limpeza, o que me pareceu deficiente. No geral a hospedagem vale muito a pena e indico, mas sugiro que a gerencia do hotel faça uma inspeção detalhada das instalações do SPA, pois fica inviável o uso do ambiente com mofô nas paredes (verificar os tetos do WC e do Chuveiro).

Hotel precisa de uma reforma geral, o lençol estava com manchas, o banheiro com mal cheiro, a tv não funciona, o ar barulhento, duas camas de solteiro juntadas para virar uma de casal

Very polite staff, terrible bedroom and very bad breakfast. There is no alcohol gel in the room. Low battery air and TV control.

The hotel is wonderful, a wonderful accommodation, a beautiful view of the city. Just don't get to your will, wearing shorts and blues, because even you pay, the receptionists will judge you, and look wrong. There is also a lack of trip to enter wm agreement with the hotel because there is a payment option ONLINE, in the hotel the recipients deny payment. Deceptive!! If that was the hotel that I would like to host at the end of the year, today it is no longer!

Em vista dos comentários de avaliações no Google me surpreendi, o hotel realmente não é tão bonito por fora, mas dentro é bonito, o quarto é grande a cama é muito boa, o frigobar é potente, o banheiro é ótimo, o chuveiro tem água quente, eles disponibilizam tudo limpo. Cheguei tarde, mas ainda assim o check-in foi feito de forma excelente, terminamos a festa do casamento e fomos para lá. O café da manhã é excelente, tudo caseiro e muito gostoso. Passamos uma noite agradável.

Recomento este hotel, atendimento, pessoas bilíngues, restaurante ao lado incrível.
