"Stopped for 2 days with the family. Plus: big coastline first line, few people, good stable Wifi, new modern rooms with everything necessary, delicious diverse quality breakfasts. polite staff. Good kitchen in the restaurant. Defects: abandoned construction on the territory (all rooms are not ci-vio will look at the facade of this dummy. Territory is virtually no - that piece of lawn fence fenced from destruction is not called the territory (there is a swing, a turquoise and a tennis table. It's all on it) well and the pool is in front. The tile on the street is already all ripped. In fact, the extetic picture from beautiful rooms is broken about the malformation around. No infrastructure (the same bar on the 10th floor during our stay did not work at a nirazhu) and if you get into bad weather - do nothing at the hotel. For me the minus was the presence of a transparent wall in the bathroom. If you are one that is ok. And so -no privacy. Also in the family Grand room there is no closure of the bathroom. That is, it is not foreseen at all that the door will close. Strange. We were also offered an hour of jacuzzi on the roof as a gift. Green raid on the edges of the bathroom. I do not recommend. In general, at adequate price, you can rest. Only in good weather."

"We had a really pleasant stay in this apartment and generally felt very comfortable. We especially loved the location on the 23rd floor and the beautiful balcony with the view. The apartment was modern, spacious, and pleasantly quiet. Although the walls were a bit thin and we could hear our neighbors' conversations, it didn't bother us much overall. The bed was comfortably firm and very cozy, the closets were large enough, and the bathroom was particularly nice and spacious. Even small details like toothbrushes and other toiletries were provided. The hand and bath towels were clean, soft, and lovely and fluffy. The kitchen was well-equipped with glasses, cutlery, a small knife, etc., so it was easy to prepare something small. However, dish soap, a sponge, and a dishcloth were missing, which we found a bit disappointing. A few things could still be improved regarding cleanliness: Unfortunately, the floor wasn't entirely clean – our feet were quite dirty after walking barefoot. The fabric sofa also had some noticeable stains. However, the most unpleasant issue was the occasional smell from the drain in the bathroom. It was sometimes so strong that it was hard to stay in the bathroom and even caused headaches. Luckily, this didn't happen constantly. Aside from these points, we really liked the apartment. It's a beautiful, modern, and cozy apartment with a great view – we would generally come back and hope that the minor issues have since been resolved."

"The hotel is new and modern, with clean rooms and comfortable bedding. Its location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Europe Square, and within walking distance of the Alphabet Tower and Ali & Nino statue. Despite being next to a main road, the soundproofing is great, making the hotel very quiet and peaceful with hardly any traffic noise. The only downside is that the breakfast is a bit basic."

"Location: 5 out of 5. Everything you need is nearby – shops, cafes, a shopping center, and currency exchange. Bus stop for route #10 (to the airport) is also close. Room: Spacious and well-equipped. It has dishes, a fridge, and a kettle. Toiletries were provided (the only thing missing was soap). The main drawback is that there's no place in the room to dry clothes."

Сам номерной фонд очень скромный, но эти фантастические виды перекрывают все минусы. Хотя о каких минусах речь, просто не понятно. Ну был не набран один бассейн, но при этом работал другой. Завтраки не такие может разнообразные, но всё очень вкусное и докладывается по мере необходимости. Свежевыжатый сок из апельсина также улучшает настроение. Единственное что б можно было улучшить это тоненькие блинчики(вот они совершенно не тоненькие). А так все на высшем уровне! Ужинали у них вечером тоже все было очень вкусно и по нормальному ценнику. Единственное, подруге хотелось бы что б бассейн был с подогревом, это б позволило людям купаться в любое время года."

The exterior is equally impressive: the building looks elegant and blends harmoniously with the city landscape. The hotel also has its own parking. The location is simply excellent: within walking distance to major attractions, shops, and restaurants. Interactions with the staff left a truly pleasant impression – everyone was friendly, patient, and genuinely eager to help. You don't just feel like a guest, but a valued visitor. I will definitely return here again and happily recommend this hotel to my friends!"

"The room is small and the surrounding area is more complicated. This Wyndham feels average overall. And a bit far from the main attractions of Batumi. Low cost performance, not recommended. Trip.com It is said that there is a laundry service, but it is actually charged, not that kind of self-service."

"We stayed at Sheraton Batumi Hotel expecting the standard of a global 5-star luxury chain. Unfortunately, while the location is beautiful, the overall experience fell far below expectations. The property’s location, right in front of the beach, is stunning. The views are lovely and the building itself looks impressive. Sadly, the service and operational quality did not match the pricing or brand promise. Here were the key concerns: 1. Language & Service Gaps For a luxury, premium-priced international hotel, it was surprising that several staff members struggled to understand basic English. This made even simple requests unnecessarily complicated. 2. Inedible Food on Day 1 On the day we checked in, we ordered a ciabatta pesto sandwich. The ciabatta was so hard it was impossible to chew. It literally sounded like knocking on wood. We had to remove and eat only the filling. This is basic food quality control that should not fail in a 5-star property. 3. Repeated WiFi Failures Within an hour of check-in, the WiFi stopped working. I had official calls to attend, yet even after 2–3 hours, the issue wasn’t resolved. The next day, the WiFi again went down for 2–3 hours. In a hospitality business today, reliable internet is non-negotiable. There also seemed to be no backup plan or proactive communication. 4. Shower Head Burst - No QC? The following morning, the shower head burst while in use, flooding the bathroom. My belongings got wet and it completely disrupted the morning. When a room is marked “ready,” basic quality checks should ensure fixtures are functional. 5. Breakfast Quality Below Standard The breakfast buffet was largely cold. Vegetarian options were extremely limited. Even the falafel was undercooked. The omelette was overly oily. At the very least, for a globally known chain, one Indian option or more diverse vegetarian choices would have been appreciated. 6. Room Service Delays Ordering water to the room took nearly an hour and required four calls. That level of delay for something so basic is difficult to justify. Overall, while the location is excellent, the service standards, food quality, maintenance checks, and responsiveness did not align with what one expects from a Sheraton property. For the price paid, this was not a luxury experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on operational consistency, staff training, and basic quality control."
