The room wasn't big, but it was clean, and the bathroom was also clean. The room layout was reasonable, and I could open a 26-inch and a 24-inch suitcase side by side. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. The variety wasn't huge, but the quality was good. It's about a ten-minute walk from the train station, but it was a bit tiring to drag the suitcase along the old road.

The Hotel was well located close to the airport and offered a free shuttle bus collecting and dropping of passengers which was really good and a benefit to this Hotel. The room was lovely and clean and good sized and appeared to have been recently refurbished. Or only slight criticism if there was one, was we had to wait for staff in the restaurant to come back to us once we had decided on the menu, but in fairness they did get quite busy but the food was reasonably good!. We're quite happy for you to use our review, but please don't mention our names-thank you!

Cannot complain about the room, the cleanliness or their service but it was really far out from stations and bus service was sketchy for commuting.

The location is great and the staff are really helpful. It's a huge bonus that the kitchen supplies are free. However, your experience really depends on your roommates. If you end up with snorers or messy people, it can be a real headache. I did, so I asked the front desk to help me switch rooms, and they were very cooperative and changed it immediately. Overall, it was still a good experience.

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Milan through Trip.com, without a doubt. There were absolutely no unpleasant surprises. From check-in at the front desk to the room itself and the service, everything was perfect. The hotel even has its own parking, and the rooms come with a bathtub, which, though not huge, is perfectly functional. I highly recommend this hotel; it's the only one in Milan where I haven't been disappointed.

Room are very small , no place to walk for 2 luggage as per picture . Pillow very thin, toilet door no lock , main door hard to open/close need push harder. Window a bit dirty from outside . Cabinet not enough hanger, ask for extra gv only 1 😓. Room cleanest is good . Distance slight far from location city Centre , walk about 30min .

Un albergo bello ma in ristrutturazione, quindi tra Ascensori in rifacimento e acqua calda che non esce..... L'albergo da fuori non è il massimo ma all'interno non è male. A parte il corridoio che ricorda un po' Shining. 🫣

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport for transfers. However, it's a bit far from the airport itself, and besides the hotel shuttle, taxis are the only option. The downside is that the hotel shuttle service is infrequent with long waits between departures, and they charge 5 euros per ride. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, but showing their age. The breakfast is simple, but sufficient. The staff's service attitude is excellent. I would still choose Holiday Inn next time.

Great spot for a solo trip, though it was over 200 for a bed due to the Winter Olympics. Note that it's just a bed, no toiletries are provided. There's a small restaurant at the front desk with a lovely atmosphere where locals gather and chat. The transportation is decent; it's about a 15-minute walk from Bovisa station on the airport line, or you can take a direct bus to Milan Central Station.
