The hotel is conveniently located near Kyoto Station's Hachijo East Exit. I highly recommend taking the airport limousine bus; the hotel is just 100 meters straight ahead after you get off. Check-in is self-service and very convenient, with a Chinese interface available. The room was clean and tidy, equipped with a coffee machine and an electric kettle. The bathroom was also spacious, and all disposable toiletries were provided. There are magnetic signs on the door for 'change towels' and 'do not disturb' that you can place there before leaving. The room doesn't provide bottled water, but there's a water dispenser on every floor where you can get your own. If you turn left from the hotel and cross the street, there's a large Aeon supermarket just 50 meters away! It's perfect for grabbing discounted food every evening – super good value! Overall, it was an excellent stay.

I used this hotel for a business trip. I had booked it expecting a regular business hotel, so I was pleasantly surprised to find it was a good place to stay. I appreciated the various amenities provided, such as bath salts and a hairdryer.

The hotel is new with great facilities! It's about a 10-minute walk from Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit (Kyoto Station has two exits: Central and Hachijo). The location is excellent, quiet yet central! The room is spacious at 16 square meters, easily accommodating two large suitcases, and there's even a table with two chairs inside so you can eat in the room, which is fantastic! It's also very convenient for those joining day trips around Kyoto, as the tour bus meeting point is right opposite the Hachijo Exit.

Fantastic, very comfortable, and well-equipped. They have everything you could need, the service is excellent, and the location is super convenient for transportation. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back next time!

The hotel is just one subway stop away from Kyoto Station. There's a shuttle bus that runs between the hotel and Kyoto Station, and you can get discount coupons at the hotel lobby. It's 100 yen per ride for both adults and children. On the second floor, there's a restaurant, and on the first floor, there are shops and experience centers for flower arrangement, tea ceremony, and pottery. The hotel also provides discount coupons for dining on the second floor, with no restrictions on use. Each coupon is worth 1000 yen, and we received and used all four of them. Behind the hotel is the Central Fish Market. I recommend visiting between 4-5 AM to witness the wholesale auction. We arrived at 5:45 AM and it was almost over. If waking up that early is too difficult, exploring all the exhibitions in the corridor on the second floor will also provide a lot of interesting insights. Next to the hotel are Umekoji Park, an aquarium, and a railway museum, making it very suitable for families with children. The hotel rooms are spacious, and the hot spring on the third floor is very comfortable. There's also a rooftop on the ninth floor where you can enjoy the night view.

A decent hostel with an excellent location near Gion in NE Kyoto, and very near to a station with direct trains to Osaka. The room was OK in size but very bare, only a double bed and tiny shelves for nightstands. It was a shame as you could easily fit a table/ chairs/ small wardrobe in here which would make it much easier for storing things instead of on the floor! Shared bathroom was OK, and only one shared shower for our floor, thankfully it was always free when we needed it. It was quite expensive for what it was so slightly disappointing, but I guess Kytoto is now a very expensive city to stay in.

Amazing space ,wonderful private bath with jacuzzi, steam room and massage chair. There was an assortment of bath scents and amenities. Robes and slippers provided. We enjoyed the pampering. It was a long walk from the train but so worth it.

This hostel provides free bath and face towels, which was super convenient and comfortable for my three-day stay. Everything was great; the showers had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and the toilet in the bathroom was clean and even heated. The smoking area is outdoors. When I came back in the evening, there were even guests playing Contra in the lobby. It was a very pleasant stay.

This hotel is right in the heart of Gion, just a one-minute walk from the start of the path to Kiyomizu-dera Temple. It's super convenient for buses, and Gion station is only an 8-minute walk away. The rooms are clean and tidy. The only downside is that the windows face directly onto the street, so you might hear some noise around 9-10 PM that could disturb your sleep. Otherwise, it's a perfect hotel.
