The hotel is right at downtown, with a very nice bar at the 5th floor. Room’s very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there. Staff are all very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Not recommended, the reason is that it is far from the tourist attractions, the price/performance ratio is not high, many hotels in Tana are under the name of Radisson 😸, the whole East Africa, Radisson franchise stores are everywhere, but this Radisson is located in the suburbs, I have lived in the Radisson apartment in the old town, it is within walking distance to the tourist attractions, this one is a bit far, you have to take a taxi, and to be honest, I don't think it is special, it is more than 100 yuan expensive for no reason, more importantly: the free airport shuttle is nonsense, nonsense, nonsense 😭😭, just take a taxi yourself, emails are not replied, you have to call to book a pick-up, the price is twice that of the airport taxi, more locals come, the reason is that there is a cinema next to it, suitable for weekends, after all, locals don't go to tourist attractions 😭

The room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, well-equipped, charging does not need to convert plugs, the hotel opened by Chinese compatriots, feels very kind, much better than the room of the four-star hotel in the city! Breakfast is OK, the restaurant's Chinese food recipe is rich and the price is slightly more expensive.

I asked for a transfer from the airport and arrived at the hotel with peace of mind, and when I asked about the bus reservation to Morondava, he helped me arrange it! I was really grateful. Mr. LIU at the front desk was also very kind. I was planning to stay for 2 nights, but there was no bus vacancy and I decided to leave early the next morning in a hurry. I couldn't eat the breakfast I was looking forward to and wasted one night, but I was able to flexibly come back from Morondava and transfer there. I think the room is large and the location is good.

12月初入住飯店，第一個錯誤，我的房卡沒有辦法把房間的門打開，第二就是飯店現在在裝修整個是很吵雜，當晚一直有斷電的情況至少停了三次，第二天早上退房櫃檯沒有現金可以找我錢，大概等了十五分鐘，而且收了我6000阿里阿里，和原本訂房網上金額需付2038阿里阿里有差異，但現場沒有會說英語的服務人員，另，我留下e-mail要住房證明，一直到今天沒有任何回覆🙈

It was one of the best buffets I’ve had in years, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The selection was impressive and catered to all tastes. Overall, I highly recommend Relais des Plateaux for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially if you appreciate a top-notch breakfast!

Close to the airport, there is free drop-off. The restaurant on the first floor can be eaten in part cash and some credit cards, so the local currency can be emptied here before leaving the country, and the airport cannot be used.
