"Seda Nuvali truly exceeded expectations from a smooth, check-in to a hassle-free check-out, with every process running like clockwork. Our spacious suite room was perfectly clean, featuring plush bedding, a separate shower and bathtub, high-speed Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches like complimentary water and coffee and tea selections, perfect for unwinding. Service was impeccable throughout, highlighted by an outstanding breakfast buffet with fresh Filipino and international options, including customizable omelets and healthy juice stations. The staff’s attentiveness shone brightest with our group of persons with disabilities (PWDs); they proactively selected accessible seating in the pool dining area, with ample space, making everyone feel truly cared for. Located in the serene Nuvali estate, it offered easy access to nearby malls and greenery, providing the ideal calm retreat as we prepared for my son’s wedding. Outstanding value, eco-friendly practices, and top-notch facilities make this a standout choice for families or events."

"The hotel is near Sm, 7/11, and different fast food restaurants so it's easy to buy what you need/want. The staffs are nice and the room is clean. Although I noticed a crack on the wall and the aircon is not properly installed, like there are some gaps. Also, the room is kinda small for the price and the TV is not working or we just can't use it but there's no remote, and we even asked the staff about it but they never came back after."

"Hello, I would like to commend on how alta d' tagaytay handled our entire vacation. We stayed there for three days and 2 nights and I could really say that their service is superb, high class and you are really going to get the value of service that you have paid for. From their very accommodating frontdesk to the food servers and housekeeping staff. They keep on greeting every guest with a smile like it's always their first time to see us everyday. Their shuttle is also one call away and very fast, not to mention their drivers that are also very polite and knowledgeable. They even provide an instruction regarding the floors of the amenities and restaurants within the building. As for the restaurants, they have a variety of food that you can choose from. Their breakfast buffet is also magnificent and if I am going to rate the food that we have tasted , I would give it a 10/10 Regarding our room, we had a very relaxing experience. Upon opening the door, you will be welcomed by the classy cleanliness and smell of the air freshener. Make up room requests are also fast accommodated by housekeeping but the most important part that has caught our attention was the complimentary birthday cakes that were provided by the hotel to our 2 daughters. That makes it more magical. Lastly, the pool is very accessible right beside La Cresta restaurant and they even have a lifeguard to look after your kids if ever. The Jacuzzi has just the right amount of warmness. They even provide laundry bags for your wet clothes (not all hotels provide that) even some of the highest rated ones. Overall, the view, the staff, the service, amenities and superb all around experience is enough to say that we would definitely return to this hotel."

"First time to visit a resort and beach in Batangas, and I must say that Altamare exceeded my expectations. I love the activities you can do, though it is limited, but still worth it. The vibe of being so peaceful and calm, since it is away from the noise, is the best thing of this resort. The services and foods are very good. You just need to be prepared of the stairs, it is very challenging! Overall it was really really good experience."

"We enjoyed our stay at Lake Hotel. We had a view of Taal Lake (and Taal Volcano) and enjoyed having coffee with that view. Food is great and service is superb. Waiters were readily available - assisting us to bring our plate back from the buffet table and helping bring up our bags as there were no elevators. Location is great - Conti’s beside the hotel and other restaurants to the left and right. Wish I was able to swim. Great view of Taal from the pool"

"This was a last minute booking for me and I was happy they had an available room. Check-in was fine. I was assisted by two very courteous female front service desk staff. I just wished they were also able to advice me about the room they provided me which apparently had a door inside connecting to another room. They later clarified and assured that no guests were checked-in there. The room was very spacious, clean and had no undesirable smell. There was a balcony, not much of a view. The A/C was working just fine. Gym equipment are fairly new although I didn't get to try them during my stay. Pool was big and clean!"

"I recently had a staycation at Taal Vista and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few areas for improvement. The ambiance of the property is truly commendable—relaxing, scenic, and well-suited for a quick escape from the city. The surroundings are well-maintained, and the cleanliness of the facilities reflects good housekeeping standards. However, the room experience did not fully meet expectations. One notable concern was the lack of sound insulation, as noise from adjacent rooms was clearly audible. This affected the overall sense of privacy and made it somewhat difficult to fully relax during the stay. In summary, Taal Vista offers a beautiful and clean environment, but improvements in room soundproofing would greatly enhance guest comfort and privacy."

"they prepared a greeting for my parents’ anniversary. ty! some confusion in the room booked tho, added few hundreds for the deluxe room king bed or 2 twin beds because it looks new but only the premier deluxe is new. enjoyed playing pickleball. playroom enjoyed by kids but only til 7pm. could add TV there also for movie nights. annoying calls prior to checkout should be stopped. great view. overall good stay"

"I've been to several hotels in Tagaytay already and I always come back to Casiana. It's great compared to other pricey hotels. The staff are friendly and the buffet is good too. The rooms are spacious (with balcony) and the toilets are modern. Parking is always available. The pool needs a little bit of cleaning. It is big compared to other hotels in the area - 4 feet for adults. The only thing I am constantly having a problem is the wifi in the room. Sometimes it disappears and is not consistent. I wish they would fix it since it has been a problem for way back in 2023 when I started to go to this hotel. I attached the photo of the custom eggs they made for us while eating our buffet. It was a nice touch."
