The hotel and surroundings are amazing! Beautiful gardens all around you… the hotel is a big garden with villas that are actually houses. I loved it! The food at the restaurants are good and reasonable price. Good variety of food at breakfast. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools are great, staff is kind. Golf cars are available often to take you to the different facilities. Rental bikes in place, Spa and gym. Highly recommended even though a bit isolated from main sight seeings locations 20-30 min average but Grab (taxis) come quickly to pick you up when need it.

The staffs were friendly and nice. The location is also good. It is clean and affordable. You also got a swimming pool at this price. Love this place.

Very good location, probably the best hotel you'd find in Tam Coc. Great breakfast selection, large rooms with view of the Tam Coc river (can see all the boat rides). Has a swimming pool, small gym, and a nice vibe placed right in the middle of the river/lake system.

Last times I stayed in Nam Dinh I used an international chain but was disappointed. This time I stayed here and it was an altogether much better experience. Fantastic service and comfortable large room with great room service menu. There breakfast was 1st class and can’t fault anything. 10/10

This is a beautiful hotel, built in the French Neoclassical style. I particularly loved the garden with the pool, nestled under the cliff. An artificial waterfall cascades down from the cliff, and in the evenings, they turn on amazing lights, making you feel like you're in a colorful Wonderland. Beyond what you can see, the jungle hums, birds and cicadas sing, and you can hear the occasional hooting sound :) The room was clean and fresh, though if you're looking for flaws, you'll find them. The air conditioning was very high quality, and all the electrical work showed significant investment. The breakfast was tasty, although I personally wished for more greens. The available bicycles were a bit old, but still rideable. Tip: Grab a bike and head straight to Thung Nham Bird Park; it's close by, about 5 km, and it was the most impressive part of my Ninh Binh trip. Make sure to go in the late afternoon so you can see the birds returning to their nests during the boat ride; storks perched like exotic flowers on the submerged trees – you float right past them, almost within arm's reach; and the multi-colored lanterns illuminating the pathways... I will definitely come back here :)

We really enjoyed our 4-night stay at AiLee in Tam Coc. It ticked all my boxes: 1. Great price for a decent sized roon. 2. Clean and comfortable bed. 3. Quiet location away from the main roads. 4. Beautiful view. 5. Warm and attentive service. There were small areas to improve on, of course, like the slow shower drain and the repetitive breakfast options. Still, these didn't impact our positive experience at AiLee. Strongly recommended.

I had a wonderful time at this hostel. The location is just perfect - not too far from the Tam Coc boat station, close to several restaurants/shops but more importantly, in a very quiet area to enjoy the beautiful views. The room set up was spacious and always clean. Soft mattresses and big lockers were a welcome sight. The staff were very friendly and at times I felt bad at how busy they were during the holiday weekend. But they did a great job and are always willing to help. I am grateful they had space during a busy time in Ninh Binh and at a great price. Thank you and I highly recommend this place!

3~4 May 2026 - 4 Pax 1N Narci Resort Tam Coc. Hotel Manager Jenny sent me a WhatsApp message on 2nd May to welcome us and offered her assistance to arrange for private transport & local tour etc.. Am pleased with the extended service provided by the hotel staff. Since I've yet to find a private driver, she helped to arrange for 2-way transport, pick-up from Hanoi hotel ＞ Narci Resort ＞ Hanoi International Airport (reasonable fees). We arrived at Tam Coc around 1pm, dropped the luggage at the hotel & visited Bai Dinh Pagoda. Checked-in the hotel around 9pm. A modern & beautiful resort opened Feb 2026. To our surprise, our 3x Deluxe Garden Rooms were in different villas & all on level 2 without elevator. My mom age 80 were unhappy as she couldn't climb the stairs & my sisters age 60 & 67 were unhappy that we were separated by different villas. Fortunately, there are 2x Executive Garden Rooms on the ground floor were available but one of the room has smell. So, we decided to pay additional fee for upgrade of 1x Deluxe ＞ 1x Executive + 1x FOC extra bed (3 pax), the other sister stayed the level 2 Deluxe Room. Hotel breakfast spread is good & food is delicious. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel rooms & staff service. Would suggest the hotel to state there is no elevator for Deluxe Garden Room (level 2), so that guests who are unable to climb the stairs will select either the ground floor Executive Garden Room or the Tower Standard Rooms with elevator.

A wonderful resort amongst the beauty and nature of Ninh Binh and offered some peace and quiet after coming from busy cities. The room was wonderful and had everything I needed. I love that I had a private pool but unfortunately not warm enough to use. I did try to have a bath but there wasn’t enough hot water to fill it up so something to keep in mind. I did have some furry little friends visit during the night and sometimes when I was in my room but they were harmless, to be expected when in nature and they enjoyed the complimentary fruit. Kin and all staff were so kind, lovely and helpful and made my stay one to remember.

This may look like a 4* from the pictures and I have to admit the room is quite good, however the customer experience is just absolutely dreadful. I arrived after traveling 8 hours to get here and checked in at 11:30pm. Yes, this is quite late but when I asked if they could help me with getting a drink or something to eat I was told water in my room or a packet of biscuits for 30k or some instant noodles or go into the street to find noodles, this is not 4* service. Slept well, bed and pillows are good. However, got to breakfast as I was still hungry from the day before as I only ate a couple of cookies, and this has to be seen to be believed, it’s the very worst 4* breakfast I have ever encountered. At 7am in the morning most things had run out and no eggs, all the food used is very low quality and imagine a 4* hotel with no eggs. All in all, a very poor experience with the room being the only positive. I definitely will not be returning anytime soon.
