"We arrived quite late on the first night, and our driver had some difficulty finding Favos. The air conditioning in our initially assigned room (Room 201) wasn't working well, so the staff moved us to another room (Room 101). On the second night, the AC in the original room still hadn't improved, so we were moved again to a third room (D3). By the third night, they let us choose any available room, as there were many empty ones. The owner and all staff members were incredibly hospitable, proactively helping us with our luggage every time and doing their best to assist with any requests (including bike rentals and booking local tours). Note: We weren't keen on Favos' breakfast, so we opted to have breakfast at a nearby Homestay, Tam Coc Moment Homestay, which I highly recommend."

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at La Lua Resort Ninh Binh. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are immaculate, very spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, the room, including the decor, was perfect. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They assisted us in arranging taxis to and from the resort, everything went smoothly, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. The pool and the general environment of the hotel are also perfect – peaceful, relaxing, and very well maintained. The resort is only a few minutes from the city center, but its location is very quiet and calm, which makes it ideal for a relaxing vacation in Ninh Binh. There are also free bicycles available, which is a great way to explore the surrounding area. In addition, there is an on-site restaurant, so you can easily have lunch and dinner at the hotel if you prefer not to go elsewhere. The food is very good and the breakfast is excellent. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel."

"We really enjoyed our 4-night stay at AiLee in Tam Coc. It ticked all my boxes: 1. Great price for a decent sized roon. 2. Clean and comfortable bed. 3. Quiet location away from the main roads. 4. Beautiful view. 5. Warm and attentive service. There were small areas to improve on, of course, like the slow shower drain and the repetitive breakfast options. Still, these didn't impact our positive experience at AiLee. Strongly recommended."

"3~4 May 2026 - 4 Pax 1N Narci Resort Tam Coc. Hotel Manager Jenny sent me a WhatsApp message on 2nd May to welcome us and offered her assistance to arrange for private transport & local tour etc.. Am pleased with the extended service provided by the hotel staff. Since I've yet to find a private driver, she helped to arrange for 2-way transport, pick-up from Hanoi hotel ＞ Narci Resort ＞ Hanoi International Airport (reasonable fees). We arrived at Tam Coc around 1pm, dropped the luggage at the hotel & visited Bai Dinh Pagoda. Checked-in the hotel around 9pm. A modern & beautiful resort opened Feb 2026. To our surprise, our 3x Deluxe Garden Rooms were in different villas & all on level 2 without elevator. My mom age 80 were unhappy as she couldn't climb the stairs & my sisters age 60 & 67 were unhappy that we were separated by different villas. Fortunately, there are 2x Executive Garden Rooms on the ground floor were available but one of the room has smell. So, we decided to pay additional fee for upgrade of 1x Deluxe ＞ 1x Executive + 1x FOC extra bed (3 pax), the other sister stayed the level 2 Deluxe Room. Hotel breakfast spread is good & food is delicious. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel rooms & staff service. Would suggest the hotel to state there is no elevator for Deluxe Garden Room (level 2), so that guests who are unable to climb the stairs will select either the ground floor Executive Garden Room or the Tower Standard Rooms with elevator."

"1. The staff service was excellent, especially their clear explanation of the resort's facilities. They were very happy to answer all our questions and gave detailed instructions on how to use the in-room amenities. Communication was also seamless. 2. The resort's surroundings are very elegant and tranquil, offering a much-needed taste of rural life for a city dweller like me. It's a wonderfully relaxing escape from the city. 3. However, the bathroom design in the rooms needs improvement. For example, there's no proper separation for the shower, which means the entire bathroom gets soaked when you shower – toilet paper, outlets, everything. There's also no stable place to hang clothes and towels, among other issues. 4. While the resort's location away from the bustling city is ideal for a getaway, venturing out for meals often requires renting a bicycle, scooter, or taking a taxi, which adds to the overall cost. In summary, considering the cost versus the benefits, I am satisfied with the experience I received for the price I paid."

"The hotel realy nice but still finishing contraction. I love the welcome drinks and welcome fruits and breakfast here. Staff and service very good. You can borrow bike to go Hoa Lu center. I hope next time when i comeback hotel finish and more beautiful."

"This hotel is nestled among mountains and tranquility, offering a peaceful and atmospheric escape for complete relaxation. The minimal passing traffic is a definite plus. The grounds boast lush greenery, an artificial waterfall cascading directly from the mountain, and a nice, deep pool that's lit up in the evenings (open from 6 AM to 9 PM). There are sun loungers all around, and the pool itself has a jacuzzi area. Towels are provided at reception. The service is excellent and unobtrusive; staff are always smiling and happy to help when asked. In the room, you'll find tea, coffee, and a kettle. The bed is large, but the pillows are very small and too soft for some. The mattress is also uncomfortable (too soft). Towels were changed daily. Robes are provided upon request (we had to remind them once). Each guest gets complimentary water, though sometimes they might forget to replenish it. There's a water cooler downstairs where you can refill your supply. Rubber slippers and standard toiletries (toothbrush set, comb, razor, etc.) are also available. A huge plus is the soundproofing; the room is wonderfully quiet, with no outside noise, ensuring a good night's sleep. On the downside: the air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, making it hard to avoid. Housekeeping is mediocre. Breakfasts are sparse (you won't go hungry, but there isn't much choice). Dinner is available, but the price is unreasonably high (you can find cheaper options at cafes just 200m away). The bicycles and motorbikes for rent are in poor condition (bikes are free, but you might get one without brakes; motorbikes cost 150,000 VND, and their state is frankly dismal, though we did manage to ride ours for two days without incident). There's no point looking for motorbikes outside the village; they're in similar condition and only slightly cheaper. The promised mountain view isn't entirely accurate – you can see parts of the mountains, but mostly it's a view of neighboring rooftops."

"Great resort, we were here a bit out of season, so not too many guests except during the weekend. If you are looking for something quiet, in the middle of beautiful nature, then this is the place to go. We liked the architecture very much. And yes, the resort is not the newest, and still not finished. Anyway, it gets our recommendation. If you are into night life, bars and restaurants and lots of tourists, then avoid this place :)"
