10 minutes walk from the city center. The service is particularly welcoming. Also specially guided me to the free parking area. The room was quite satisfactory and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is average, nothing to eat.

Everything was great, including breakfast, but most importantly, the service was excellent! We had booked a room that could have been either a king-size bed or two single beds. We contacted the front desk online, and they immediately checked for us and made a note to ensure we got a king-size room. That was really reassuring. We arrived two hours early, and the front desk told us our room was ready, allowing us to check in two hours ahead of schedule. This is quite unusual in Europe, and we were very grateful! The room was cozy, and the TV even looked like a picture frame. We had a lovely night there.

The room is clean, very close to the city center, the train station is also very close, the breakfast is also very rich, there are a lot of food near the hotel, there are also Chinese food and supermarkets, very convenient

The hotel boasts a prime location in the heart of town, housed in a very old and beautiful building. Checking in involved dragging our suitcases into town, which was quite tiring and put a lot of strain on the wheels 😇. When we checked out, we booked CK SHTTLE, who picked us up from the hotel entrance, saving us a lot of effort. The room was beautifully decorated, with a charmingly antique feel. The bedding, including the duvet cover and pillowcases, was of good quality and very clean. However, the sheets were pilling fitted sheets. Initially, I thought they had forgotten to make the sheets and even took photos to ask the front desk, but they replied that these were the sheets, made of a different material than the duvet and pillowcases. The bathroom had a modern, rather impractical design. The shower required standing in the tub without a shower enclosure, so even with careful attention, water would inevitably spill everywhere. Room service was perfunctory; they changed towels and collected the trash, but didn't make the beds, and the trash cans weren't lined with trash bags.

The single room is small but well-equipped, with separate wet and dry bathrooms. Walk up the stairs for more than ten meters and you can see the castle gate. Walk down the stairs for fifty meters and you will reach the river. Cross the bridge and enter the center of the town.

The room has constant temperature and air conditioning. It is relatively comfortable. There is a kettle and a refrigerator. The bed is relatively soft. It was a good experience after staying here for 7 days. The overall feeling of the hotel is very good, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The staff's service is warm and thoughtful, making you feel as warm as home. Highly recommended!

A total of three double rooms were booked. The front desk gave the smallest bed room. The bathroom was barely 25 square meters. The suitcase was difficult to pass. One of them also had an unusually strong perfume smell. It was suffocating (it is recommended to choose a twin room, the room area is 30 square meters). The front desk service attitude is average, cold and impatient. The hotel does not have an elevator. It is difficult to take luggage upstairs. It is said that the outside vehicle cannot enter the town without a license. The hotel has a shuttle bus to send (charge 15 euros, saying that parking is not free, did not ask whether it is saying that the shuttle bus or the car waiting in the parking lot outside the town) But you need to contact the front desk, otherwise you can drag your luggage on the road full of small stones and walk 800 meters to the store. As for breakfast in the store, there are not many choices.

A very nice hotel. The owners seem to have a childlike spirit, and some of the decorations are lovely. There's a bedroom on the first floor and a tatami room on the second. The staircase is very well designed, and the living room is spacious enough to cook your own meals. Carrying luggage upstairs was tiring, but the breakfast was excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied.

It was an absolutely wonderful hotel. It felt as if the spirit of the Middle Ages had been carefully preserved, making the entire experience of Český Krumlov even more magical and immersive. The breakfast was, of course, delicious, but what truly stood out was the atmosphere of the dining hall. Every corner felt beautiful and memorable, like stepping into another century. The staff were also incredibly charming and warm. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Český Krumlov! ✨
