"Located faccing City sleeper hotel' both seemed tobe linked” Had to book this hotel as none available at City sleeper. Oh my Gosh though a higher price by atleast £30 it was like a total downgrade..dated cream colured walls 'At first we were given a room located at the back in a corner position with what seemed tobe a roaring loud resturant flue Only two old style power sockets located at desk. I'm not one to usally complain' but felt had to and the desk staff changed our room.. The newer room.was similar to the previous dated and Just two power sockets one for kettle. I had to hunt down a cleaner to obtain a fan' sensed in short supply due to recent heatwave. Having spent the previous night in the City sleeper ..This was so dissapointing' felt dated' interior..Old old We had an extra guest a spider who seemed to of given up as not move an inch ..yes was alive. was still in the same postion next day..First time felt sorry for a spider..having to stay there' lol So overall recommend staying in their facing hotel City sleeper.."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation close to the airport. The location was excellent, making it ideal for an early morning departure or a late-night arrival. "The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and kept explaining this and that to us. The room was also very nice, clean and quiet. The breakfast was delicious, English + French. I didn't get tired of it even after eating it for three consecutive days. The transportation was convenient. It was a short walk to Waterloo Station and the subway station. It was a short walk to the London Eye and Big Ben. I highly recommend it!"

"Me and my partner stayed here for 7 nights in the standard double room with a Tower Bridge view. Wow we were absolutely thrilled with this hotel. The view was like nothing else and the location couldn’t have been better. I actually didn’t realise it was right at the Tower Bridge, it was so special staying right there. It has an amazing restaurant / bar open late and had such a fun atmosphere. The breakfast was amazing and the hotel was super cool. We loved that there was food trucks just out side the hotel and a grocery store around the corner opened until late which also sold alcohol. We did have a few problems with our room and the staff were super helpful and accommodating and made sure we were happy. The rooms were a little run down but I personally feel it’s worth it. Our biggest problem was the ac not working in the heatwave but they were able to change our rooms and provide portable fans and aircons. What you get for the price is a bargain and we were so happy to sacrifice the room not being luxury for the view and location."

Amazing location, amazing service. It was my birthday and the room was decorated beautifully with complimentary drink and chocolate. Could not have asked for more. The only negative was the room was extremely hot which made is very uncomfortable to sleep. On the second night spoke to front desk and they advised to turn all air con/heating off and brought us a fan up so the second night slept like a baby in very comfortable beds. The pool area was beautiful but u fortunately we ran out of time but when we have another stay at the beautiful hotel we will certainly visit it.

This is a 'decent' hotel. Yes, that's the word. The facilities aren't brand new, but the mattress in the room is still comfortable, the towels are still soft, the toilet paper is still thick, and the hygiene standards are consistently good. The breakfast is a classic English breakfast, meeting the expected standards for a four-star hotel. The location is excellent, situated in a wealthy area of London with very convenient transportation; the subway station is right next door. And the price, especially during the off-season, offers fantastic value for money. Backed by the Millennium Hotels Group and Singaporean capital, it's surprisingly good – the hotel's own restaurant serves authentic wonton noodles and Hainanese chicken rice! Plus, guests get discount coupons! If I had to summarize in one sentence, I'd say this is a well-managed, old-fashioned but not outdated hotel.

This was the first hotel for our family's UK trip. After much deliberation, we chose this Holiday Inn Express which is quite close to the city center. The location is excellent, with easy access to the subway, buses, and trains. The hotel maintained the consistent quality of the Holiday Inn brand. We were also lucky enough to snag a group deal that included parking and some meals. A special thank you goes to Christina, a kind and patient lady who speaks Chinese. Due to the high demand for rooms on the weekend and our first-time use of a Ctrip hotel group coupon, the check-in process was a bit convoluted, but the final outcome was very satisfying. Our family left London happily to begin the next leg of our journey. BTW, we encountered many odd Indian guests; whether it was in the cramped elevator or at the popular breakfast buffet, they all exuded a strange confidence, as if they owned the place. I wonder who gave them that idea 🤔🤔🤔

If you're staying here, you'll find the price reasonable, under 10,000 baht per night, especially since it's in Zone 2. Most places further in are over 10,000 baht. The hotel is clean and the service is standard. We requested two connecting suites for our daughters, and they had a sofa that converted into a bed. The furniture might look a bit dated because the hotel is old, but many things are clean and new. I liked the new Nespresso capsule coffee machine with complimentary large capsules. The tea here is also good. The bathroom has a bathtub with good water pressure, and the shampoo and conditioner smell nice. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it's a bit old and the mattress isn't very soft. But overall, it was a comfortable stay.

The location is great as it is very near to Ilford Train Station. The family room is not very big but it is decent. The only drawback is there is no air-conditioning in the room but the hotel did provide us with a small fan. I tried asking for an additional fan, however, they don't have an extra to spare. We stayed for 2 nights, checkout for a visit to Paris and the hotel is nice enough to keep our luggage for us, while we were away. We checked into the Best Western Greater London Hotel again for another night upon our return from Paris. Overall, i enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

I've lost count of how many times I've stayed here, always drawn back by its great value for money and excellent service. First off, the location isn't central, but there's a subway station right across from the hotel, making public transport super convenient. The hotel also has its own parking lot, so it's a good option if you're driving. It's not far from Wembley, either, so it's a solid choice if you're here for a concert. Plus, there are lots of restaurants across the street, mostly fast food, but there's this one Turkish place that's really good. Honestly, a few times we've booked this hotel just for that restaurant! There's also a cinema nearby. The room facilities show some wear and tear compared to a few years ago, but it's within a reasonable range. There's air conditioning in the room, and you can adjust the temperature yourself. Just note that the hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers, so remember to bring your own. We didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't comment on the dining. They do have their own restaurant, though. The front desk service is excellent. Staff members who've seen us before even greet us specially – they're very friendly. If you need anything, you can just call the front desk directly, and they're pretty quick to respond. Overall, it's a hotel with great value for money.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a sense of warmth and comfort. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. They even thoughtfully provided recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. The room itself was spotless and spacious, with a soft and comfortable bed and fresh, clean linens, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was fully equipped with plenty of hot water and all the necessary toiletries, which was very reassuring. The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and everything was delicious, catering to different tastes. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, perfect for relaxation or business travel. What truly stood out to me was the professional and attentive service team. Whether it was bringing water, cleaning the room, or answering questions, I felt valued and cared for. Service: The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service, offering free luggage storage which was perfect for my last day before catching a flight. Facilities: The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the coffee was delicious. Environment: There are plenty of places to eat and shop around, from large supermarkets to smaller ones. I even found a Chipotle open late for a late-night snack! 🥳 It's within walking distance of the Natural History Museum and super close to the subway station, which was incredibly convenient.

The location is very good, we reached many places on foot. I loved having technological fixtures in the bathroom, the room was spotless and organised. There was an iron, ironing board, hair dryer in the room, I would be happier if there was a mini fridge. In addition to the English breakfast, there were also healthy options that appealed to many people, you can order pizza etc. when you are hungry in the evening. It was also great that he left in front of the shuttles to Stanstad airport.

Excellent beds, room and service. Whole family enjoyed the stay and fresh, healthy breakfast was a big highlight for us all. Staff were kind and helpful. One offered fresh lemon slices for hot drinks because one of the children had a runny nose. This was very much appreciated. Ladies Only timings for pool and gym would be much appreciated in future! Children were shocked to find a grown man undressed walking around the changing rooms. This is unacceptable and hotel staff should take care to avoid these problems by adding signage for appropriate dress code in a family friendly hotel.
