A wonderful hotel with a stunning view from the window of the entire city😍😍😍 the sweetest girl Teo at the reception, gave me a room on the 3rd floor with a panoramic window for free 💙💙💙, instead of the budget one on the 1st floor that I booked.
Breakfast in the panoramic restaurant on the 4th floor, there you can also drink tea and coffee on your own during the day or even sit with friends (we did this on the last evening: we bought Georgian delicacies and champagne and sat with a Christmas tree and chatted)
The breakfast is simple, but enough to not go hungry. I would only add a coffee machine😊😊
Perhaps the only downside is that the central heating did not work (but it is there!!). In addition to the air conditioner, they gave me an electric heater, so it was quite normal, only the bathroom was cool.
I think turning on the heating will solve these problems.
10 minutes walk to the center
Overall - I recommend it!

I often stay at high-level hotels around the world and I can say confidently: This hotel in Kutaisi meets the highest premium standards. Space, design, light and air here create an atmosphere of calm elegantness, where you feel in harmony and comfort. Each detail is designed so that the rest is not just convenient, but inspiring.
I would especially like to note the work of the resepshen, namely Nino. His smile, attention and sincere willingness to help made my stay really warm and perfect. The settlement passed quickly and easily, my wishes were taken into account, and I got a magnificent room with the view of the mountains ideal place for rest and restoration of forces.
I also want to thank the waiter at the Guri restaurant for the attention and sensitivity that made every meal a special one. And I thank the manager of the Lane Hotel, whose participation and care made my stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
It is such people who create the same aurora of the premium hotel when you feel like a valuable guest.

The hotel was in a town on the way to Batumi, right next to the attractions. The pictures online were accurate, and the environment, facilities, and service were all excellent. Breakfast was also included. It was great value for money and highly recommended. 👍👍

As an international chain hotel, the breakfast was quite ordinary. There wasn't much variety and the area was crowded. What I found really hard to understand was having to pay extra for ordered items, especially considering how expensive one night here is.

We spent two wonderful days in this hotel. We lived in the central building, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, there is a sofa, table, refrigerator, kettle, glasses, tea/coffee. Clean bottled water for each guest. All plumbing works properly. Breakfasts are served in the restaurant on the 1st floor, everyone can find something tasty for themselves. The hotel grounds are very beautiful, there are recreation areas with hammocks and swings, access to the river. Play area for kids. Several swimming pools, sauna and hamam.
Guests ”from outside” also come to the pool, so there are a lot of people until the evening. Although, perhaps it was like that for us, because of the weekend.
We had dinner on the hotel grounds, in a restaurant in the form of a kvevri, they cook quickly, deliciously.
In general, we were 100% satisfied with the place.

We were brought to this hotel with a photo with the pool, but when the settlement was said that the pool was not working. 🙁
They said the pool would work from June to September, but clarify when booking if it matters to you.
The staff is polite.
Hotel is new, but a lot of small shortcomings (e.g. hooks for towels are barely held, sinks are shaking, etc.).

The balcony overlooks the entire city, the restaurant has a very good view and can see the church on the mountain. The room will be a little sound when the wind is strong. Great place if you have a late or night arrival! They picked us up for free from the airport in the middle of the night, which was super convenient. The hotel is located halfway between the airport and the city center, so it’s easy to get around. The staff were really kind and helped us find a taxi when we needed it. Everything was smooth and well organized — definitely recommend it!
