Facilities: Excellent, the bed was huge. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: The surrounding area felt very safe and clean. There's a supermarket and convenience store nearby. Service: The front desk staff was very friendly. Great value for money, and dining options were very convenient. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Lima.

Very good. The room is very clean and convenient. There are free coffee drinks. This place is close to the seaside and the scenery is also very good. It takes only ten minutes to walk to the seaside. The sea is really beautiful.

Room cleaner forgot my room one day. The airport service person ignored me when I asked a question. Otherwise, all employees were friendly and helpful. Appreciated the fast check-in. The safe in the room. The comfortable bed. The prompt elevators. The room temp was perfect and the room was quiet with plenty of space for a solo traveler. Internet was excellent. Breakfast looked good but I ate offsite. As I eat a light breakfast and the hotel breakfast buffet was 50 soles.

The night shift front desk staff was not friendly. When we asked for hot water, one of the female employees turned around and asked another female employee (who should be at a higher level). The senior employee just sat there and shook her head and said no. Her attitude was very bad and she seemed to be indifferent and had no intention of providing any assistance. The hotel has air conditioning, which is great in the hot summer. There are steps to the hotel reception. Filtered drinking water is provided. Breakfast only has basic toast, ham, eggs, coffee, salad and fruit.

The response from the front desk was good. They also helped us with taxis and money exchange. Breakfast was also delicious.

Waking up in a comfortable king-size bed 🛏️, enjoying the breakfast buffet, and relaxing by the pool with refreshing drinks 🍹🏊♀️ made our time here unforgettable. The hotel is located on the edge of San Isidro district and a relatively convenient distance to major parts of Lima (e.g. Miraflores, historic centre, and Airport), taking roughly 30 minutes to 1 hour by Uber. It is in a safe and quiet area within close reach of greenery, restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes. Room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. However, for a business level hotel that is part of the Hilton brand, the lighting in the rooms are very poor with only bedside and tableside lights. Breakfast buffet was good with decent variety and continued supply of food. Gym was up on the top roof and gave a good view of the city, though it is small and machines are basic. Housekeeping staff were generally very helpful and polite. Receptionists at my check-in / check-out seemed to be grossly unfamiliar with the process and took a long time to get things done, sometimes asking repeated questions. Some of the breakfast staff was also a little less than polite. Overall a fine experience, but a bit less than the standard expected of a business-level hotel such as this.
