The front staff were not friendly, and there was very little warmth or hospitality. Even though our room was already ready, they were very strict about only allowing check-in after 3pm, which made things inconvenient—especially for families travelling with children or elderly. 🏨 Room Condition The hotel is quite old, and it shows. • The room had a noticeable old smell when we entered. • The toilet wasn’t very clean, and water leaked out into the room area, which was uncomfortable and unsafe for kids. • Overall, the upkeep and cleanliness were not at the standard we expected. 🏊 Facilities We went to the pool area but found no staff at the pool counter, which made it difficult to request towels or assistance. Comfortable hotel about 30 minutes from the airport, located near a park and government buildings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Iman, the petite morning-shift concierge staff (unfortunately I didn’t get his name), and the housekeeping staff who assisted with the extra bed and recommended great places to visit. Check-in by Mr. Agung was smooth. Breakfast was good. Overall, this was my first stay at The Premiere Pekanbaru, and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

One of the best hotels i stayed in Dumai Indonesia. Friendly staffs and great facilities. Breakfast choice was wide in variety with Chicken Porridge that's delicious. They also have free shuttle service to the Ferry. Definitely the place of my choice. Highly recommended

There is some upgrade on their tv’s, near wingstop. Would be great if deposit can be paid by card, so you guys didn’t need to tell us, the customer, to get the cash from ATM’s outside the hotel. Just imagine, you came across the island, come to hotel, and sent back to outside just to get a money for deposit? Fr dude

A memorable experience at The Zuri. It's close to Pekanbaru's shopping malls. The swimming pool offers city views of Pekanbaru, and the breakfast was delicious.

I stayed at Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru in a Superior Room, and overall the stay was quite comfortable. The room provided was originally a twin bed, which was then combined into one large bed to accommodate my request for a king-size bed. The room size felt just right—not too small and not too spacious. I was able to perform prayers comfortably inside the room, and there was still a sofa available for relaxing, which made the room feel practical and cozy. I stayed in a non-smoking room, so the atmosphere was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was fairly varied, featuring local traditional snacks from Pekanbaru as well as lontong sayur, a well-known local dish. Everything tasted good and offered a nice introduction to local flavors. Another great advantage is that the hotel is located near a mosque, making it very convenient to attend congregational prayers. Overall, Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru is a good choice for a comfortable stay with convenient facilities and easy access to nearby worship places.

First stay here, the location is a little far from downtown, when you arrive at the location you feel like you have moved from the hustle and bustle to the silence and luxury, there is a hidden paradise at the end of the trip. The facilities are very complete and clean The food and breakfast are delicious and the restaurant waiters are very friendly and responsive

Good environment with nice breakfast. The rooftop lounge is good for hangouts with full city view. Room is spacious. One thing to be improved would be the soundproof feature for the room is not available, with audible noises from your neighbour and the bell ringing sound. Otherwise, the bed is comfortable, as well as, water pressure & temperature are just nice.

It's a convinience place to stay. Easier to go anywhere for food hunter and shopping. Staff is excellent. For next holiday for sure I will choose this hotel again.
