A good option for a short trip to Venice. The breakfast is simple, and the rooms are a bit old, but it's not far from the train station. It's perfect for a day trip to the main island of Venice, and there's a large supermarket nearby. The only downside is that they don't offer luggage storage after check-out.

A good place to stay in Venice cheaply. The location is pretty well connected and i strongly recommend taking an independent bus, rather than their shuttle bus service - they drop you off by a busy road and the walk to Venice is not much shorter than the 20min one that you take from the Hotel to a bus stop (and it’s cheaper).
I found it very disappointing that my message I sent 2-3 days before my stay with questions, was never read or answered. The room has all needed amenities, and is overall comfortable, however the only table is outdoors. The on-site shop is convenient, with prices not too racked up, so very reliable. However the Hotel restaurant is disappointing. We ordered a pizza and a kids menu burger and fries - the pizza was very average, but the burger was actually just the meat patty and fries?? While it was clearly called a burger on the menu. Additionally, it was neither cheap, or fast service.
I’d say this is a good place to stay for a short trip to Venice, especially on the budget, but would not recommend using their extra amenities such as the restaurant or bus.

This hotel is great! I saw a lot of Chinese guests staying here. The room was clean and tidy, and the restaurant staff were very friendly during the two breakfasts I had. The hotel is located right by the highway, with a bus stop outside that goes directly to Venice's main island and the airport/train station. It's perfect for travelers who need to catch a flight the next day or are just arriving in Venice and want to rest for a night. The only downside is that the cleaning staff were very loud in the mornings while cleaning the rooms and in the hallway. I was woken up at the same time both days, which was a bit annoying.

Great service! The breakfast was really good, and at 9 euros per person, it was quite substantial. The front desk upgraded us to a room with a king-size bed and a twin bed. Since it was winter and raining, it was lovely to walk into a room with the air conditioning already making it toasty warm. The bathroom was also large and very comfortable.

The hotel is located on Venice's sub-island-Lido Island. From the main island, you can either take a boat or a car ferry. Three people and a car are in their early 50s. If you go back and forth, it will cost more than 100 euros. The traffic is not particularly convenient. However, there are few people on the sub-island and the scenery is good, this is still worth a visit.
But the most important thing is to complain about the hotel. The room for more than 2,700 two nights is not cheap, but the overall feeling is that the room is not very clean, the bedding feels unclean, the bath towel has a sour taste, the table is gray, and the induction cooker is also bad. This price is a bit worthless
Hotel service is not bad, although no slippers are provided, asked, or gave, I hope to do a good job of health

1. This stay with friends completely exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, the bedding was very comfortable, and we slept very well that night. The location is very convenient, and the owner was very welcoming and responsive to any questions. The facilities were complete, and the overall experience was fantastic.
2. My biggest takeaway from the stay was how comfortable and hassle-free it was! The cleanliness was superb, the environment was quiet and peaceful, and my friends all praised our choice. The service was attentive, with prompt answers to any questions, and the facilities were all new and complete. I would definitely consider this place again next time!

The room was a bit small. It's located on the new island, about a 10-20 minute walk to get to the main part of Venice and other major attractions, which includes going up and down bridges. Luckily, the paths on the new island are very smooth with no steps, making it easy to pull luggage. The hotel is popular and clean. Overall, I think it's probably more convenient than staying on the main island and lugging your bags around, and it's much closer than staying in the city center.

A truly pleasant stay!
The hotel stands out for its excellent organization and wide range of services available.
The breakfast is superb, with a wide variety of options and high quality. The room was not only very clean, but also spacious and comfortable, with a bed that ensured a perfect night's sleep.
I highly recommend this place to anyone who happens to be passing through.
I will definitely be back!

MMin HuiThe hotel is only a 10-minute walk from the station and within 20 minutes' walk of various attractions. The front desk staff is very friendly and enthusiastic, and the breakfast is rich and delicious.

GGuest UserStaffs are friendly and welcome, great hostel with full of sharing spaces. Hostel has planned various activities for each of everyday, where Friday was DJ party night. Monday is karaoke 🎤 the rest of the day can’t remember. At check in area there is a big information board this is absolutely amazing for travelers.
Well equipped sharing kitchen as well.

Secondly, this hotel has a lounge, and you can enjoy the music and beautiful scenery at night! ! Because my friend said to take me out to other places, I came back to the hotel very late that night. I was greeted by the enthusiasm and patience of the hotel owner! ! Because I was very happy that night and a little tipsy. I told the boss that I wanted to jump into the swimming pool naked, and the boss did not refuse, and also prepared a bath towel for me and asked me to pay attention to my body! He is really a very warm-hearted person!! Breakfast is also very sufficient! ! Before I checked out, the boss even gave me a bath towel with their hotel logo for me to keep as a souvenir. Il proprietario dell'hotel è una persona molto entusiasta! ! Perché? Prima di tutto, lo ammiro molto. È in servizio di notte e lavora sodo! In secondo luogo, questo hotel ha una lounge e puoi goderti la musica e il bellissimo paesaggio di notte! ! Poiché il mio amico ha detto di portarmi fuori in altri posti, sono tornata in hotel molto tardi quella sera. Sono stata accolta dall'entusiasmo e dalla pazienza del proprietario dell'hotel! ! Perché ero molto felice quella sera e un po' alticcia. Ho detto al capo che volevo tuffarmi in piscina nuda, e il capo non ha rifiutato, e ha anche preparato un asciugamano da bagno per me e mi ha chiesto di prestare attenzione al mio corpo! È davvero una persona molto cordiale!! Anche la colazione è molto sufficiente! ! Prima di fare il check-out, il capo mi ha persino dato un asciugamano da bagno con il logo del loro hotel da tenere come souvenir. Grazie mille! ! La prossima volta soggiornerò di nuovo in questo hotel!!!! (Inoltre, i fiori nella foto non li ho raccolti io, ma dal pavimento dell'hotel.)

MMartin SnellingWe recently stayed here for 5 nights to take in the sights of Verona and surrounding cities. While I can't complain about the price, and for that, it was a bargain, there were a number of issues that resulted in a less than perfect rating.
The location: While it looks close to the main train station, it is about a 25 minute walk. However the 23/24/73 buses run regularly and pick-up / drop-off very close to the hotel
Lidl: next door to the hotel is a Lidl - it was a godsend and well worth visiting (if only for the fresh cheese focaccia).
The hotel itself was very clean but:
- The rooms have wooden floors and the walls aren't super-thick. So, when someone checks in to their room nearby, you can hear everything. At midnight, it isn't great when they're walking in heels across the floor.
- Lack of plug sockets - there was one usable plug in the room that is shared with the kettle, and one in the bathroom!
- Air conditioning (or severe lack of) - the rooms have air con, however, it wasn't switched on and I was told by reception that at this time of year (October) they don't have it switched on. The room temp was in the high 20s which led to us not actually sleeping under the covers - we spend 5 night sleeping on top of the bed as the room was just too hot. We couldn't sleep with the window open as their was too much noise from outside.
- The toilet flush was leaking 'hot water' - but this was repaired / replaced with a different toilet flush
- Staff: They were helpful when housekeeping has vacuumed up one of my wife's earrings, but didn't offer any assistance with regards to the heating in the room

GGuest UserI stayed here for the 3 nights I’ve visited for with my spouse and we enjoyed our stay here as it was located close to where we had access to bus routes as well as Venice overall clean and affordable hotel, only down side was receptionists staff were not as helpful e.g. i asked for salt one night at receptionist and i got no response then he was on a call then after he knew i was still waiting and decide to take a look only to say there’s none left until i found it myself few other things did occur similar to this. Others than this it’s good value for money would visit again
