"The hotel is near the Kochi Station. It is also near to the Kochi Castle and Hirome-Market. It is also not too far from Aeon Mall. The room is spacious. Westerners should not have issues here. The toilet bowl is fully automated. It flushes after every use. 🤩 The breakfast is great! It has fruit juices, coffee and tea. The hotel provides lemon infused water, tea and coffee until midnight daily. There is also onsite parking at the¥800/night."

"Staff were friendly, they may not speak English well, they try their best patiently. The Onsen was great, very calming and relaxing. Just behind the hotel was a lane with Cherry blossoms, Kochi Castle was nearby."

"Not too far from Kochi Station, and you can easily walk to the famous Hirome Market and Kochi Castle. Alternatively, the front desk offers free bicycle rentals. Laundry is free, and drying costs 100 yen for 30 minutes. There's free coffee and a microwave on the first floor. Parking right in front of the hotel is free. The hotel was almost fully booked during our stay. However, the facilities are showing significant age, which makes the cleanliness situation feel like even with their best efforts to clean and maintain, it still comes across as messy and unkempt."

"The hotel facilities are excellent, the air conditioning works great, and it offers great value for money. The WiFi is strong, the environment is pleasant, and the location is convenient. I particularly loved that the room came with a bathtub, and the cleanliness was impeccable, making for a very comfortable stay. Check-in was quick, and the hotel service was, as always, top-notch. The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming, proactively greeting guests, which was a thoughtful touch! There's plenty of parking available, which is very convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel!"

"Beautiful location right by the ocean. We were there on a stormy day and enjoyed watching the waves crashing against the shore. Nice big deck by the restaurant. Loved the outdoor onsen overlooking the ocean. Room was a good size and very comfortable and clean. Service was great. The only downside is the dinner food at their restaurant was marginal at best and very overpriced for what you get. Otherwise a great stay and we both felt very relaxed and rejuvenated after our stay."

"Clean and comfortable room. Hotel is right next to Kochi station which makes it extremely accessible and convenient. There are convenient stores nearby such as FamilyMart (nearest and across the street) , 7-11."

"Shiojikan, well done! Kochi Prefecture's GDP is the second lowest in Japan, so I didn't have high expectations for Shiojikan, but it turned out to be surprisingly good! The facilities were comfortable, and the food was delicious. The onsen is a typical Japanese hot spring, but unlike others, it has a cold plunge pool. And the toiletries are absolutely, incredibly, amazingly good! I would definitely recommend this hotel to any friends who are visiting."

"We arrived by car, and upon arrival, a staff member kindly guided us to the parking lot. The lobby was also explained thoroughly. I think it's good that they only provide the amenities you need, as they don't leave extra in the room for guests who don't use them, preventing waste. For dinner, we made a reservation at ”Rakuda,” a restaurant attached to a nearby hotel. The sashimi and seared bonito were delicious. The room felt a little small. There was a stand for our suitcases, but since we only had two bags, we sat on the chairs and our luggage was on the floor. 🌀 It was clean, so it was acceptable. We could hear voices from the next room and sounds hitting the walls, but all the rooms were quiet at night, which was good. However, groups talking late into the night would be disruptive. Breakfast was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the fruit and bread 🥐. The toaster was an Aladdin, which I used for the first time, and it made me want to replace my toaster at home. After checking out, I asked if I could leave my car there while I explored the nearby area. The parking attendant was very kind and even joked, ”Of course, even for a day!” I checked out at 9am and they let me leave my car there until 10am. Everyone was incredibly friendly and kind. On the way back, I was with a client's family, and one of the women even took photos for us. Their thoughtfulness was really appreciated. The hot spring bath was spacious, with large changing rooms, a large bathtub, and a large washing area. Since it was with a client, I'm glad I chose such a nice hotel."

"Located right next to Harimaya Bridge, it's easy to find and get around Kochi. The room was standard. Amenities were minimal, so you just grab what you need from the lobby. It was very clean and nice. Breakfast was included, but the venue is compact, so you might have to wait if it's crowded. I was happy to be able to eat seared bonito in the morning. I was very satisfied."
