Ξενοδοχεία με parking σε Federal District, Mexico

"This place is fantastic. The location is perfect and many attractions are walking distance. The hotel has a lovely ambience and the staff were really friendly. The room was big and comfortable. I would recommend this place. We shall be returning"

"The service was warm, thoughtful, professional, and meticulous. The hotel is conveniently located next to the airport, with a direct sky bridge to the terminal, which was incredibly convenient. The environment is good, the hotel facilities are complete, and the hygiene is clean and tidy."

"Check-in was quick and the lady at the front desk was pretty and generous. It was Christmas day and we were given teddy bears and Christmas cookies. They were so cute. I loved them and will stay here again next time."

"Looking forward to next visit"

"We loved staying here although we did have a few hiccups. We arrived before check-in but we could leave our luggage at the hotel which was a relief. Unfortunately we lost our luggage ticket while out, but the front desk employee Grecia made it seem as if it were a huge problem and that we would not be able to retrieve our luggage at all. She did not reassure us even after we expressed confusion and concern. However once we had already gotten very stressed about this, another employee simply asked for our identification and quickly resolved the problem (which was their standard protocol). The stress was avoidable. When we arrived to the room we had to call to request robes and slippers, and there was only one water bottle even though we were two guests. In the bathroom, there is only one hook for the towels, which was inconvenient. The shower also leaked water all over the bathroom which is an architectural problem and can’t really be helped but was annoying as the bathroom floor was wet. The lighting in the room was also very dim, but that might just be a personal preference. Multiple times when requesting towels or water from room service, we had to call several times to remind them of our needs (we even once went personally to remind them at the front desk after 3 times of calling). On our last day we were eager to enjoy one final breakfast, which is listed as being from 6am-11am. However the food was not set up until 6:20-30, so we had to rush to eat before checking out to make it in time for our flight. Also at breakfast there is no self service tea or water station, and although the staff are attentive, it’s too much for them to be able to meet everyone’s needs at rush hour breakfast. However despite all of this we are left with a great memory of staying here. The food at breakfast was delicious, and most of the staff were very kind despite the delays in service. The location is convenient and the room was comfortable. I do not regret staying here although for ~300 USD a night I might expect a little bit more attention to detail."

"It cost around 200-300 pesos to get there by Uber from Mexico City Airport. The hotel has a beautiful and stylish design that's a joy to look at from the entrance, and you can enjoy the experience both on the way to the lobby and inside the hotel. The room was far away and a bit of a trek, but it was large and clean. Unfortunately, the shower was the fixed type without a hose, which is common in Central America. We had planned to have breakfast at the hotel restaurant, but it was expensive, so we bought tacos and other items from a nearby restaurant for breakfast."

"Internet is fast , Hotel is very new , centralized location close to eateries, shopping, banks, etc. metro is just 2 minutes away. Room is considerably smaller but nicely designed and well facilitated. Service is great special mention to Diego hall manager excellent job."

"All the staff were kind and cheerful and very cozy. The room was large and clean and comfortable. I stayed on the day of the dead, so I had chocolate."

"Location is great, close to metro and bus stations, and has lots of restaurants nearby. Hotel itself is average and needs more maintenance, like broken tiles in the elevator and the room. Need to leave an ID or 500mxn to get the AC control, which is preposterous. Good hot water and big bed. It serves its purpose for a quick getaway. :)"

"The biggest plus for the hotel is its location. The service is also pretty good and staff is friendly. But the hotel is rather dated. The carpet is old and worn. The AC is very load and we had to turn it off at night. The worst part is water- the water flow is so low it is hard to wash face. Another potential downside is this area is very busy at night. The music on the street can be heard from our 10th floor room. But if you come prepared with earplugs then you are OK."
