"The hotel is located in a serene area of Ikeja Lagos and is very accessible to public transport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well cleaned and tidied. The food is a Chinese buffet type which is good. We paid for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only slight downside is that there aren't many food options to choose from especially at the breakfast, there wasn't coffee nor tea except green tea. There was neither a complementary tea or coffee in the room until we requested for it but came without any milk which is another downside. Amongst other positives, the hotel arranged for and paid for our transport back to the airport. The driver came early and waited for us as well so that we were not late for our flight. This is a 5 Star gesture especially for customers who are not living locally. Overall, I'll rate the hotel service 4.5 ⭐ out of 5. We'll definitely use their services again when next we're visiting Lagos."

"The hotel service was excellent and very welcoming. There's a Chinese chef, and the food was delicious and beautifully prepared. The environment is lovely, and the location is super convenient, making it easy to get around. Plus, there's security, so it feels very safe. The attentive service and clean, tidy rooms are a huge plus. Definitely five stars! From now on, when I'm on a business trip in Lagos, Sister Zhou Hotel will be my first choice. "Overall, it was very good! While hotel facilities overseas, especially in Africa, might not be as modern as those in China, they were perfectly adequate. The service was exceptional; any request was promptly met. The food also far exceeded my expectations. The only thing I'd suggest improving is the shampoo; the current brand isn't very good."

"I came to Nigeria for a business trip, and choosing Shu Garden Hotel was such a great decision! The pool water was crystal clear, and it even had a treadmill next to it – a dream come true for fitness enthusiasts. You can combine cardio and relaxation without having to specifically look for a gym. The security was also incredibly reassuring; there's strict registration for entry and exit, so I felt completely safe strolling around the grounds at night. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm and attentive, with every detail taken care of. Next time I'm in Nigeria, I'm definitely staying here again! They also have KTV rooms and such, which are perfect for business entertaining. Plus, it's right next to a bay – I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel in my home country that offers such a unique location."

"I booked this for my colleague, and she kept telling me I absolutely had to give it a good review. She said it was clean, the meals were free and delicious! She also mentioned how attentive the staff were; being in a foreign country, she felt warm and welcomed by many people from her hometown. "I often travel to Nigeria for work, and this is, hands down, the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The three meals a day are incredibly rich and delicious, with a variety of dishes every day. I particularly loved the stir-fried pork with chili and the stir-fried tomatoes and scrambled eggs – honestly the best I've ever had, especially with more egg than tomato, which was a first for me! And the spicy chicken was fantastic too. Next time I'm here, I'm only staying at Nonfan Hotel!!"

JJohnOn the day of arrival the receptionist told me that they can’t see my name on their system :( after waiting for long seating there at the reception, I decided to pay them for one day just to check in refresh and rested after a long trip from overseas. Then they allowed me to pay for one day, the next day they refunded me and said they later received my confirmation from trip.com. Which I stayed with them the 3night. Finally trip.com should send them travellers information as soon the customer book in and paid.

Mmoshood shittuThe hotel is situated in an excellent location close to the airport. It is a modern hotel that is clean and has excellent facilities. However, the services at the reception desk and Koriko & Co restaurant are 4-Stars. The reception is always crowded, and you spend much time waiting for the staff to attend to you. However, they are apologetic and friendly about keeping you waiting. The food in the restaurant and the varieties are excellent; I mainly ate the local dishes (I ate breakfast daily and ate dinners on several evenings with friends and relatives), and my Lagos taste buds can detect the days when the food tastes superior (must be the different chefs) compare to other days—the meals were warm and delightful. I must recognise the hospitality of the Intern Pastry Chef (Deborah) and ? Food ambassador (Nimi); both checked how the customers enjoyed their meals and hotel stay. They did their job with beautiful smiles and engaged well with everyone. Deborah is a true gem and will add immense value to the hotel brand; her puff-puff is a perfect 10/10.

GGuest UserI often travel to Nigeria for work, and this is, hands down, the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The three meals a day are incredibly rich and delicious, with a variety of dishes every day. I particularly loved the stir-fried pork with chili and the stir-fried tomatoes and scrambled eggs – honestly the best I've ever had, especially with more egg than tomato, which was a first for me! And the spicy chicken was fantastic too. Next time I'm here, I'm only staying at Nonfan Hotel!!

The food is a Chinese buffet type which is good. We paid for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only slight downside is that there aren't many food options to choose from especially at the breakfast, there wasn't coffee nor tea except green tea. There was neither a complementary tea or coffee in the room until we requested for it but came without any milk which is another downside. Amongst other positives, the hotel arranged for and paid for our transport back to the airport. The driver came early and waited for us as well so that we were not late for our flight. This is a 5 Star gesture especially for customers who are not living locally. Overall, I'll rate the hotel service 4.5 ⭐ out of 5. We'll definitely use their services again when next we're visiting Lagos.

ZZwajeThe hotel workers are friendly, hardworking and accommodating. The hotel was located in a very catchy area with ease access to shopping mall and supermarkets . However from personal experience point of view, the hotel Wi-Fi was very poor. In addition the hotel wifi can only connect to single device, maximum of two devices is not allowed. I had to use my personal mobile data for the total of 7days that I stayed in the hotel.

Hotel location: The transportation in Lagos is quite convenient. Hotel facilities: Take a look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken on the day of check-in. Looking at the pictures of bedding and linens, the bed is quite comfortable. Hotel decoration: see pictures for yourself. Bathroom: There is no dry and wet separation. Breakfast: Look at the pictures for yourself. Hotel service staff: Personally I think they are very service-minded and quite careless during the stay.
