I had a wonderfully comfy stay at GO HOTEL, which is conveniently nestled just behind Central Chonburi. They also provide a handy external parking area near the bus terminal, which was quite useful. The hotel is only about 15 minutes from Bang Saen Beach, making it a lovely spot for a quick getaway. The lobby featured a grab-and-go corner for instant noodles, snacks, and soft drinks, allowing guests to enjoy a small meal both inside and outside. There were also board games available, along with a cozy little desk for work. The room amenities were delightful, just as depicted in the photos I attached. There was a minor incident early in the morning, around 4:00–6:45 AM, when the electricity went out. However, the receptionist managed the situation exceptionally well. She went above and beyond to assist all guests and even offered complimentary drinks while we waited, which I truly appreciated. Overall, it was still a very pleasant stay.

The experience was perfect, from the breathtaking sunset to the overwhelming feelings it evoked, and I hope to have the chance to relive it again. The hotel boasts a friendly and helpful staff, a great location with a lovely view, and a romantic atmosphere that's calm, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation.

We are generally happy with the stay. Free buffet breakfast starts at 6.30am ... and was sufficient for our halal-requirements. Staff were thoughtful and offered good prompt service ... from Front office, maintenance man, to bellboy and security, all were excellent. They speak acceptable English. However the sandal provided was not fresh and was used previously ... see photo. If you want to rent a scooter, there is a small rental shop just 50 meters to the left as you exit the hotel for 300baht per day.

Had a great stay here! The location is fantastic, just about 400m walk to Pattaya Beach and Central Festival, and most popular attractions are within walking distance. The overall facilities are comprehensive and very practical. The room even has a washing machine, which is incredibly convenient whether you're staying for a short or long period – you can wash clothes anytime, saving a lot of hassle. The kitchenette comes with an induction hob, fridge, and basic cutlery, so you can easily whip up a simple meal in the morning. The public pool is excellent, clean, and spacious enough for a relaxing swim both during the day and in the evening. The courtyard area is tidy, and the security is top-notch, making it feel very safe and secure. Whether it's for convenience or leisure facilities, everything meets daily needs, making it perfect for a holiday stay. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

My stay had a rough start. I had to change rooms three times because my request for a ”quiet room” wasn't met at first. • 1st Room: Too noisy, located right at a busy hallway junction. • 2nd Room: Very dusty and dirty (especially behind the TV). I had to show photos to the staff to change another room. (See a photo) • 3rd Room: Finally perfect! It was on the 4th floor, quiet, and very clean. (See photos) Staff: The first receptionist seemed too busy to help, but the second staff member was excellent. He was very helpful and finally found me the right room. Also, a big thanks to the 4th-floor housekeeping team for doing a great job. Overall: The breakfast is standard, and the location is perfect—right by the beach and very peaceful. Recommended for a relaxing getaway, but room cleanliness needs more focus especially on the 3rd floor.

We had a very good stay at The Heritage Pattaya Resort. The property itself is well-maintained and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Although the location is a bit far from the main town, it actually worked in our favor as it was peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing family trip. The breakfast could definitely be improved in terms of variety, but we didn’t have any major issues with what we had—it was decent and satisfying. A special mention to the front desk lady (unfortunately, I can’t remember her name) who was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to sort out our rooms and managed to arrange for our family to stay in the same building, which we really appreciated. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay, especially for families and groups of friends looking for a comfortable and peaceful environment.

This hotel was beautiful in general, it was clean and had an upscale feeling to it. It had a beautiful rooftop bar but make sure you reserve your space in early so that you can be there for the sunset otherwise it will surely be full. There is a beach bar and restaurant so that you can enjoy food and drinks right next to the ocean which was great. There is a small private beach area which was secluded and clean. There are a couple pools, particularly the private pool behind the villas is beautiful although it is very shallow. The bigger pool has a fun slide which kids and adults enjoy alike. The breakfast was good. It had a lot of options for western breakfast inside and Thai style outside. For a Chinese palette there isn’t a lot that is suitable though. They have coffee machines, juice, salad bar, egg station, and more. We got a room with a balcony bathtub however, it’s facing the other rooms which means everyone would see you taking a bath and that isn’t comfortable. The room is very spacious, the bathroom was beautiful, and it was worth the price. The biggest issue was how far it is from the downtown Pattaya area, if you want to be at restaurants and nightlife every night this place isn’t the best place for you. Nice and spacious rooms. Staffs are willing to services but staffs in the restaurant should know and recommend promotions to customers. We had dinner near the beach and ask staffs for the promotion but no one can answer. After finish dinner, my husband asked manager at the front, he said ”you can get 15% discount for food if you apply to be member of Centara” but we had already check bill. Staffs must improve this. Anyway, The breakfast is great. Variety of many choices. Taste good too. Overall is great for my familes.

Well first time i had booked into this resort and I was well happy. We took a coach from bangkok and arrived by 11.30 am and got checked in straight away which was nice because checking is after 2pm. We got a room on the 10th floor with a view out towards the sea which was nice because my girlfriend like that type of a view. Overall the room was very nice but the only thing was I didn't take that many photos,silly me but 100% I'll book here again in the near future.

The hotel is located right on Sukhumvit road, in between Sri Racha and Laem Chabung, so the location is perfect for people coming to both areas. The room is very well decorated, even though the A/C was a bit poor, not cold enough somehow. The facility is good with pool, onsen, gym, and breaksfast. Even though, I think the breakfast is just ok, but this is still acceptable. Overall, the place is amazing.
