The hotel boasts a prime location in the city center, and the staff are friendly and helpful, even pressing elevator buttons for you. However, there are a few areas for improvement: 1. Disposable slippers were not provided; 2. The electric kettle was broken; 3. The showerhead had low water pressure; 4. The bathroom light switches lacked waterproof covers.

While the hotel's amenities were excellent, a serious security breach overshadows everything. Staff gave my room key to an unauthorized person not registered to my room. This is a fundamental failure in customer privacy and safety, which prevents me from giving a higher rating. My stay was marred by a significant security lapse. Despite everything else being satisfactory, I was shocked to learn that the front desk gave my room key to another individual without my permission. This person was not registered to my room, which raises serious concerns about privacy and safety protocols. I have never experienced such a breach in any hotel.

A very clean and spacious hotel. It is located in an area, with a supermarket under the same brand. Swimming pool is big but crowded now as people want to beat the heat. The swimming pool is open to public as well, for a fee

The front desk staff were very friendly, and the location is convenient. I'll definitely visit again if I have the chance.

This seems to be the city of Muong Thanh - there’s one every where so so take note. As a small city, every hotel is pretty well situated. In terms of this hotel, it has seen better days and you can see that they are certainly lean on the personnel side. Overall the room operated ok for a one night stay. I might not want to stay another night. Didn’t catch the breakfast or the other on site amenities. Probably wouldn’t come back as there is a mismatch of price/value in this instance. (Regardless of how comfortable the room was).

Very good and convenient, just walk upstairs from the subway station, no need to leave the building. It happened to be raining heavily when we went there, and not having to leave the building was a lifesaver!

Spacious, clean room. Good amenities. Swimming pool, but not worth mentioning because it's too small. The landline phone didn't work when I stayed. Friendly and enthusiastic staff.

The hotel was quite new, right by the sea. However, perhaps because it was a weekday when I checked in, there were very few guests. We arrived quite late and hadn't had dinner, but the hotel still offered to serve us food, and the dishes were still very good, not perfunctory at all.

The hotel service is quite poor. The tram service you bought is not included in the room rate, so when you wait for frustration, you still can’t see where the car goes to the hotel. When the car goes to the zoo to visit, all enter 10 1, even if your ticket is a two-way ticket, The one-stop trip in front of the zoo will not go anywhere, but never go to the hotel. The zoo may not have someone to take care of these animals. They are all drowsy, their houses are smelly, dirty, and they look dying. The breakfast buffet is all but not a continuous supplement, and people who are late are always out of food. At night, the resort has no lights for dark strolls, and no trams to tour the night. This is wasteful because the day is very hot and the cool night is not dark. A better manager is needed to grow, but at this rate, visitors will only come once and never come back. The swan is in a shallow water tank. The dirty water is not recycled water, and no natural habitat is created. The rhino can no longer climb up the hillside to eat grass. He stood there. There were four children last year, but now there are 3 kinds of animals and many horses. They all have species names, but now there are no animals that will definitely die a lot.
