The photos online were misleading. Check-in was on the 3rd floor, not the 8th as stated. Luckily, I had an HK SIM to contact the property. Staff were friendly, but the room was extremely small with a strong chemical smell due to recent spraying without ventilation. There was no shower gel or shampoo provided, and one of the restroom doors was missing. The location is great, but overall, it's not a pleasant experience.

Finding a room with such great value for money in Hong Kong is truly a good find! The room isn't too small either, and it's close to all the places I wanted to visit. The MTR station is right downstairs, which is super convenient. The staff are very welcoming, and the owner is especially nice. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hong Kong.

We had a wonderful stay at Kimpton TSIM SHA TSUI HONG KONG by IHG. Tony at the front desk was efficient and naturally welcoming during check-in. A special thanks to Rachel, who proactively added me on WeChat and notified us the moment our room was ready, saving us from waiting around in the lobby. The room we were assigned was fantastic, boasting a direct, unobstructed ocean view. It was breathtaking to watch the seamless sea and sky during the day and the stunning sunset in the evening. As we were traveling as a family, Rachel thoughtfully arranged our two rooms right next to each other, making it very convenient for us to visit one another. Everyone in the family was thrilled. The service was top-notch with great attention to detail. We will definitely choose Kimpton TSIM SHA TSUI HONG KONG by IHG again on our next trip to Hong Kong.

The vacation rental is very new and well-equipped, with a fantastic view! It even has a washing machine, microwave, and cooking utensils. I'll definitely bring my family back to stay here again. It's close to the city but still has a great holiday vibe! Highly recommended!

The location is very good especially if you are familiar with Happy Valley.  The main tram terminus was almost right outside the door so very convenient to get to both Central and Causeway Bay.  We had a mishap with the elevator not working for a couple of nights and I was on the 17th floor, so impossible for me to walk up those stairs.  They were very apologetic and refunded me for that one night where I could not stay in my room.  The 2nd night they put me in their suites on the 3rd Floor which was not too bad to climb up the stairs.  When the elevator was fixed the next day, they came and helped me move back to the 17th Floor.   Apartment is spacious and comfortable with unbeatable view of the race course.   This was my 2nd time already at this hotel and I will go back again.

The location is very convenient and the service is great, especially the uncle on the night shift who was so thoughtful 💖. There's a convenience store and restaurant downstairs, and the beach is just a few minutes' walk away. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.

It is very convenient to travel in Chungking Mansions. It is a ten-minute walk from the Avenue of Stars and Harbor City. The boss is very nice. When I arrived, it was very inconvenient because my phone ran out of battery before the check-in time. The boss saw that I was embarrassed and asked me to go ahead in advance.
