Surprisingly, this store has been around for more than 300 years. Very attractive to silver hair people from all directions Stayed for 3 nights and got along well with grandparents The price is right, it is a very good experience. This hotel is in a great location, very close to the riverside and the museum...

Not the easiest to find if not using satnav but in a very tranquil location. Large carpark. Nearest shops about an 8 minute drive away. Very nice hotel but rooms could be done being modernised. Bed a bit too firm for us. Very welcoming staff. Very good breakfast with a good choice and made to order hot food. Did not have dinner. Can go for a quiet walk along the river.

Well, there's everything you need

A tired hotel located next to a busy road and railway line. Hot water wasn’t available on arrival or into the evening but had returned before breakfast. Underwhelming stay and no sight of the promised refund 🤷♂️

The room is large, the bed is comfortable, the layout is warm, the restaurant downstairs is very delicious.

We enjoyed are stay at Mercure in Perth It was central, yet quiet. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We also liked the hotel bar, a nice cosy atmosphere. We would definitely stay there again.

Bed was comfortable, bed linen smelt lovely and fresh; room was clean, as was the bathroom. The only (very slight) negative was the positioning of the toilet - quite close to the wall, so anyone who's a larger size could find it difficult to sit down comfortably. The staff I spoke to were all friendly and very helpful. There's a Burger King and a café close-by, and a good-sized Sainsbury's the other side of the roundabout.

My partner and I had a lovely stay at the Spa Hotel, and it was perfect for what we needed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and having arrived early, it was a bonus that our room was actually ready a few hours before check-in! The location of the hotel is great - just a few minutes walk from the main street with cafes, shops, pubs etc. Breakfast was great (especially the haggis!) and there was a great selection available. Unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy the Spa facilities on this occasion, but hope to use them another time.

The hotel was clean & staff friendly with a good location to the city centre. Wifi available at a cost which is unusual as most hotels provide this service to guests & a charge of £15 for early check in .
