"During the Mid-Autumn Festival, I brought my wife and kids here. This was already the most affordable accommodation I could find for the price. Plus, it had everything we needed, lacking nothing. "The need for a short break away, could not have come better than a few days in Dameisha, east of Shenzhen. From door to door, metro, train and metro, the travvel time was an easy 4 hours, arriving just 400 meters from the hotel, which unfortunately, due to some street work, was hidden behind work bollards. However, when accessed, the check was quick and easy, the room was close to the lift and the room, small, two beds, a small balcony, gave a pleasant view of the main town, with the hillside covering the background. The room provided a remote controlled environment, curtains, lights, AC and so on, and the mini bar was free too. Supplies and ammunities were provided and the shower was equal to the natural condition of your personal needs. At the end of the day, the time spent there was fun and enjoybale, with good multinational breaskfasts, and a quiet atmosphere, surrounded by bridges, that led to outlet shops and stores, the beach not 5 minutes walk, with beautiful views to supply a meditational feeling, and a good coastal man made walking path, provided greater photographic opportunities. The hotel and the surroundings, were great for the personal relaxing ease, with a beautifully clean, bright shiny sandy beach and eassy chance to swim and play, with children activities provided close by and a subway, accessible to both hotels one side and the beach the other. Recommended environmentally restful place to go."

It's about 2 kilometers from the main commercial district, so it's not very suitable for families with kids."

"This hotel is essentially a floor of the Ramada. Some rooms are currently under renovation. The room rates are on the high side. Rooms with a view of the Canton Tower are very expensive, and most rooms don't have that view. The breakfast is quite good with a wide variety of options. The freshly made noodle soup is delicious. There are many foreigners, giving it a strong international feel. Facilities: The design is simple, similar in style and quality to a Home Inn. It tries hard to create an elegant atmosphere of traditional Chinese culture. I appreciate the attention to safety details, for instance, the rounded table corners which help reduce the severity of bumps. The bathroom is very small! Anyone over 1.75 meters will find it cramped. The shelf for shampoo and shower gel is well-designed: it's right under the showerhead, making it convenient to access (I forgot to take a photo). The bedding is excellent. The mattress and duvet are comfortable to sleep on. As someone who travels frequently for business, I rarely encounter this level of comfort. Hygiene: Very good. Considering it's under renovation, they've done their best to keep it tidy. Environment: Across the road is the All Seasons Hotel. It's an area with many high-end office buildings. It's quiet despite being in a bustling area, and the river view is pleasant. Service: Sincere and enthusiastic. They greet you with a smile. As it's newly opened, the staff are very young and lack experience. Also, I don't want to interfere with personal style, but the male front desk staff's long, afro-like hair, paired with the coffee-colored uniform, doesn't look very neat. Though, it does look cool and stylish."

"I had a fantastic stay this trip! The guesthouse's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around by taxi and exploring the surroundings. The room was spotlessly clean with no strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The soundproofing in the room was also good, so it was quiet at night. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, a full set of toiletries, and the facilities were well-maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with check-in and check-out. They patiently answered all my questions. Overall, the service was attentive and thoughtful, the hotel environment was tidy, and it offered great value for money. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I would definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend!"

"The location is convenient if you’re a backpacker, as it is within easy reach of many tourist attractions. Staying here also gives you the opportunity to experience the charm of the old residential areas of the Teochew community. However, if you’re travelling with family and carrying a lot of luggage, the location may be less convenient, as cars cannot drive directly into the alley behind the property. Furthermore, the bathroom does not seem to have adequate ventilation or dehumidification. The room can become quite humid, and we noticed water droplets forming on the ceiling when the bathroom door was kept closed. We found that leaving the bathroom door open while running the air conditioning helped to reduce the moisture and dry out the room. Another area that could be improved is the delivery service. At other hotels, the front desk would usually send food deliveries from local apps directly to the room. Here, guests are required to collect their deliveries from the front desk themselves. There were also occasions when no one was available at the front desk when we went down to collect our food, which was rather inconvenient."

Except for the small room size, everything else was great. Most of the staff were enthusiastic and polite, actively helping with luggage, and their uniforms were vibrant. The hotel is similar to those in Chongqing, with the lobby on the 6th floor and guest rooms on floors 3-5. The guest room area has access to an underground parking lot. Rooms have balconies facing the sea, the pool, and the yacht area. Each room is equipped with a dehumidifier, and there's a drying rack on the balcony. The hotel features a recreation center, a children's activity area, a paid mini-train (that runs along the coast), rubber boats, and a variety of sea activities that can be booked for a fee, such as sea fishing trips. Breakfast was also good, with a wide selection. Overall, I was satisfied and will definitely stay here again.

Indeed, this is Shenzhen's top luxury hotel! The front desk is on the 78th floor, and the elevators are thoughtfully equipped with sofas, which is perfect for a quick rest during the 1+ minute ride up or down. That's a great touch. The deep blue theme of the room is my favorite color, and the incredibly spacious design made my extended stay of several days very comfortable! The room's functional layout is also excellent, with clear divisions between the entryway, wardrobe, washroom, and toilet room. Each section is distinct yet can be adjusted and connected as needed. The service was truly exceptional. From check-in to getting to the room, everything was seamlessly handled, and they proactively inquired about my travel plans. A big thank you to Brynn, who, knowing my itinerary, specially arranged a room with a great view for me and patiently explained everything, hahaha 😂, making my trip experience absolutely perfect!

The Executive Lounge at Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou is excellent. Aside from one staff member who seemed a bit stern, the other service personnel were all incredibly warm and polite, making us feel right at home. The food inside was also fantastic. Although the cocktails were a bit subpar, the overall experience was still very positive, earning high praise from both myself and my boss. The public area's pool and Jacuzzi experience were also great, and the sauna and warm pool in the changing rooms were equally impressive. The room itself was also quite good.

I originally booked a standard king room, but the hotel front desk gave me a free upgrade to a business king room, which really enhanced my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the furniture and decor created a nice ambiance. The bedding was comfortable. The bathroom was large and bright, with a wet and dry separation, and the shower drained very well. Upon check-in, I also received a complimentary fruit platter, which was a thoughtful touch. The mini-bar items were also complimentary, showcasing excellent service. The gym on the seventh floor had a great atmosphere, with new and well-equipped machines. The pool was also clean and hygienic, making for a pleasant experience. Breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, with a rich variety of dishes that were replenished promptly, and the food tasted good. Both check-in and check-out processes were quick. Overall, the experience was excellent, the price was reasonable, and it's definitely worth recommending.

I know this hotel is undergoing renovations, and some packages for the new room types even include lounge access and five meals a day, which offers excellent value for money! First, regarding the room, the newly renovated style is minimalist and refined. The room feels very spacious and has excellent natural light. The bathroom amenities include Diptyque shampoo, shower gel, and lotion, which was a very pleasant touch. Next, concerning the dining, the five meals included afternoon tea, happy hour, evening dessert and drinks after check-in, and breakfast and lunch on the second day. The afternoon tea was a pleasant surprise. Although the food selection for happy hour wasn't extensive, it focused on quality over quantity. I didn't get to enjoy the late-night dessert session, but I learned that it was a chocolate-themed dessert night, and the themes are updated regularly. It's worth noting that no matter when you dine, you can enjoy unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Finally, I'd like to commend the hotel's service. All the staff I encountered during this stay were extremely polite and friendly. Especially Miss Sahar at the front desk, the check-in process was very smooth and efficient, and she even followed up afterward to see if I needed any assistance. A male staff member in the lounge also provided very professional service, always greeting us with a warm smile every time we entered the lounge for a meal. Overall, my experience during this stay was excellent, and I look forward to visiting again after the full renovation!

Thanks to the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link, we arrived at the hotel in less than 1.5 hours. It's super convenient for visiting the beach and City Balcony. This time, we also went to Jingshan Park, took the cable car, and enjoyed a lovely bike ride along Lovers' Road. We even had a delicious oyster feast for just over 100 RMB – what a great deal! The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym. For under 500 RMB, you get five-star facilities. Aside from them being a bit dated, everything else was really good. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and helpful.

Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel offered a 10-star experience! The ocean-themed lobby has an incredible ambiance, and the room was spacious, spotless, and featured very comfortable bedding. The hotel's water park was a huge hit with the kids—they had an absolute blast. There is a complimentary shuttle bus directly to Ocean Kingdom, making getting around extremely convenient. The staff were warm and polite, and check-in was smooth. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices with stunning ocean views, and we could even watch the fireworks. It's the top choice for a family vacation, and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit Chimelong!

Had a wonderful two-night, three-day stay at the hotel. First, I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade, and our butler, Sini, was very thoughtful, providing ample warm reminders and responding super quickly. Other staff members we encountered also responded and resolved issues very promptly. The overall feeling the hotel gave was attentive and professional. The hotel isn't new, but it's well-maintained and nicely laid out. I heard it was fully booked one of the nights, but aside from the buffet breakfast being a bit crowded, it never felt overly busy. The hotel has a great resort vibe. It's a shame that with kids, there were many beautiful spots where we couldn't take good photos. Buffet Breakfast: Rich and fresh. Freshly squeezed juices, Cantonese-style freshly made rice noodle rolls, Cantonese congee, chicken feet, Southeast Asian curry rice noodles, etc. You can even mix your own fresh fruit juices. Buffet Dinner: Included in the Trip.com package. The drinks selection was extensive, with several beers, white and red wines, and even the option to mix your own cocktails. There were several types of shrimp and crab, not just one, plus grilled mini lobsters, oysters, scallops, abalone, and lamb racks. Everything I wanted was there, very satisfying. A commendable point is how quickly food was replenished; we rarely had to wait. The beach is clean and exclusive to the hotel, so it's not crowded. Besides the main pool, there's also a swim-up lane connected to the rooms, which was a joy for kids who love water. Over the three days, we switched between the beach and pool constantly, and my child didn't want to leave. If we come for a family holiday again, we'll definitely return here.

Hands down the best hotel I’ve booked on my entire business trip so far. If you’re travelling for work and flying in or out of Guangzhou Baiyun, this place is unbeatable — it’s minutes from the airport (near the T3 terminal) and just a short walk from Renhe Station on Metro Line 3 (Exit C1), so getting anywhere in the city is effortless. The location keeps getting better. It’s walking distance to Huatong Plaza and the Huatongli commercial street, with plenty of food options right there including KFC, McDonald’s and Starbucks — so you’re never stuck for a meal or a coffee after a long day. The room itself was beautifully decorated and genuinely comfortable. Best of all, it had English TV channels — this was the only hotel on my whole trip where I could actually sit down and watch something I understood, which meant a lot after busy days of meetings and sourcing. But what really sealed the deal was the service. They held my luggage, helped me manage my orders, and the airport pick-up and drop-off made the whole stay stress-free. On top of that you get a pool, sauna and breakfast included. Honestly, my only regret is that I didn’t book this hotel for the entire trip. I’ll be back next time I’m in Guangzhou — highly recommended for business travellers.
