"The room was absolutely amazing! It looked exactly like the pictures, 200%. The owner was incredibly nice, offering pick-up and drop-off services and even providing a travel guide. Our trip was super smooth and enjoyable because of them. The dinner the owner cooked was also delicious, tasting just like home-cooked food – unlike the greasy and salty meals you get at regular restaurants. It was light and flavorful, and we devoured every dish. Before we headed down the mountain, the owner thoughtfully turned on the air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the heat. The shower water pressure and temperature were perfect, just right. This place is incredible value for money! Highly recommended! "After much deliberation for this trip, I chose The Westin Hotel. It's conveniently located next to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City is within walking distance. The overall design features Tang Dynasty-style courtyards, with a grand lobby exuding ancient charm. The guest rooms are spacious and comfortable, and some even offer views of the pagoda's night scenery. The hotel boasts a full range of facilities, including a swimming pool and a gym. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, with many local Xi'an flavors to sample. During the summer, it was noticeable that the hotel was quite busy, with the restaurant usually full between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM. Since the hotel opened quite a while ago, some facilities show their age slightly, but overall, it's clean and well-maintained. Upon check-in, the hotel provided complimentary tickets to the Qujiang Art Museum, which is directly accessible via an elevator from the hotel lobby. The main exhibition hall showcases exquisite gold and jade artifacts, with dazzling Ming and Qing dynasty gold jewelry and jade pieces. There are also ceramic exhibition halls and a Picasso exhibition. You can scan QR codes to listen to audio guides, and a thorough visit takes about an hour and a half. Staying here allows you to leisurely visit the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda in the evening and explore the Everbright City at night, saving you the hassle of commuting. The nearby Joy City offers convenient shopping and dining options. During my stay, coffee and milk tea ordered were promptly delivered to my room by robots."

"For my trip to Xi'an, I stayed at the well-established and upscale Sheraton Hotel. While the decor has a bit of a vintage feel, the hotel is very well-maintained overall. The room cleanliness was exceptional; daily housekeeping was thorough, towels were changed promptly, and everything was spotless. The hotel's facilities were comprehensive, and the service was particularly attentive and detailed. Requests like luggage assistance and room service were responded to very quickly, and the staff were all gentle and thoughtful. The surrounding area also offered convenient access to transportation and amenities. Overall, it provided great value for money. As a long-standing five-star hotel, its service standards are definitely up to par. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Xi'an."

"The room appeared clean and was perfectly functional. I particularly liked the decor, especially the 'Yizisun Jade Bi' replica, similar to what I saw at the Qingzhou Museum – a nice touch of culture! Thumbs up! The underground parking is spacious, but you do have to pull your luggage up a small incline from the garage to the elevator, likely due to the structural design of the basement."

"We went to Xi'an with the kids, and they wanted a bathtub and a pool. I, on the other hand, wanted a great location, close to the Grand Tang Mall, and a room over 50 square meters... We ended up choosing this hotel and were absolutely delighted! Upon check-in, they gave our two kids adorable raccoon plushies and a generous supply of fruits, snacks, and drinks. The hotel might be a bit older, but it feels luxurious and grand, not old at all. The bed was huge, and there were plenty of mirrors, which was great for getting ready. They said it was a kilometer from the Grand Tang Mall, but actually, you just step out and you're right at the tail end of it! That was a fantastic surprise! It was so convenient for dining and shopping!"

Service is to add points, because there is a shortage of materials in the mountains, and the waiter wants to eat supper at night to bring his treasure snacks. "The hotel is huge, and its facilities are excellent; it's probably one of the best in the area in terms of hardware. The cave room is very unique, but the lighting is so dim it really feels like a cave. If the hardware is five-star, then the service is three-star. The service was absolutely terrible, and the hotel's management level was a disaster. We stayed for two days and encountered so many problems that we decisively checked out and moved to another hotel, even though we had originally planned to extend our stay. 1. Because we were watching the 'Return to Yan'an' performance at 7 PM, the front desk, based on the time, booked an 'Embittered Memories' dinner for 5 PM the day before. Later, I called the front desk again to change it to 5:30 PM. When we arrived at the restaurant punctually, the restaurant's front desk couldn't even find our reservation, and the restaurant was completely unprepared. The restaurant staff quickly informed the hotel front desk that due to lack of preparation, all internal hotel guests with reservations were pushed back until after 8 PM. 2. There was a lack of communication or timely information exchange between the restaurant, front desk, and concierge. Given such a major blunder with the dining reservation, I immediately went to the front desk to inquire about the performance reservation I had made the day before for today. From what I overheard from the staff's phone conversation, it seemed they still hadn't made the reservation and were urgently trying to sort it out. 3. The restaurant manager said that because they weren't prepared, they would arrange for the food to be delivered to our room after 8:30 PM. After we returned from the performance, it still hadn't arrived. When I called to inquire, I was told that the reservation hadn't been made again. They then rushed to make it, and it was delivered to our room after 9 PM. 4. Breakfast was an even bigger disaster. The restaurant was quite small, with no usher, and no designated queuing area. The front desk just let people in without any guidance. Everyone had to wait behind guests who hadn't finished eating yet to grab a seat. In the end, we (a family of three) had no choice but to split up and find separate spots to share tables. 5. Not to mention the insufficient supply of coffee, milk, and beverages, the plates were also cleared very slowly. Everyone was doing half a task and then moving on to another. Despite a decent number of staff and not too many tables, it was still chaotic, which again proved the extremely poor training and management. 6. While eating, we saw more and more guests coming down. The front desk informed them there were no seats and to come back in half an hour. A large group of guests left unhappily. However, later guests were seated right away when seats became available. I can only imagine the anger of the large group of guests who waited half an hour only to have to continue waiting. 7. When checking in, we registered our child's information, but the front desk didn't even think to prepare children's toiletries and slippers. When I called the front desk from the room, the robot answered and recorded the request for children's supplies and an extra duvet. Half an hour later, there was still no movement. It was only when I switched to a human operator to complain that they urgently delivered them."

"Such a wonderfully cozy room! The entire space is designed with tatami mats, which are incredibly comfortable to walk on barefoot. The corners are filled with various paintings, picture books, and fluffy plushies, making it so relaxing to quietly read or draw. There are also gentle and well-behaved cats at the property that you can pet, their soft and adorable presence melts away all fatigue. The overall atmosphere is warm and quiet, perfect for a relaxing short stay. The decor is full of childlike wonder, making it ideal whether you're alone or bringing children. My experience was absolutely perfect!"
