Great service and hospitality, especially for the night reception Mr. Sami & Mr. kaebish keaghis who works in the day sorry if i spell ur name wrong and ofcourse the housekeeping for keeping the room so clean! Definitely a recomendation for friends & family only one woman from restaurant breakfast in morning who checks in the guest and took our payme u maybe can use a smile next time!

Modern, artistic hotel. Great location, friendly staff and nice breakfast. Will definitely stay here again if I’m at Dusseldorf.

The hotel is very close to the Cologne Exhibition Hall, and it only takes a few minutes to walk there. The receptionist is very friendly. The room is clean and sanitary, and there is plenty of hot water. Disadvantages: Breakfast is a bit expensive at 28 euros; the quilt is too thin and too short (but not cold). Summary: I will choose this place again when I attend the Cologne Exhibition next time.

Built in 1999, the hotel has an older design but is well-functioning. We booked a room with a church view, which was spacious. However, the bathroom only offered a 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash, which doesn't quite meet the standards of similarly priced hotels in the city. A rather interesting feature is the grand lobby; at first glance, I thought it was a shopping mall! The piano bar on the first floor had a great atmosphere in the evening, until we realized the music seemed to be from a speaker and not actually played by a person, haha (or maybe the pianist had just finished their shift when we passed by).

I lost one day here. Waste it. Wifi did not work and nobody did not solve this problem. Just to say”sorry for that” is not enough if you come here for business and you have most important things to do in internet. The tree at the door is particularly beautiful, with a golden sea. The hotel is on the mountain, about two or three kilometers away from the city center. It feels particularly good to drive along the hotel on the Panshan Road surrounded by golden leaves. The room is large, the balcony scenery is particularly beautiful, the parking fee is also very cheap, it seems to be 3 euros a night? Can't remember. However, the quilt of the big bed room is two very small quilts. I don’t know what’s going on. In addition to the international five-star, the big bed rooms in other hotels are all such quilts. They just sleep separately. Bad place: the hotel breakfast is really not friendly to the Oriental people, I like to eat the food I didn't find.

Unfortunately, the Kiman facility in the room was not to fix a pleasant sleep temperament, so it was too warm. At the reception it was notified and there was just a brief excuse. I would have expected a price change. The room, a friend, was too warm and the nice young man at the reception noticed that this was probably also defected by other guests.

Stayed as a couple at Club King Double room for 5 nights during the Amphi Festival. Pros: - Unbeatable location, walking distance to everything while not within the Old Town which is way too touristy. Five-minute walk from the train that takes you straight to the airport. - Room 99% soundproof, very private and peaceful (stayed at the Club floor, 6/6). - Amazing bed. - Full-size working desk in the room. - Daytime service very professional, helpful, and friendly. - The Club Floor lounge has it's own very good breakfast buffet (included with the Club rooms at no extra cost - apart from the higher cost of the Club room itself - so you might skip paying extra for the regular breakfast at the restaurant). Also daytime tea with cake and an evening snack are served as well. The snack could become your legitimate dinner if you need it, as there are hot options and appetizers. Amazing view of the cathedral from the Lounge. - The food was amazing. Cons: - The night shift staff is not at the same level as the day shift, so try to resolve your matters during the day. - Some visible wear and tear in the room (not important to me, but might bother some who expect everything to be 100% at this price point). Overall: - Highly recommend, would stay again.

Breakfast is the style of a typical German family hotel. not bad

The room was nice and clean however, there is no fridge in the room. The aircon was not working, when we tried to call the reception multiple times to help us fix the issue but no one pick up even though we called multiple times. The parking lot is at the mainbuilding and we stayed in the other building which is across the street and doesn't have the reception desk. It says there is parking provided but you still have to pay 23 euro for 24 hours. In the end they waived this for us since the aircon didn't work and they didn't fix it. The coffee provided was nice. The hotel is quite in the night but during the day there was some construction noice since there are some renovations going on around in the area.
