"The hotel's location is quite good, not far from the attractions. It's about a ten-minute taxi ride to the Royal Palace and the Santa Cruz quarter. I was also satisfied with the hotel facilities and environment; even the toiletries had a lovely orange scent. However, for two consecutive days, after the housekeeping staff cleaned my room, they would take my room key card, which was left in the slot, without permission. This meant I had to go to the front desk every time to get a new one. The most infuriating part was on the third morning when housekeeping knocked three times to clean my room. The second knock was at 10:40 AM, which seriously disrupted my sleep (I had planned to sleep soundly until noon). Furthermore, I found food residue stuck inside the menu on the desk, which was quite disgusting and clearly overlooked by the cleaning staff."

"I only stayed one night, so it was a bit rushed. I forgot to take pictures of the room, only the bathroom. However, the room was still very spacious and clean, with all the essentials, and the bathroom was also roomy. The shower water was very comfortable! The breakfast buffet was quite extensive. The front desk staff spoke English, making check-in smooth! The location is excellent, right in front of the British Palace, with many dining options nearby. Very good indeed! 👍"

"I booked a terrace room, but then realized there was no terrace. After checking, I saw I'd been upgraded to a suite – okay, fair enough. The biggest surprise was ordering room service because I was so tired. It was only 35 euros, but honestly, it was the best meal I've had in Spain! The room rate was a bit high, but that food was just incredible! It's within walking distance of Seville train station, which is super convenient and not noisy at all. Plus, there's a big supermarket right across the street. This has been the most satisfying hotel stay of my whole trip."

"This is a stylish hostel with a very new feel to it 🤍. It's clean and you can tell they've put thought into various details. Pros: Clean, curtains on beds, ample luggage storage, rooftop, tap water/sparkling water machine. Cons: There were no female-only rooms available so I stayed in a mixed dorm, but the shower stalls were too small and my clothes got completely wet 😭. There wasn't really anywhere convenient to change. The facilities stayed consistently clean because the cleaning staff were always tidying up – early mornings, after check-out, and regularly throughout the day! It's great that there are containers and drawers to store your own food and condiments. My coke did get stolen though... 😂 But it was nice to have apples available at the front desk every morning!"

"There is no parking lot, and the hotel is in a good location right next to the Royal Palace and Cathedral of Seville, and very close to the Flamenco Museum. The apartment is in good condition, providing toothbrush, soap, shampoo, etc. The apartment has two double bedrooms with a sofa bed outside. The kitchen is simpler, but also adequate. The only disadvantage is that there is no washing machine, and a public washing machine is required, which costs 5 euros at a time. Everything else is fine. It’s easy to go anywhere, and there is more to eat. I forgot to take pictures of the room. These two are taken from the top of the rooftop."

"Overall, common areas are modern and spacious. Some rooms have beautiful views over the city, botanic garden, and sea side. The hotel also offers very good facilities such as the pool, jacuzzi & gym. The breakfast is exceptional with lots of variety to pick from. However there were quite a few disappointments: service at the bar was really bad, with staff sighting and making faces when you ask to order something, the inner spa is at additional cost and the rooms are very small which does not make it worth the price we paid."

"Went for a couple days with a friend to explore Seville. 15 minute walk to main cathedral and palace so very close. Loved the rooftop pool although could have done with a few extra sun beds at times. Room felt clean and had everything you would need, although air-con wasn't particularly good. Overall, would stay again!"

"The hotel's location is fantastic, right across from the beach. The rooms are a bit dated, but perfectly fine. It had a balcony. The problem was that they gave us two single beds; they didn't have a double. Also, the room was the one for disabled guests. Otherwise, very good. A decent hotel on the beach in a great city. The price is high, but all the hotels in the city are that price."

NneroomiThis is a stylish hostel with a very new feel to it 🤍. It's clean and you can tell they've put thought into various details. Pros: Clean, curtains on beds, ample luggage storage, rooftop, tap water/sparkling water machine. Cons: There were no female-only rooms available so I stayed in a mixed dorm, but the shower stalls were too small and my clothes got completely wet 😭. There wasn't really anywhere convenient to change. The facilities stayed consistently clean because the cleaning staff were always tidying up – early mornings, after check-out, and regularly throughout the day! It's great that there are containers and drawers to store your own food and condiments. My coke did get stolen though... 😂 But it was nice to have apples available at the front desk every morning!

SSyahrizal ShafieI recently stayed at Eurostars Palace for 3 nights, and this time we chose the Junior Suite for our stay. The room was very spacious, and having a separate bedroom made such a big difference. It meant I could read a book or watch TV in the living area without disturbing my partner while they rested in the bedroom. I especially loved the wardrobe area, which gave us plenty of space for our large luggage and belongings. We also decided not to include breakfast this time because the hotel’s location is so convenient, there are many great breakfast spots within walking distance. One lovely touch was the complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival, which felt very thoughtful and welcoming. I would also like to give a special thank you to Susana from the City Expert team, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She gave us excellent recommendations on places to visit, where to dine for lunch and dinner, and what to expect in Córdoba at the beginning of May. Well done, Susana — your hospitality really enhanced our trip. Overall, our stay at Eurostars Palace was wonderful and made our Córdoba experience even more memorable. The hotel is perfectly located near the Old Town, the Jewish Quarter, and the Mosque–Cathedral of Córdoba. We even enjoyed stunning views of the city from our room on the 13th floor. Thank you to the whole team for treating us so warmly and making our stay such a pleasant one.

EErdem DestanI am so happy and pleased that we stayed here; I’m really glad we chose this place. Here are my detailed thoughts after our stay: The price was incredibly low compared to nearby hotels and aparthotels, and it offered much more value. After checking in online, your room number and door code are automatically sent to you—it’s fast, practical, and very convenient. The room was amazingly nice, clean, and spacious. The one we stayed in also had a large balcony, which is great for relaxing in the evening if you like. It’s about a 7–8 minute taxi ride to the center. Uber costs around €17 on average, which is pretty much the only downside as commuting back and forth gets a bit pricey. I would strongly recommend renting a car instead, as you can get very good cars for just €10 a day. The nearest beach is Playa de Maro, and we went there every day during our 5-day stay. It’s a maximum 8–9 minute walk and is a beautiful, clean cove. You can rent a sunbed and umbrella together for €6. The beach itself is free, so you can just sit on the sand if you prefer. There’s a café where you can get food and drinks, or you can buy your own supplies from a market. There is a small pool on the top floor of the hotel with views of the surroundings and the sea. We never used it since the sea was more enjoyable for us. If you head into the center of Nerja, you’ll find plenty of restaurants and pubs to enjoy your time. There are 2 or 3 nice restaurants around the hotel. Restaurant Maro (full name: Hogar Y Centro Social Maro) and a casual seafood spot in the side street called Bar El Rincón de la Tapa, where you can eat incredibly delicious, fresh, and cheap fish. The side streets and the surrounding area are lovely. We walked around and found some great spots for photos. The most famous beach in the center of Nerja, Playa Burriana, is about 7–8 minutes away by Uber.

RRBP13Ibis is clean, staff are nice, helpful and always smiling. AC is operated centrally by reception, default on 22 degrees but I phoned reception and they changed it to 19. Stayed for 4 nights, we were well rested and comfortable. The breakfast has complete options from porridge, bacon, eggs, pastries or fruits. The pool is a good size, bar has a lot of drinks to offer. There is a water dispenser in every floor - so grateful for it! We used uber most times bec of the 45 degrees heat! For the 4 of us, it equates to just over €1.40 each (standard 1 way fare on public transport). A lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Airport uber is €27, Seville city centre is not far but would not recommend walking in the heat. Thank you to the staff

GGuest UserFrom the moment you walk into the hotel, it feels as though you've entered the Alhambra itself. The architecture of this Iberostar is truly stunning: Arabic-inspired, colorful, with high-quality materials. The reception area is nothing short of majestic, with marble tiles, flowing fountains, wooden ceilings, and other details that leave a lasting impression. I booked a side sea view room for my parents, and they were given probably the best possible one: located on the 5th floor at the far end of the hotel. The view was far beyond “partial”: they could admire the sea, lush gardens, outdoor pool, and all the hotel terraces all at once. As for me, I made two separate bookings for a three-night stay. Since the same room wasn’t available for all nights, I was upgraded to a superior apartment, an unexpected and much-appreciated gesture. We opted for half-board, and the food was outstanding in both quality and variety. From fresh seafood to superfoods like chia seeds, the buffet offered something for every taste. This hotel truly stands out among the 4* properties we've been to across Europe and the world. The outdoor pool is impressively large, with plenty of sunbeds available. The entire property was immaculately clean, and the green spaces were greatly maintained. Parking was hassle-free, with numerous free spots available both in front and along the sides of the hotel. Another plus: water fountains are placed throughout the hotel, allowing guests to enjoy cold water at any time. Just across the street, you'll find a variety of shops, making it easy to pick up anything you need. Lastly, a mention to the entire hotel staff - from reception to restaurant service - who were consistently professional and kind.

GGuest UserThis hotel is punching above its weight and winning. The staff are all really friendly and really take pride in making sure your stay goes well. While on holiday I had a problem with my suitcase not wanting to unlock (likely due to being thrown about in the plane). The staff helped me and found a solution to get inside by cutting the tags and smoothing them off to avoid injury. Without which I'd have had no clothes for the trip. While in Spain we had the national power outage which was totally beyond anyone's control. The staff handled this the best they possibly could. Allowing us to gather water from the pool to aid with flushing toilets, which were affected by the power outage. Providing us with candles and matches. As well as the rooms having a torch inside. When the power came back on, they organised a get-together with complimentary drinks and nibbles to thank us for our patience. This was a lovely touch even though this wasn't the hotels fault. The room I stayed in had recently been renovated and I was so impressed by the new design and choices that had been made. The resort was kept clean all the time by the fantastic cleaning team who were always doing something. All members of staff were friendly and were on board with the hotels pledge to reduce its environmental impact. The hotel doesn't have dedicated parking but on street free parking is so easy to find between the hotel and the park that this isn't an issue. The location is minutes away from the seafront and a selection of places to get breakfast and other meals. I've been to this hotel before, but I've seen a real improvement this year in how Sahara Sunset is being ran. I look forward to seeing how they continue to develop.

GGuest UserNice Hotel bang in centre of Sevilla & staff were friendly. However, we drove here & it was a nightmare locating the hotel ! Streets blocked off due to roadworks everywhere caused chaos for us. We had to park up, walk to hotel & get directions to official parking which is still ten minutes walk from hotel ! The roads were really narrow at points, full Of pedestrians  & it’s not an easy city to navigate by car. I wouldn’t drive there again ! Room was okay but beds like lying on a bench, so hard ! You needed a tech degree to operate TV which had ONE UK channel ? I get it’s Spain but dozens of French, German & even 3 Russian channels ! So many English visitors yet not even a couple of channels ? At night, the room is light due to various lights which don’t switch off? Suspect they’re alarm type lights but two blue lights either side of the bed ? No idea why but so annoying !  The toilet basin was so close to the shower cubicle, I was unable being 6’3 to actually sit on the toilet facing forwards ! Not comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, lovely selection, especially Fruits & pastries. The pool on the roof was tiny  with very few beds but has superb views & is beautiful if you can get a bed ? Also had a lovely bar terrace adjacent to pool but on our final day, they closed this facility completely including refusing to serve drinks on the sun terrace ? This was extremely annoying & imo completely unnecessary as the private event in the bar didn’t take place until the evening which meant guests sunbathing during the day still couldnt get cold beverages ! All in all, a nice hotel in a decent location but expensive for Whats you got. Not the place if you’re driving !
