OMG, what can I say about this hotel? The hotel is beautiful, but the room is so small. Two people are fighting each other even if they turn around, and the luggage cannot be opened. There are two chairs, but there is no room for legs. No more, the bathroom is even smaller. Well, I went to live in a servant's room in a large manor. After staying for two nights, there was no cleaning service, towels were not changed, and there was no mineral water. The problem with all these hotels in the UK is that they have to set a specific time for breakfast, which is troublesome. The breakfast environment is very beautiful and quaint, but there are actually very few breakfast varieties. It’s nothing more than a continental breakfast or Bank Dick eggs or Spanish omelette or something like that

We live fairly local but decided to stay here as my daughter & her friends prom was at the wine estate local to the hotel, we wanted to make our girls prom a little more special. Staff we’re very helpful friendly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect Cold water in fridge fans in the room and the weather has been hot. Food we ordered from the menu in our room was great & friends eat in the bar area which was also very good. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Quite frankly, by day 2 we had fallen in love with the place, all staff on all sections were brilliant. All facilities were clean, well maintained and up to spec. Indoor pool, outdoor pool, 2 saunas, ice plunge pool, tennis courts, orchard and children's play area. There is also archery, bike hire and even boat hire so you can have a little trip on the river. We didn't do breakfast but there is a lovely little coffee bar with pastries and for the evening meal the main restaurant operates a buffet style with about 30 options so you could try a little bit of everything. The quality of the food was also very good. Finally I'll just mention that my partner enjoyed a couple of treatments at the spa and said her experience was superb. I recently had an exceptional stay at a hotel located in the heart of Guildford. The convenience of the location was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 10 out of 10. The staff provided exemplary service, demonstrating professionalism and attentiveness throughout my visit. Most importantly, the room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, contributing significantly to my overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay in Guildford.

One of our favourite places to stay. Staff always helpful, good accommodation , food fine , convenient location for Grange Park Opera, lovely grounds for strolling in . You seem to think of everything!

Myself and my friend who was 70 years old and birthday whilst there had a lovely time.

Another lovely stay. Evening meal was very good. Breakfast was average. The spa facilities are good. They have added extra hot tubs which was a nice addition although both hot tubs were not as clean as they could have been. We went to the spa very early and was a little disappointed with the amount of scum marks in the hot tub. We felt it should have been wiped round before the first people used it. Other than that we had a lovely stay.

The hotel is nice and small, but European hotels do. The breakfast buffet is 12 pounds and 15 minutes away by taxi from the centre of the UK. Just ask the front desk for help. You can't take a bus or walk because the doorway of the hotel is a lane without pedestrians, which is very dangerous. Going back to the graduation ceremony, the hotel in the town is either fully booked or too expensive, so I set it a little farther. Not far away is the new lands corner, the scenery is super good, you can drive there in 5 minutes
