However, the check-in process was slow, and our room wasn't ready until 3:30 PM. I booked two rooms, and one of them wasn't ready until 4:30 PM. When we finally received the keys, we found that the pillows didn't have pillowcases, with the excuse given that they weren't available yet. There was also no bath mat, even though the keys had already been handed over. Furthermore, there were still items left behind by the previous guest in the room.

This hotel is amazing! From the views to the facilities and cleanliness. It's highly recommended for family trips. My kids absolutely loved this hotel and wanted to stay for 4 more days, that's how comfortable it was for them. They just wanted to jump in and play all day long! 🤣
