The room is decent, breakfast could have more options in them. The other two downsides are that the hotel provides no toiletries except for soap and shampoo, and the wall between rooms is too thin.

My families booked 3 junior suite rooms for 2 nights. The room are spacious and the room prices were reasonably cheap for junior suite type. We think the only drawback is that the parking lot is the same with the mall next to the hotel, so when you arrived in the afternoon/ evening, it might be hard to find spot. On top of that, the parking signage is a bit unclear. If you’re staying at the hotel, make sure to enter through the left gate with the barrier, and go straight down to the basement.

The room view is okay, the cleanliness is okay, it's just a bit far from the hustle and bustle of the city, the pool is quite clean, the breakfast is quite varied at that price and the view of the restaurant is great, the bathroom is clean but doesn't smell good, overall it's good for those who want to staycation 👌

It was the perfect time we spent in Grand Mercure lampung. Booked 5 rooms for families gathering. The room is very clean and comfy, and room temperature is easy to adjust My room is over looking to the ocean and hills In the morning, I can see local people jogging on car free days. If I know earlier, I would love to join All amenities are good products and work well. We also enjoyed the time by doing dancing and swimming on the poolside . It's amazing that they provide hot water for showers at the swimming pool. Breakfast was rich and tasted good with lots of my local snacks. All staff from the front desk, concierge, and room service are very friendly, I drove electric cars, and they allowed me to park at the lobby parking. I am so happy , because I drove so far from Jakarta and got tired and he allowed me to park near the lobby that's a lot. Thank you for understanding. All is perfect during our stay, the staffs everywhere is helpfull, also the breakfast so nice

Amazing selection of breakfast. Room is new, clean, neat and tidy Don’t forget to ask for the mountain view from the corner room. The view is stunning. Service, cannot be better especially service from Mba Dwi from the restaurant and the receptionist who helped me during check in (forgot to see the name tag) Definitely recommended and will stay here again.

The hotel has a nice setting out around the pool. The rooms are ok , but lack maintenance (cabinet door jammed and the faucets were lose …and other stuff like that ) . The staff is very friendly. . The overall facilities are limited , is a medium size hotel . Restaurant and breakfast on the average side , not much to offer and not that good . Expected a little better standard’s for a Sheraton ; yet still a good stay .

We stayed here for 2 nights and were very satisfied. The service was very good, the hotel was clean, and there were many activities provided. My children were very happy to see the birds and fish that are well cared for at this hotel. I hope there will be many more hotels like this in Lampung so that Lampung can develop further.

The hygiene conditions are acceptable since it's newly opened, but the hotel is small and the surrounding environment is messy, so the experience isn't great. I wouldn't recommend booking it unless it's for business travel.
