The room still a smells like someone has been smoking inside even it says it's a non smoking room.

The hotel is ok. Sound proof is poor. You can hear sound from the corridor. Maintenance needs to keep up. The air-conditioner is leaking at the lobby area The staff is not taking action. Just acknowledge the issue.

We had a comfort experience at this hotel. I do recommend to those who wants a staycation and this hotel is nearby shopping centre.

I would recommend this hotel for both business and leisure trips. As the hotel is connected with Pekanbaru Exchange, its offer a good place to wrap your night with some movie time in cinema and going back to hotel for rest

The hotel itself is lovely, but the rooms absolutely reek. Literally. An unpleasant odor lingers in the hallway, presumably due to the carpets needing replacement. The food and breakfast, however, were delicious and certainly a highlight. Overall, it was just okay.
