My stay at Hyatt Regency was great. I am a female solo traveler. Room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast is very delicious. Staffs are very helpful.

It's a very good hotel, with great amenities, and good staff behaviour and great stay. A good hotel to recommend and has a great food.

We checked -in the hotel on Saturday night .. there are 2 club that’s very noisy inside the Hotel premises … the music was very (extra) loud  (no soundproof walls )although  our room was on 4th floor still it was not helpful in anyway the music ended at 4.00 am (both on Saturday /Sunday) it was very bad experience staying at the property .

A flawless experience. Incredibly luxurious stay at a great price for a business traveler. Excellent English skills by everyone. Room serve was prompt, even though I didn't order until almost midnight. Nawab, the *** helping with cars, was a truly phenomenal help. He called my ride and made sure my trip went smoothly, and got me and the car loaded up and on my way.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean and modern. The location is very central, close enough to the airport and also to city center. The only issue I have is they would not allow the AC to go below 21° and at night it would get hot in the room, I asked the front desk and they told me it was general standards. Other then that the stay was a total pleasure and the breakfast menu was good.

At this place it’s very good 4 star hotel.. location is excellent in new Digha. Staff is good and for children there is play park and some birds and small animals to see like zoo. Overall it’s good experience.

While the booking process and stay experience were satisfactory, I would like to highlight a concerning pricing discrepancy. The rate quoted on Trip.com was approximately 40% higher than the price offered directly by the hotel for the same room category and stay dates. This difference is significant, and frankly unexpected, especially considering that I am a Diamond member with your platform. As a valued member, I expect Trip.com to provide competitive or preferential rates, not higher than what the property itself offers. I request a review of this pricing inconsistency and an explanation of how such a large variation occurred. The breakfast is delicious, the lobby is clean, and the service staff is very friendly. However, the location is a bit hard to find. It is in an alley, and there is no scenery to see. Outside you can see an abandoned government building.

I have stayed at this hotel before, and overall I feel quite good, so I choose again.

Clean and very comfortable room. Excellent mattress & pillows. Best hotel for a transit stop. Late night receptionist - prosenjit & capable efficient kishan made the entire process flawless. Jayasree - receptionist in the afternoon was very personable too. Special mention to the kitchen team for arranging a packed breakfast since i was checking out before the restaurant could open for breakfast. I'm coming back to this hotel incase of a similar travel situation for sure! well done, ra vista hotel & staff
