"This is my 2nd stay here. Love the cleanliness, the osen which offers multiple pools, the systematic luggage storage/collection process. The best part is the airport limo bus stops right behind the hotel on 2nd floor of the OCAT Building. You don't even need to cross any roads or take any stairs since escalator is available. Simple use the massive underpass walkway to connect to Namba shopping malls like Takashimaya and the famous Shinsaibashi shopping street at exit 10/12. Pls bring luggage w top/front opening as there is limited space. Do not bring 50/50 split luggage. Apart of this, everything else is super great! Oh yah, there are multiple charging sockets from 3-pin, japanese 2 pin, USB. More than enough for usage."

"I chose Hankyu again this time, even though it's a bit far from the station, because I was so impressed by their warm and thoughtful service on my last visit. I booked the same room as before, and the view was absolutely stunning. The bathroom was incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were so good that I even took some with me. The cleanliness was, as expected, impeccable, with the room tidied thoroughly every day. Regarding service, they still offered the same excellent experience of escorting guests to their rooms and explaining the features. The check-in process and concierge service were also top-notch. However, there were two small disappointments this time. First, one morning before we left, we requested two bottles of water. But when we returned in the evening, we found that the usual spot for bottled water hadn't been refilled with new ones. I'm not sure if it was an oversight or if they assumed that since we'd already received water that day, they wouldn't provide more. Secondly, on my previous stay, a staff member would help push our luggage to the car and hand it over to the driver when we checked out. This time, they only asked if we had a car and then left us to it, which momentarily made me feel like I was back at the Imperial Hotel (a jab at what the reviewer perceives as less attentive service there). All in all, I was a little disappointed compared to my last visit, especially since the location isn't the most convenient, making service all the more crucial. Also, it was quite surprising that bath caps weren't provided as a standard amenity."

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! From Kansai Airport, you can buy a limousine bus ticket to Nanko, Tempozan, or Universal Studios from exit 3 for 1800 JPY per adult. It drops you off directly at the hotel entrance, making it perfect for families traveling with seniors and children. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from Universal Studios daily. Compared to hotels right at the Universal Studios entrance, this one offers excellent value for money. You can book the shuttle and manage the number of passengers by scanning a QR code; the interface is in Chinese, which is very convenient. There are also free daily shuttles to Shin-Osaka Station and weekend shuttles to Umeda Station. The hotel has water dispensers on each floor with both hot and cold water. On the basement level, there's a Lawson convenience store and several restaurants. The hotel also offers buffet lunch and dinner, with prices varying for weekdays and weekends, and for lunch and dinner."

"The hotel is directly connected to the station, which makes it very accessible. Several subway lines run through here, which is super convenient. The room was a bit on the small side, making it hard to open a suitcase. However, there were plenty of amenities, and it was clean and comfortable. The elevators can be slow, so it's best to leave with plenty of time to spare."

"This hotel was recommended by a friend, and its location is absolutely fantastic. Downstairs, there's a city rail station, and it's a hub for various subway lines, making travel incredibly convenient. It's very close to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. The airport shuttle also has a stop right next to the hotel, which is super handy for getting around. I stayed for three nights, and the room was quite spacious, quiet, and spotlessly clean. I'm particular about my sleep, so I was thrilled that the bed was very comfortable and the environment was peaceful. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again in the future."

Other hotels feel less impressive in comparison. - **Attached to shopping mall** – everything available under one roof, very convenient. Some minor Disadvantages: - **Taxi access limited** – difficult to get a cab directly from the hotel. - **Room setup not ideal for work** – no desk provided for laptop use. - **Housekeeping hygiene issue** – staff are helpful, but body odor lingered in the room, which was unpleasant. Overall Impression: We stayed here for a business trip in Osaka (three of us). Overall, the hotel is excellent and offers many strengths, especially the breakfast and facilities. However, management should pay closer attention to housekeeping hygiene and improve taxi accessibility."

"I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday and paid nearly TWD 9,000 for one night, expecting a memorable stay. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. I requested a room with a view of the Tenjin Festival fireworks through Trip.com almost two months before my stay. Trip.com later confirmed that this request had been forwarded to the hotel. However, I was only informed at check-in that my room would not have a fireworks view, leaving me with no opportunity to change my room or book another hotel. What disappointed me even more was the attitude of the front desk staff. When I asked whether my request had been received, I was met with a questioning tone and was asked if I had actually sent the message. I was then told that the hotel had only received information that it was my birthday, and that rooms with fireworks views were more expensive. However, I later checked the hotel’s official website and found that the price for those rooms was very similar to what I had already paid through Trip.com. Instead of trying to understand or resolve the situation, the staff repeatedly told me to contact Trip.com and insisted that it was not the hotel’s responsibility. Later, Trip.com informed me that they had indeed forwarded my request to the hotel but never received a response. The room itself was clean and the facilities were nice, but good facilities cannot make up for poor customer service. I expected much better hospitality from a Hilton property, especially on such an important occasion. Sadly, this experience ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday celebration. I hope the hotel will improve its communication with booking partners and provide better training for its front desk staff so that future guests do not experience the same disappointment."

"The room is small but can open two suitcases. The public bath and spa are excellent. Close to JR station and donki. But the staff and hotel policy are terrible and I could only rate it woth adverse comment. First, at checkin the staff did not tell us the spa world could be used even after checkout, so we had no idea we could still stay to play the spa world the next day until we learnt it from other residents in the hotel. If we have learnt it earlier at checkin we might adjust our travelling plan as we checkin late at night from landing. Second, upon checkout we asked for luggage storage service, which is very basic services of hotel, but the staff said if we were leaving and not staying for the spa, they would not keep our luggage. I am not meaning leaving Japan but I just go out from breakfast or some shopping. I have visited Japan multiple times and stayed in many hotels or residence, and this is the first one not offering luggage storage service. Please do not call this a hotel if you refuse to offer luggage storage service. Third, the hotel prohibited any slipper and every one had to walk back to rooms in bare feet after public bath, this sounds dirty while the staff was wearing slipper. Hotel could provide slippers and require resident to wear hotel slippers only. Bad experience and poor service."
