"This is my 2nd stay here. Love the cleanliness, the osen which offers multiple pools, the systematic luggage storage/collection process. The best part is the airport limo bus stops right behind the hotel on 2nd floor of the OCAT Building. You don't even need to cross any roads or take any stairs since escalator is available. Simple use the massive underpass walkway to connect to Namba shopping malls like Takashimaya and the famous Shinsaibashi shopping street at exit 10/12. Pls bring luggage w top/front opening as there is limited space. Do not bring 50/50 split luggage. Apart of this, everything else is super great! Oh yah, there are multiple charging sockets from 3-pin, japanese 2 pin, USB. More than enough for usage."

"Right next to the busiest tourist area in Osaka and with access to large number of facilities., Spaworld is surely a top choice to stay. But actually, the day ticket only costs 1500 yen and overnight staying fee is 1300 yen, which means you don't really need to stay in the hotel to use everything and stay for a night, kind of like a SPA net cafe. The plus for using the hotel is that you allow yourself to enter anytime you want."

"Excellent stay! The staff were incredibly polite and attentive. While breakfast had fixed timings, it was still good. For Osaka, the room was quite spacious, and all three of us were very happy with it. The toiletries were Guerlain, and any issues we had were resolved promptly. The hotel is super close to Hankyu Sanbangai and the Umeda shopping district, and there are tons of restaurants nearby, even on the first basement floor. Transportation is also very convenient; the airport shuttle bus stop is just a block away."

"Me and my husband enjoyed the stay very much. The hot spring was really good the room, even though it was very small. It was adequate enough and the hotel staff were very friendly and everything else was good. We would consider coming back here again if we are ever in Osaka."

The executive lounge's happy hour offered a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, including champagne, and a thoughtful variety of non-alcoholic options too. 🏊 Excellent Facilities, Utmost Convenience Guests have free access to the indoor pool and gym, and there's also an outdoor garden pool and spa. A Lawson convenience store is conveniently located in the hotel's basement – so handy! It's just a 3-minute walk to Nakafuto Subway Station, and there's a free shuttle bus service to and from JR Osaka Station. Plus, it's super close to Universal Studios Japan. 🍽️ Diverse Dining, Delicious Offerings Multiple restaurants provide a variety of choices. The comprehensive breakfast is light yet features Japanese specialties, with fresh and sweet fruits. The seafood salad and other dishes in the executive lounge were also quite outstanding. Whether for a romantic getaway, a family trip, or solo travel, this hotel is simply perfect. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Osaka! Highly recommended to all friends visiting Osaka!"

"The hotel is perfectly located, the spa zone is good, there’s a metro entrance in the hotel (I didn’t know that from the beginning, because this Hommachi station is quite confusing and Google didn’t tell me that there was such a perfect metro exit, please keep in mind, exit number 18 with the elevator 🛗 directly to the hotel)"

"★★★★★ 5/5 Had a wonderful stay at CANDEO HOTELS Osaka Shinsaibashi and would happily return again. The location is honestly one of the biggest highlights — incredibly convenient. The hotel is directly connected to the lively Shinsaibashi area, with shopping and food everywhere around you. Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street is right nearby and leads all the way towards Dotonbori, making it perfect for exploring on foot. Daimaru and many well-known shopping malls are also within easy walking distance. One thing that made this hotel feel unique was the atmosphere around the rooftop Sky Spa. The rooftop bath area feels peaceful and calming despite being in the middle of the city, especially at night after a full day of shopping and walking. Such a beautiful way to unwind. The hotel itself was very clean, modern and surprisingly spacious for Osaka standards. We never felt cramped and had enough room to settle in comfortably. Another fun surprise — MiPig Cafe is only a short walk away across the area (around a few minutes), which we really enjoyed visiting. We also tried the in-room massage service after a long shopping day and it was amazing. Pricing felt reasonable and it was honestly one of the best decisions after walking so much. Excellent location, comfortable stay, relaxing bath experience and thoughtful facilities — definitely a 5-star experience for us and would stay again next trip to Osaka ❤️"

"The room was spacious and well-equipped. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's very well-maintained. Upon checking in, a staff member accompanied us all the way to our room. The window offered a view of the Osaka city skyline and a beautiful riverside scenery, perfect for a stroll, and we could watch the sunset from our room. The hotel has an annex, but the shops inside were mostly closed and rundown. There was one restaurant open during the day, with windows facing the river, offering light meals and afternoon tea. The biggest drawback was the inconvenient transportation. There's a free shuttle bus every 20 minutes from outside the Starbucks at JR Osaka Station's Sakurabashi exit, which takes about 15 minutes to reach the hotel. Walking to the nearest subway station takes about seven to eight minutes. There are very few restaurants or shopping malls near the hotel."

"The hotel's location is superb. It's a convenient 3-5 minute walk to Osakajokoen JR Station, making it easy to get anywhere. There's an elevator inside the station that goes directly to the exit. After exiting, you walk about a hundred meters along a corridor to another elevator that takes you to ground level. Cross a small bridge and an intersection, and you're at the hotel. This is incredibly convenient if you have large luggage. The hotel is situated on the northeast side of Osaka Castle Park, by a small bridge, so you can easily stroll along the castle moat anytime. Shopping and dining are also very convenient. Cross the overpass from the park's south exit, and you'll find Q's Mall. There are also countless restaurants if you walk to Kyobashi Station (and along the way). For airport transfers, take the JR line to Tennoji, then transfer to the JR Loop Line (red), and it's just six stops to Osakajokoen Station. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities are excellent, especially the soundproofing – it's very quiet. The mattress and pillows are just right, providing a great sleeping environment. The hotel service is highly professional, from the front desk and restaurant to the lobby and concierge. The breakfast is a rich blend of Western and Japanese styles (though the coffee was a bit weak). I stayed for seven nights in total and had a fantastic experience."
