Ξενοδοχεία με Pools σε Federal District, Mexico

"The biggest plus for the hotel is its location. The service is also pretty good and staff is friendly. But the hotel is rather dated. The carpet is old and worn. The AC is very load and we had to turn it off at night. The worst part is water- the water flow is so low it is hard to wash face. Another potential downside is this area is very busy at night. The music on the street can be heard from our 10th floor room. But if you come prepared with earplugs then you are OK."

"Hotel location is great, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and sightseeing activities. Breakfast had a lot of variety. However staff was not friendly and very rude on the last day during checkout. We raised this with the reception staff and they later sent an email to apologize."

"I had a great stay at the Hilton Reforma in Mexico City while celebrating the birthday of my girlfriend. The staff made the experience feel special with very good and attentive service throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a great view and high-quality amenities. Everything was well maintained and met the high standards I expect from Hilton. Overall, a very pleasant experience and an excellent choice for both leisure and special occasions. I would definitely stay here again"

"It cost around 200-300 pesos to get there by Uber from Mexico City Airport. The hotel has a beautiful and stylish design that's a joy to look at from the entrance, and you can enjoy the experience both on the way to the lobby and inside the hotel. The room was far away and a bit of a trek, but it was large and clean. Unfortunately, the shower was the fixed type without a hose, which is common in Central America. We had planned to have breakfast at the hotel restaurant, but it was expensive, so we bought tacos and other items from a nearby restaurant for breakfast."

"We loved staying here although we did have a few hiccups. We arrived before check-in but we could leave our luggage at the hotel which was a relief. Unfortunately we lost our luggage ticket while out, but the front desk employee Grecia made it seem as if it were a huge problem and that we would not be able to retrieve our luggage at all. She did not reassure us even after we expressed confusion and concern. However once we had already gotten very stressed about this, another employee simply asked for our identification and quickly resolved the problem (which was their standard protocol). The stress was avoidable. When we arrived to the room we had to call to request robes and slippers, and there was only one water bottle even though we were two guests. In the bathroom, there is only one hook for the towels, which was inconvenient. The shower also leaked water all over the bathroom which is an architectural problem and can’t really be helped but was annoying as the bathroom floor was wet. The lighting in the room was also very dim, but that might just be a personal preference. Multiple times when requesting towels or water from room service, we had to call several times to remind them of our needs (we even once went personally to remind them at the front desk after 3 times of calling). On our last day we were eager to enjoy one final breakfast, which is listed as being from 6am-11am. However the food was not set up until 6:20-30, so we had to rush to eat before checking out to make it in time for our flight. Also at breakfast there is no self service tea or water station, and although the staff are attentive, it’s too much for them to be able to meet everyone’s needs at rush hour breakfast. However despite all of this we are left with a great memory of staying here. The food at breakfast was delicious, and most of the staff were very kind despite the delays in service. The location is convenient and the room was comfortable. I do not regret staying here although for ~300 USD a night I might expect a little bit more attention to detail."

"For business travel, the hotel is generally average, but the location is good, the exhibition hall is across the road, very convenient"

"The service was warm, thoughtful, professional, and meticulous. The hotel is conveniently located next to the airport, with a direct sky bridge to the terminal, which was incredibly convenient. The environment is good, the hotel facilities are complete, and the hygiene is clean and tidy."

"The room was spacious and clean, conveniently located near a noodle shop, and the surrounding area felt safe. The breakfast was quite European, which I'm not really used to. They have a glass elevator, which looks fancy but might be a bit worrying for someone with a fear of heights. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied."

"We had trouble accessing the internet on arrival and it took quuite awhile for their tech support to correct. We weren't alone but eventually we got access. Coffee in the room is a challenge as only one day during our 5 night stay did we get regular coffee to brew in the room. The other days it was Nescafe decaf instant. The staff were very accommodating, the room was clean, and the pool was a welcome oasis after walking around all day."

"I was able to check in earlier than the scheduled time. The building is a bit old, but the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had a bathtub, which allowed me to warm up. There were many restaurants nearby, so I had no trouble finding places to eat or shop. Perhaps due to the earthquake that morning, some of the interior paint was peeling off after I entered the room. The power outlets were often in odd places, making it difficult to charge my devices. The noise from a nearby club was loud."
