"I recently stayed at Langit Duyong Hotel, Terengganu for 2 nights. First of all, I would like to say that the ambience, location, and overall scenery were truly beautiful. The view was one of the main highlights of my stay. The peaceful waterfront setting and natural surroundings created a relaxing atmosphere, especially during sunrise and sunset. The property has great potential and offers a unique experience compared to typical hotels. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly affected by several issues. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the room. Upon check-in, the room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, and I had to contact housekeeping to perform a second round of cleaning. While the housekeeping team responded, guests should not have to request additional cleaning upon arrival. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any accommodation. Another concern was the maintenance of the surrounding area. The grass around the property was quite long and appeared untrimmed. As a guest, this raised concerns about the possibility of snakes, insects, or other animals entering the vicinity of the rooms. Regular landscaping and maintenance would greatly improve both safety and the overall appearance of the property. The most frustrating issue, however, was the ongoing renovation work at the neighbouring unit/building. There was significant construction noise starting early in the morning during both days of my stay. What made this more disappointing was that guests were not informed beforehand about the renovation activities. Had I known in advance, I could have managed my expectations or made a different booking decision. Transparency regarding major renovation works is important, especially for guests who choose this property expecting a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed the beautiful view, strategic location, and unique atmosphere of the hotel. However, the cleanliness issues, lack of landscape maintenance, and unannounced renovation noise greatly affected the experience. I left feeling both impressed by the property’s potential and disappointed by the management’s attention to guest comfort. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously, as with better maintenance, communication, and housekeeping standards, this could be a truly exceptional place to stay in Terengganu."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The hotel facilities were great, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I am very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. "Things i enjoyed: Clean beach, large pools with playgrounds, friendly staffs. Pools have lifeguards on duty. Huge lobby. Kids fun club is okay. Just that the inflatable playground wasn't very sturdy. Cons: Lack of activities, hallway a big dark at night. One of thhings i wished to do here is atv ride and get a spa massage. But the atv is no longer available. The spas are no longer open. A bit sad. The place have a lot of potential. Went to turtoise information center but no one there. A security staff told us to go to reception for more info but just didn't have enough time to. The place is huge. Food is a bit pricey but i guess its okay for 4 or 5 stars hotel. Just that the taste is average."

"first of all, the staff very nice and good vibes. Their give the best services ever. Answer all the question nicely. Also provide the most powerful room service. i recommend this hotel. The hotel is nearby at restaurant Nasi Dagang Bawah Tol. Will repeat stay again."

"We had a wonderful stay and were truly impressed by the hospitality. All the staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The resort offers a beautiful view and is the perfect place for a beach getaway. The breakfast was delicious, although the selection was somewhat limited. We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant by the river, where the food was excellent. Special thanks to Chef Ann for recommending some delicious dishes. There was a minor issue with our room during the stay, but it was handled professionally and resolved promptly by the hotel team. We greatly appreciate the efforts of all the staff, especially Mr. Ong and Ms. Liza, for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to returning in the future."

"Pros- The location is good and the environment of the outside resort is also good.also the beach view is stunning.as well as their breakfast also not bad. Cons - their room situation is very very bad. Need to renovate. So old furniture and everything inside the room.feels like it will break now.Also smelly.The door even the bed everything is half broken already. Even it was rusting inside. So I will say it’s not worth it with the price we paid for one night in this room.  Suggestion- your resort is big also attractive. Please do some renovations so you can attract more guests also can give them a better experience thank you."

"Facilities: The hotel entrance is grand, and there's a lobby boy to help with luggage. The public areas have two swimming pools: an irregularly shaped children's pool and a 25-meter, 1.2-meter-deep outdoor rectangular pool, which is open until 7 PM. Foreign guests are advised to wear tops for men and dress modestly for women to respect local customs. Restaurant: The hotel's breakfast restaurant also offers dinner, which is good value for money, and the food is delicious. Location: The hotel is about 1 km from the airport, a 20-minute walk. If you have luggage, the road isn't very smooth, so taking a car is recommended. To Redang Island: It's suitable as a transit point for Redang Island. A taxi from here to TTI Jetty isn't expensive, the journey is smooth, and you'll arrive on time. It feels like the price from TTI Jetty to Chinatown is more expensive than to here, and Chinatown is more run-down, with poorer accommodation conditions than this hotel. Hygiene: Good hygiene. Environment: Good environment, spacious rooms. Service: Staff are enthusiastic."

"We plan overnight stay for 1 trip to Bukit Diman Trengganu from Klang. My expectations are not high as the resort already 12 to 14 years old. Room are clean but the cabinet cover to small fridge a bit of damage but that is not critical as the fridge is good condition. We walk to near by pasar malam tasted few local delicacies. We had wonderful nasi sup tulang 5 min away and had good rest. Morning breakfast at 6.30am with variety of local foods and usual breakfast treats are tasty. Will stay again if we come to Trengganu."
