"I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The room was incredibly well-equipped, featuring a washing machine, a refrigerator, and both an air conditioner and an extra fan to keep the space perfectly cool. I especially loved the automatic water dispenser that instantly provided hot and cold drinking water—such a convenient touch! Everything was set up for a seamless and comfortable experience. "The renovated room was incredibly spacious, featuring a separate living room, bedroom, and bathroom, perfect for families. It even came equipped with kitchen facilities and a washing machine, which was a huge plus for tackling several days' worth of dirty clothes. The only drawback was that the washing machine didn't have a spin-dry function, and there was no dryer or even a place to hang clothes. The bathroom amenities were plentiful, and they even provided complimentary soap and lotion, replenishing them almost daily. Both the living room and bedroom had TVs. However, our room was on a lower floor, so the view was just average. The hotel's rooftop boasts a pool and a gym, both requiring room card access. The drinks at the bar next to the pool were reasonably priced and looked great. We even enjoyed a beautiful sunset by the pool in the evening – it was really nice."

"We had an amazing stay! The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout the process. "Our sea-view room was beautiful. There were six of us staying overnight in Manila before heading to Boracay, and the view was stunning. For six people, the price was excellent value for money. The complex also has two large swimming pools, and there are many malls and restaurants nearby. It's very close to the airport, which saved us a lot of rushing. The host was very nice, and it was a fantastic stay! ❤️"

"Firstly, check-in was annoying since I didn't realize that they required you to send your passport info for all guests before they would send you an authorization letter for entry. So I didn't check-in until after more than an hour upon arrival. The lobby looked nice and had a bellman opening the door for you but the room was just okay. Also, I was greeted upon entering by a cockroach and then more roaches appeared later and even when I was showering. I can't stand roaches so I checked out the very next night. They even questioned me and wanted photos as proof but after later reading other reviews I realized that it's been a recurring problem!"

"The Manila Hotel has an old but elegant and luxurious style. Marble and stone finishing, tall ceilings and a grand piano at the back with a musician playing pleasant music greets you as you walk through the entrance. Lacking points from my personal experience: 1. The carpet floors need to be replaced. I had to change rooms because the first room I got had an unpleasant smell to it (they quickly changed my room after I went to the reception, so it wasn't terrible) and although I didn't notice until the end of my stay, the new room's carpet was frayed at the edges. 2. The night mode of the lights (many switches) completely cuts power to the power outlets. I didn't know and ended up waking up to a phone and power bank with a dying battery and needing to stay in the hotel a couple of hours until they finished charging. Maybe just a warning in the future? The good parts: 1. The service! People are SO accommodating, pleasant and efficient. Reception staff, waiters, bell boys and basically everyone greets you with a smile and tries to solve any problems with utmost focus and cordiality. 2. Traditional pride. Traditional fashion exhibition at the front was a great touch to my visit. The whole place (restaurants, pools, spa, rooms, etc) add to the experience. I could have stayed in the hotel and felt like I hadn't missed Manila's charm. 3. Excellent location. I realised early on that I could literally see every single thing from my ”1 day tour of Manila” from my hotel room. Nothing says great location like this."

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the F1 Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, greeting us with smiles and offering help whenever needed. The hotel arranged transportation for us several times, which made getting around very easy. The room was comfortable, though it lacked consistent hot water and felt somewhat dated. Breakfast was enjoyable, with plenty of options to choose from.

My stay was OK and the staffs were very approachable and very easy to deal with. We had a bit of a problem upon checking in but they rectified the issue and they even let us stay for extra two hours without any charge.

Overall: 4/5 Location: 4.5/5 Very convenient. I stayed here for a 2-day ISO training held in one of their convention rooms, so it was super practical. It’s also right beside Starbucks, which was my go-to for coffee. Value: 4/5 Reasonable for a short business stay, but parking has an extra fee. Room: 3/5 The hotel feels old and nostalgic — classic elevators and hallways. Bathroom was clean, but the room had a slightly musky smell. Walls seem thin since I could hear a neighboring room’s phone and music. Cleanliness: 5/5 Bathroom was neat and well-maintained. Service: 5/5 Staff were friendly and accommodating. Facilities: 5/5 Convention rooms are functional and convenient for seminars and trainings. The packaged food during the training was also good and complete, from breakfast snacks to lunch and merienda. Final Take: Good option for business stays and trainings. Not the most modern, but convenient and comfortable enough for short trips.

The best thing about Hotel DreamWorld North EDSA is its location. It’s very convenient and close to malls, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to get around. However, the hotel itself was just average. The room was okay but could use better maintenance and updating. Cleanliness and overall comfort could also be improved. The staff were fine, but the overall experience didn’t quite meet my expectations. It’s a decent option if your priority is the location, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Overall love they stay but the room had a musty weird smell and walls and sheets had some marks. The customer service was rly good though and staff are rly accommodating and nice. Location is great near the big malls and famous landmarks plus near the airport. Breakfast buffet was great stayed for 4 days and the menu was different every day

Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The staff were warm, accommodating, and always greeted us with a smile. Even though, there's a queue during check-in and check-out. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. We also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere—it made it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth the stay. I would happily book this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.

This hotel is very convenient to stay at for friends or families because location is very near from any store or restaurant you want, walk is okay if you needed exercise or take a public transportation for fast destination. Staffs are friendly but still be extra careful with whatever or wherever you are anywhere. There’s a pool to enjoy, small cafe downstairs, wi-fi is included though a little bit slow sometimes…but easy to stay at!

The place is really nice. It's really clean and comfy. Good for families as well. Sad that we were not able to enjoy the pool during the stay due to bad weather. Hopefully, soon, they will have motorcycle parking and more convenient stores.
