This hotel is perfect for families . Nice rooms and big clean. Close to the city centre. Just next to shopping mall. Friendly staff. I would recommend it.Mukemmel otel . Genis ve guzel odalar. Kibar personel. Tavsiye ederim. Tam aileler icin.

This hotel is a bit depressing and sure needs a lot of renovations. You will notice the moment you get to the reception. Nevertheless, the location is great (10 min walk from the center) and once we got to the room, the feeling is better. If you don't smoke, make sure to ask for a non smoking room. Decent cleanliness as well. It is what is it: an Ibis that becomes just a place to sleep. The staff barely speaks any English.

The hotel was generally enough, but I do not think it was worth 4 stars. Breakfast was good in quantity, but missed a real taste. I had expected more of this in a city like Antep, known for her beautiful kitchen. The hotel itself is obsolete and is clearly in the process of renovation. Although the bedrooms and towels were clean and I have not seen any visible spots or dirt, there is still a lack of maintenance. A generally acceptable stay, but there is certainly room for improvement, especially given the classification as a four-star hotel.

Номер отличный - огромная кровать (King size, как и заявлено) с хорошим матрасом, несколькими видами подушек (если не нравятся подушки в номере, их могут по запросу поменять). Душ чистый, проблем с водой (напор и температура) не было. В плане сервиса - проблематично объясниться, поскольку сотрудники не знают английского и тем более русского, но когда они понимали, что от них хотят, то проблем с выполнением не было (например, уточнить информацию, принести халат и тд). Локация - подойдёт тем, кто на машине, есть небольшая парковка при отеле. При этом пешком по окружающим улицам не очень хотелось бы ходить))

Great and kind staff at convenience location. Building itself looks very well constructed and inspected 2times in the past. This information was useful and comfortable to select this hotel after huge earthquakes. The room including shower was so clean. The bed was big and fresh for 2 persons and feel good.

The staff helpful, although the air temperature is 1 degree, room temperature *** and the room is also wide and relaxed.

房間乾淨舒適，就是臨窗有一點吵。前台很好，熱情幫我查坐車路線，早餐超讚因為有可選的菜和主食，水果甜。離市中心有點距離但樓下小火車可到。推薦！

Otelin konumu cok iyi. Otelde ***et temiz, duzenli ve guzel. Acik kahvalti 10 numara. Rahatsiz eden 2 sey vardi; dugun varsa park yeri buyuk sikinti ve belki kaldigim odadan oturu, su tesisatindan cok ses geliyor. Ust kat veya yan oda bilmiyorum ama su acildiginda, sifon cekildiginde ses odanin icinde resmen.

Tutto ottimo! Servizio, colazione, stanze, gentilezza del personale. Per raggiungere il centro bisogna usare il taxi.
