The room was clean and spacious. Its location is convenient, very close to Horseshoe Bend.
However, the soundproofing is really poor. On the night I stayed, I'm not sure where, but a party was going on, and I could clearly hear people singing and loud noises. It went on until past 1 AM, which severely affected my rest.
There's a free breakfast, but the variety isn't much: bread, waffles, eggs (but they were cold 😅), standard milk and coffee, yogurt, etc. I recommend toasting the waffles before eating them; they taste much better that way.
The main issue is the bad soundproofing; everything else was pretty good.

Super beautiful hotel! Definitely felt clean and sanitizer. My only hang up was 2 of the desk employees seemed to be annoyed. Other then that, I loved it. Right off the 10, super easy to get to.

Very good value for money and rich breakfast. There are commercial areas on both sides of the hotel, and walking, dining and shopping can meet basic needs.

You are the reason we’ll always remember Bell Rock Inn so fondly.
The amenities were excellent—our family especially enjoyed the well-equipped fitness room, the relaxing pool, and the inviting lobby with friendly and attentive service.
Our room was immaculately clean and stocked with Crabtree & Evelyn products, which was such a lovely touch.
Thank you for such a pleasant and memorable stay in beautiful Sedona!

I had an OUTSTANDING experience at Home2 Suites' downtown Tucson location! From the front desk to the awesome breakfast, nothing but excellence! A special call out to the breakfast staff for the quality of the food, cleanliness, and authentic hospitality and genuine warmth extended by Amanda and her colleague. They go out of their way to make you feel at home! WELL DONE!!

The hotel is a resort, each house has two floors, and the car can be parked in front of the house, which is very convenient. The environment is beautiful and peaceful, and the kitchen is fully equipped, but there is no time to cook. There are many restaurants nearby, and the breakfast in one of the coffee shops is particularly delicious.

During my recent stay at The Westin Tempe, I was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable service and attention to detail. The rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed, and spotlessly clean. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were always on hand with recommendations for local attractions. The in-house restaurant served delectable cuisine that truly showcased the region's flavors. I would highly recommend The Westin Tempe to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning on my next trip.

The room is ok with a park view and therefore rather quiet. However the breakfast needs some improvement. Food hasn’t been refilled as often and the waffle machine and yoghurt machine are not functioning well!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were attentive, professional, and always willing to help with even the smallest requests. It really set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities that made the experience both comfortable and relaxing. The bed was soft yet supportive, the linens felt fresh, and the overall setup of the room made it easy to unwind after a long day. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, ensuring everything was spotless and perfectly organized. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether I needed a quick bite or wanted to explore the area, everything was within walking distance or a short ride away. Another highlight was the breakfast. The selection was impressive—fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start the morning. The dining staff were friendly and kept everything well-stocked and tidy, even during busy hours. Throughout my stay, everything felt smooth and effortless. The hotel’s atmosphere was peaceful, the interior was aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities were well taken care of. It’s clear that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Amazing
MMAI2026Global Ambassador is new since I was last in the Valley and kept hearing about it so I booked a night to see what all the fuss was about. HiGHLY overrated. If you want to have a drink in the lobby bar and people watch, it's good entertainment but I would never stay there again.
Rooms: They're very nice but nothing extraordinary. I'm sure there are nice views of Camelback from the rooms on the backside of the hotel but in front your view is of the valet drive up and aparment building less than 30 yards away.
Was awakened at 6:50 a.m. by leaf blowers in front of the hotel. TOTALLY unacceptable.
Bathrooms: Again, nice but nothing special and NO rainfall shower or handheld shower option, just a simple wall showerhead.
Rooftop: Very lively and beautiful view of Camelback but for some strange reason, they have a covered partition behind the outside tables at the roof's edge that completely blocks the view once you're seated. Didn't understand that.
Pool: Tiny and you have to walk out of the front entrance and go outside of the hotel to get to the pool. Very odd setup.
Service: The staff was very friendly and helpful, probably the only part of the hotel that reflected the price point they charge.
Food: Only had a salad in the lobby bar which was okay, nothing special. I did attempt to order dessert from room service and 30 minutes later when it was due to be delivered, I received a call saying they were out of the item.
Overall: extremely disappointing. I've stayed at many, many hotels which were as nice or nice for half or even a third of what GA charges.

GGuest UserMy tv was not entering channels, or using guide properly. So went to desk to discuss, thought most likely batteries were weak. She called the lame weak maintenance person. He looked at tv, said it was the gadget at bottom and turned the channels with remote 6” away. I laughed I want to be able to change channels in bed, LIKE AT HOME!! Told him to bring me a functional tv. Didn’t!!!
Told desk clerks, I need a functioning tv , bring one from another room. She said I don’t know which room? I said any room not in use and has a tv that DOES WORK!!! I need a refund

CCHUNHENGThe waiter at the front desk is very warm and friendly. I am very humorous when communicating with you. I am also very professional and asked if we are satisfied with the room and breakfast. I can tell him if there is any opinion. The hotel is very cost-effective. I will consider staying at Chandler next time.
