Ξενοδοχεία με Pools σε Lao Cai Province, Vietnam

"The hotel is very beautiful and clean. From the restaurant on the 9th floor, where breakfast is served, there's a stunning view of the valley. The breakfasts are varied and delicious – vegetables, fruits, cheese, pastries, tea, coffee, juices, hot dishes, and omelets made to order. The outdoor pool is only good for photos – beautiful but cold. There's an indoor pool, but we didn't go. It was my mother's birthday during our stay (I mentioned this to the hotel) – upon check-in, they beautifully decorated the bed and gave her a card and two cocktails. It was a lovely touch! I recommend this hotel."

"We were a group of 9 people and booked 6 rooms for 3 nights. Everyone gave it rave reviews. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The service was excellent; the staff did everything they could to accommodate our requests. The facilities are new, and all rooms feature smart toilets. The location is decent—Sun Plaza is within walking distance, though keep in mind Sapa is in the mountains with lots of slopes, so it's quite a workout for your legs. Great value for money. If I really had to nitpick, it would be perfect if the bathroom vanity mirror had an anti-fog feature."

"The location is good. It's by the Red River and it's strategically located less than 1km away from the Chinese-Vietnamese border. There're many convenience stores, restaurants, and coffee shops which make it very convenient. The room is spacious and clean. The staff, although not very proficient in English, did try their best to communicate with me. The limited breakfast options is the only ”wish could be better” for me but this is more than made up for by just how cheap their room rates are! As a business traveler, this hotel goes on my list of preferred vendors."

"We had a very pleasant stay:) the hotel was perfectly located up the hill, took around 15mins from the city center but grab was widely available so that didnt cause any problem! The view from our room was fabulous, the amenities were clean and new. In-door swimming pool was warm but quite crowded and noisy when large familes joined. The outdoor pool was also very serene and peaceful, but the water was too cold for me. We really enjoy walking around the hotel, seeing the beautiful Fansipan along with the place’s beautiful garden :) definitely recommend this place! Breakfast was okay, many choices of cuisine and the best thing is you get to eat outside and enjoy the atmosphere. Dinner was a bit slow but tasted so well (the personal hot pot course was very yummyy!!!) We didnt expect so much as we went to sapa in late June which was predicted to be cloudy and rainy, but the hotel really made everything so much better 💓"

"The best hotel in Sapa! Beautiful views and very friendly staff who carry and move all your luggage for you. Definitely add breakfast to your booking—there's a wide variety and the quality is great. And the room? Needless to say... it was tidied up every time we came back out, and the room condition was top-notch. They continuously provided fresh towels and bottled water. The location is also unbeatable. It's so great for getting around and exploring Sapa with ease. Make sure to buy your Fansipan tickets at the front desk too—the Wow Pass is awesome! I'd love to stay here again."

"The staff's service was excellent. Although I didn't request it, they allowed me to check in early when I arrived in the morning. They even upgraded my room. Since I had requested two single beds, it might have been an even better room otherwise. Depending on the room grade, I felt the room was more spacious than I expected. The view from the room was superb; I could see the rice terraces much better than from other high-end hotels supposedly known for their views. Breakfast was just okay. Perhaps because there weren't many guests, I was able to relax and take my time. The only downsides were the quality of the towels and the small size of the bathrobe. Although there's a steep hill, you can walk to the city center if you're up for it. The popular Moana Sapa is right next door, so you can check how busy it is before visiting."

"Nestled high in the mountains, July brings cool and comfortable weather, with gentle breezes making it extra pleasant. Looking out, the surrounding mountains offer a vast and refreshing landscape, and the peaceful, tranquil environment is a welcome escape from the city's hustle and bustle. Strolling along the mountain paths, the air is crisp and clean. Every few steps, you're greeted by wafts of floral fragrance, accompanied by the scents of nature. It makes you want to slow down and truly soak in the beauty of these woods. It's truly a charming and unique place."

"The location is beautiful, about 30 minutes from the center of Sapa. We preferred this place for its tranquility and authenticity. Grab taxis are available for around 8€ to get to Sapa. Regarding the room, it's very basic. The cleanliness was average; it could have been better. Be aware that there are many insects since it's in the countryside! Also, the rooms are poorly insulated and lack privacy. In the morning, you'll be woken up around 5/6 AM at dawn!! Otherwise, the hotel restaurant is excellent, we absolutely loved it 😍 here are the photos. The prices were very reasonable, which saves you from having to go elsewhere. The staff is very kind."

"(Visited over Easter 2026) The experience has honesly be extrodinary and I'd say this is one of the most personal service I have experienced in my travels. The hotel itself was beautiful as you would expect from the Garrya and Banyan Tree group. However it's the dedicated team who goes above and beyond that makes the experience so forgettable. Chung and his team has really cultivated a culture where the team not only listens, but actively making your stay as perfect as possible. There are many occasions where my casual comments had turned into their missions to make it happen. Not only is the team professional, but also knowledgeable. I was particular impressed by Trung's (Front of House) of clocking my stay at the Hotel de la Coupole in Sapa (I was carrying their paper bag) and knowing that its the same interior architect, Bill Bensley who also designed my favourite hotel Intercontintal Danang (My work is interiors related). It is moment like this you know you will be well looked after. That is on top of everything else he has done for me during my stay. Meanwhile the F&B Team has also done a great job and making me feel welcome no matter where I am. Notible mentioned are (excuse my spelling from now on) Ivesh, Skritee although young in this hotel, were eager to engage and learn. Meanwhile Minh and Thrugye at Refresh and Charcoal were always ready to help. On my last day I also had the pleasure of meeting the F&B Manager whom as I was in a hurry and her name slipped my mind. It was very thoughtful of her preparing a pastry box for me knowing I have a 6 hr journey back to the airport. Garrya Mu Cang Chai really is the golden standard of hospitality. It is rare to see such dedication especially for a destination hotel which you don't often get a lot of returining customers. I truely wish the team well and I am looking forward to coming back to experience a different season in the region. Chung if you can read this please email me your business card, as you should have my contact in your system now. I did not manage to ask you as I was rushing to leave for the airport."
