We stayed in the Premier Balcony Seaview King Room and the sea view was really beautiful. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the fresh sea breeze. The weather was perfect, not too cold for mosquitoes and not too hot to feel sweaty. The room was very clean when we checked in. However, there were occasional sudden whiffs of smoke coming through the vents even though it’s a non-smoking family hotel with signs everywhere. It affected the room quality a bit. We called hotel service and they offered to change our room, but we were too lazy to move so they quickly sent someone to set up an air purifier for us, which was really nice. The breakfast was excellent with so many options from Western to Chinese cuisine. The only downside was the lack of meat choices; we only saw bacon, pork sausages and the meat in the wonton soup. The gym was great and had everything needed for a proper workout. 💪 The pool was packed with kids in the afternoon so we didn’t use it. Overall a very comfortable stay with a fantastic sea view. You need a shuttle to get anywhere. There are fewer dining and entertainment options nearby; it mainly focuses on wellness, tranquility, and meditation. I personally adore this kind of atmosphere, far from the hustle and bustle. Drinking tea, meditating, reading – immersing myself in relaxation was incredibly comfortable. But my family found it too remote and inconvenient, and they'd head to the main park as soon as it was bright out 😂. If you love peace and solitude, go for it. If you like excitement, shopping, and dining, weigh your options carefully (actually, the shuttle service is very convenient, it just gives a different impression). 🌿 Environment | Elegant Zen, a Vibe That Struck a Chord with Me The overall environment really resonated with me! No noisy crowds, no construction sounds. It was so quiet and peaceful. I could get completely absorbed in reading, an immersive healing experience. The hotel features a minimalist Zen design. The public areas and corridors are simple yet sophisticated, and the night lighting is soft and tasteful. The breakfast restaurant isn't huge, and the variety isn't extensive, but it excels in refinement and uniqueness. They even have gourmet dishes like 'Buddha Jumps Over the Wall' and live cooking stations where you can order fresh, and the taste is spot on. 🧹 Hygiene | Spotless, Zen Details Abound Full marks for hygiene! It was absolutely spotless. The entire place was clean and fresh, without the common musty smell of seaside hotels. Independent private hot spring baths, shower areas, and they even provide foot bath tubs + herbal packs for free. Aromatherapy, high-end toiletries, coffee machine, mini-bar drinks and teas are all readily available. There are also exclusive meditation spaces and singing bowl healing, perfect for unwinding and contemplating life alone. We come here with the kids every year for skiing because the ski-in/ski-out access is super convenient. However, it gets incredibly crowded each year. This year it snowed when we were there, which was lucky, as we seem to hit the snow every time. But because of the crowds, things like dining aren't the best experience. Also, for some reason, the room temperature was extremely high this time, at 28 degrees, and I couldn't adjust it myself. I called for staff, and they were very polite, but even after they tried to fix it, nothing changed. We ended up sleeping with the window open at night, and it was really stuffy, so we didn't sleep well. My child got sick after playing. We needed a late checkout, and it was a hassle to request even just an extra hour. Isn't late checkout pretty normal, especially since I didn't even check in until after 3 PM?

It would be even better if the breakfast selection were more varied. Although there's complimentary coffee at the front desk, the breakfast area on the 3rd floor no longer has a coffee machine; it would be great to add another one. Having electric vehicle charging stations in the parking lot would also be a fantastic addition. Free parking, screen mirroring on the TV, and good air conditioning and hot water are all big positives! 👍🏻 The hotel is super close to the night market, right outside the lobby, which is incredibly convenient! 😀 The rooftop view is also absolutely amazing! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The location is fantastic, very convenient for getting around, and all the amenities nearby are excellent. The hotel even provided tools for shell picking, which my child absolutely loved. There are also kids' play facilities, making it a great choice for families traveling with children. The room was very clean too, and we had a wonderful rest. Highly recommend!

This has to be the best accommodation in Zhengding! The facilities are new and stylish, and the room decor has a beautiful new Chinese aesthetic. On top of the fruit platter and afternoon tea, the front desk even gave us a complimentary breakfast for our child. It's located just west of the ancient city, not only close to the attractions but also very near the night market for small goods. It completely exceeded our expectations, and we'll definitely stay here again next time we visit. It was another pleasant weekend. It was very comfortable to sit on the small terrace, bask in the sun, drink tea and read books. The private hot springs and public venues have their own merits. There are also many choices of restaurants, and many parent-child activities have been added. The most important thing is that the service here is constantly improving. I am especially grateful to a manager named Li Dan for giving us high-quality service. From the guidance of the itinerary to the handling of details, we feel like home. The children are very happy. I am already looking forward to coming to Ruige again next time.

My love for Rushihai has grown even stronger. Before my trip, I called and got in touch, and they meticulously arranged everything from location and vehicle information to activity registration, room selection, and other check-in procedures. After checking in, they thoughtfully arranged breakfast and staff registration. At check-out, they even helped with the payment process. The whole experience was incredibly detailed and attentive, with quick responses and extremely proper arrangements for everything. The park facilities are well-maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and there's lawn everywhere you look. The beach and sea are spotless, and each visit brings new artistic sculptures, making it perfect for photos. It's very pet-friendly, with a well-designed pet park area and well-maintained facilities. I can't wait to come back to Rushihai soon!

The room was incredibly clean and tidy, with not a speck of dust in any corner, making for a very comfortable stay. The price was fantastic, offering exceptional value for money that completely exceeded my expectations – I got a premium experience for a low cost. The staff were super friendly and patient, always responding promptly to any requests. They cleaned the room regularly, so I didn't have to worry about hygiene at all; it was a truly carefree and reassuring stay.

I came to Shijiazhuang to visit friends and booked this gaming hotel. The computer equipment was excellent, and gaming was very smooth. The room was also very spacious, exceeding my expectations. The bedding was fairly clean, but there was a lot of dust on the desk. One drawback was that I was thirsty at night and there wasn't enough water. I asked the front desk to bring water via the computer, but no one came for a long time. I went out to get two bottles, only to find that the front desk was completely empty! However, this drawback is acceptable compared to other hotels. Overall, I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.
