"After a twenty-day trip through Yunnan, I stopped in Shijiazhuang for a night on my way back to Beijing. I booked the Hilton because I was having dinner with a friend at China House on the second floor of the hotel. The hotel lobby is on the 31st floor, so you have to check in there first, and then take another elevator up to the 40-something floor for your room. This back-and-forth can be a bit inconvenient, especially when ordering takeout. You either have to pick it up yourself or wait for hotel staff to deliver it, as external deliveries aren't allowed in, and there don't seem to be any robots either. Overall, the hotel environment is quite good. Being on a high floor, you get nice city views. The toilet in the room isn't automatic. The shower water pressure was good, and the room was quite spacious. All the drinks and water in the fridge are chargeable. There's a 600 RMB deposit required per room upon check-in, which is refunded to your original payment method upon checkout. Parking is free in the underground garage. There's a shopping mall nearby. The hotel is about 7 kilometers from Shijiazhuang Station, roughly a 20-minute car ride."

"The hotel is conveniently located right across a small road from the beach. Parking is easy right outside, which is great for popping back to the hotel to grab things or shower. The front desk staff were patient, attentive, and had excellent service. Housekeeping was prompt. Breakfast offered a good variety to satisfy all ages. There are shops, restaurants, and places to buy things all along the street, which is very convenient. A leisurely walk of about 1 kilometer will take you to the Xianluo Island cable car entrance. Highly recommended for a relaxing trip and excellent value for money."

"My stay at Jinshi International was absolutely perfect! I especially want to highlight the buffet breakfast and the free shuttle service. The breakfast had a great variety, blending both Chinese and Western options. The local donkey meat pancake and lamb intestine soup were authentic, and they even had low-fat whole grains and fresh-cut fruits and vegetables, so I could eat healthily even while on a diet. The dishes were refilled promptly and were clean and fresh. I pre-booked the shuttle to the high-speed rail station, and the driver was waiting on time, actively helping with my luggage. It saved me both hassle and money getting to and from the station. The room was clean, and the service was thoughtful and meticulous. All my travel and dining needs were well taken care of. This is my top choice for business travel, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Cangzhou."

"Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the autumn foliage! Front desk staff, Mali Jiao, provided excellent service. The hotel is built into the hillside, and a stunning panorama of colorful forests greets you right from your window. The autumn colors were absolutely perfect during the National Day holiday. The room had fantastic natural light and an unobstructed view. Sitting by the window in the afternoon, watching the autumn breeze rustle the leaves, was so peaceful and therapeutic. The breakfast quality was great, and the service team was professional and kind. Even with the large crowds during the National Day period, everything flowed smoothly without any delays, making for a very comfortable stay."

"Exceeded my expectations! The location is superb, right in the Wanda business district, and directly below is the Train Head Pedestrian Street, making dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly convenient. The room has a sophisticated Wabi-sabi style, clean, tidy, and odor-free, with soft and comfortable bedding for a great night's sleep. It features full smart voice control, a starry sky ceiling, a giant projection screen, and a separate bathtub, creating an amazing ambiance. The service is attentive, and the disposable amenities are clean and hygienic. The value for money is outstanding—a must-stay when visiting Shijiazhuang!"

"Autumn seaside cycling, checked into Qinhuangdao Marriott Resort! Having vacationed in Qinhuangdao multiple times and compared various well-known hotels, the privacy and sea view from the rooms at Qinhuangdao Marriott Resort are excellent, and the service is attentive and thoughtful. Parking is convenient, the infinity pool is very photogenic, and the 'Strawberry Mood' cocktail 🍹 at the bar looks great. The two Ukrainian singers really set the mood. There's a buffet dinner on weekends, and I must commend the waiter, Li Tianshun. He's handsome and incredibly warm-hearted. When I was lingering at the noodle station, he proactively asked what I wanted and specifically made me a bowl of clear broth noodles. His emotional intelligence is impressive, and his attention to detail is top-notch. A comfortable seaside cycling trip, thanks to the thoughtful service at Qinhuangdao Marriott Resort. I'll definitely be back. See you at Christmas 🎄."

"The room size is quite spacious. Although the decor is a bit dated, the cleanliness is truly impeccable. Overall, the service attitude was very good. The front desk staff were very friendly. Telephone service was prompt; it's the fastest I've experienced at any hotel in terms of getting help to the room. The welcome fruit was incredibly fresh and substantial. Every piece was edible, not just good-looking but tasteless ones. What I wasn't happy with: Firstly, the doorman. We arrived around 2 PM, which I assume is peak check-in time. I only saw one attendant at the entrance. My family went to park, and I was left alone with my child, carrying a backpack, an iPad, dragging a suitcase, and a large bag of snacks. The attendant just took the luggage out of the car and left me to my own devices. It was quite chaotic. Even if he had just helped me get a luggage cart, it would have been much better. When traveling with children, you always have a lot of stuff, so this situation should be very common. I suggest increasing the number of doormen and having luggage carts readily available at the hotel entrance. Secondly, the toothbrush in the room was incredibly hard. After brushing, I was practically spitting blood. Also, the hairdryer was fixed inside a drawer with a very short cord, making it difficult to hold up. Plus, it was really hard to use. Can't they update to a better one? The cool air doesn't dry, and the hot air burns your scalp. Even with my relatively thin hair, it took ten minutes to somewhat dry, when at home it usually takes about a minute. It doesn't have to be as fancy as a Dyson, but a Xiaomi or Laifen would be an improvement. Finally, the automatic door on the first floor leading to the beach wasn't very sensitive. As I was walking out with my child, it started closing automatically before we were fully through, and my child bumped their face. Although it wasn't serious, it's still a safety hazard. I reported it to the front desk, and they were very kind and immediately asked about my child's well-being. I just hope the issue will be taken seriously."

"My stay at the Tangyin Hotel was a very pleasant experience overall. The front desk staff were particularly welcoming; they'd greet guests proactively and were always ready to offer help. The room itself was much better than the Tangyin apartment I'd stayed in previously. Given the lower number of guests at this time, the breakfast wasn't as lavish as before, but all the essentials were still there – you just had to let the restaurant staff know if you needed anything. I used the cable car included in the package to visit the Fulong Flower Sea and caught a beautiful sunset. Perfect!"

"The room was great and offered excellent value for money. I was really happy with my one-night stay. I was even lucky enough to have an international guest next door who woke me up in the middle of the night with a phone call. After dusting off my English skills from years past, I communicated with them and they quieted down quickly. Parking downstairs is much more affordable than the parking lot across from the train station."

"I was very satisfied with the room; the mattress was super comfortable, and there were several pillow options to choose from. The wardrobe was spacious, and they provided plenty of hangers, enough for lots of clothes. The slippers were also very comfortable. The only minor drawback was that the window had a wall section in the middle, and there were no smart devices. What I particularly liked was the comfortable guest flow in the restaurant. I'm not sure if they control the capacity or if it was just a weekday, but there weren't many guests, so the experience was great. The staff wasn't too rushed, allowing them to provide more attentive service. The front desk ladies in the hotel lobby were also very thoughtful. I stayed for two nights, and when housekeeping cleaned on the second day, they left extra bottles of water, even though we wouldn't use them all. It felt very heartwarming. I'd love to stay here again next time."
