From the moment I push open the hotel doors, the familiar Baroque-style decor greets my eyes, a faint fragrance permeates the air, and the front desk staff always know my surname, greeting me with a 'Welcome home, Mr./Ms. X,' instantly melting away my travel fatigue. An absolutely fantastic experience! Not only was the service excellent, but the room was also spotless, tidy, and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed a relaxing hot bath in the in-room bathtub. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, so there was plenty to choose from. The executive lounge on the 53rd floor was also great, with attentive service. The evening food selection there exceeded my expectations – I didn't even need to go elsewhere for dinner. The red wine I had was also very good, smooth and not at all astringent.

The check-in and checkout process is very quick and simple. I booked through trip.com and the process was seamless. The hotel is centrally located to many restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable, staff courteous and breakfast delicios. It’s my second time staying there. Highly recommend this hotel.

The last time I stayed here, Iris Yao Jiajing was my DM, and she made my stay so wonderful that I chose InterContinental again for my parents' visit. This time, we encountered a few minor issues with the room facilities, which is understandable given the hotel's age. However, every single problem was promptly and effectively resolved by Manager Yao Jiajing. She also proactively checked the room availability and upgraded my parents' room for free, which was a lovely surprise. When she learned it was my mother's birthday, she thoughtfully arranged a tea break with a cake for us. Throughout our stay, she also checked in to see if we needed anything else. I am incredibly grateful for Manager Yao's professionalism and attentiveness; she has truly left me with a positive impression of this hotel, and her service made our family trip exceptionally smooth.

She even detailed where to go for morning, afternoon, and evening strolls, completely saving me from staying up late to plan. Upon arrival, the park was huge, and I was disoriented with our luggage. Wendy sent real-time location and walking directions, clearly indicating the shuttle pick-up points. The price is affordable, and the facilities are well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and it was very quiet at night. It's definitely the right choice for a good rest during your trip. The staff were very enthusiastic. I forgot my dental floss, but the hotel provided it. My child accidentally broke a cup in the room, and the staff came quickly to clean it up without charging us. The laundry room is very convenient, with three washing machines and three dryers, so there's no need to wait in line. They also provide laundry detergent and disinfectant, which is very friendly for families with children. There are plenty of parking spaces too.
