"The location is excellent, right on Shangzhi Street, just a hundred meters from Central Avenue. There's a bus stop right outside, making it super convenient to get around. The room was spacious and the facilities were quite new. The showerhead was the best I've experienced in a hotel recently – really comfortable! The service was very warm and friendly, and there was a generous supply of bottled water. Breakfast was also quite rich. I stayed for 3 nights, and the breakfast menu was the same every day. I'd suggest varying some of the items daily."

"Came to Yabuli with my family, and this hotel was a last-minute booking. The facilities are quite comprehensive, with a gym that was perfect for a post-dinner workout. The laundry room was also a thoughtful touch, making it great for families to relax. The room was spacious and clean, with all amenities easy to use, and even an electronic mosquito repellent provided in advance. Service response was very prompt, and they gave detailed explanations on what to do. Parking was convenient, and breakfast was rich and varied, almost feeling like a personalized experience. We were very satisfied! A special shout-out to Zhao at the front desk, whose service was incredibly attentive and truly heartwarming."

"This hotel deserves more than a five-star rating! Let's start with the location: it's nestled in a side alley right off Central Street, a mere minute's walk to the main thoroughfare. The Hongzhuan Morning Market is only three minutes away. How convenient is that? Cleanliness: Spotless! We were staying with a young child, so we moved the sofa next to the bed to prevent falls, and there wasn't a speck of dust underneath, which shows how thoroughly they clean. The bedding was dry and pristine, the bathroom had no odors, the drains worked perfectly, and even the nooks and crannies were dust-free. Facilities: Not brand new, but very well-maintained. The coffee machine was a nice and convenient touch. Service: The service was arguably the best part – incredibly heartwarming. They called us the day before our arrival. We got there quite early, and although our room wasn't ready, they kindly stored our luggage. Around 10 AM, they called to let us know the room was cleaned and ready for check-in. The next day, our child had online classes until 1 PM, and they graciously granted us a late check-out. The gentleman at the entrance actively helped with our luggage and greeted us warmly every time we passed. Great service truly lies in these small details, offering friendly assistance within arm's reach. That was really impressive."

The yellow noodles were sticky and chewy after cooking. 2. The dried tofu had a strange odor. 3. The egg rolls were filled with a bunch of ingredients, making the taste odd and complex. Everything else is good, but the kitchen really needs to upgrade the quality of its ingredients."

They offer afternoon tea and a warm towel upon arrival. The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options. My wife and child both thoroughly enjoyed it! This hotel offers great value for money and definitely deserves its five-diamond rating!"

"Very collapsed stay! Sanitary conditions are very poor! First of all, the fruit plate is very dirty, and the fruit is not washed. I have to wash it myself. I looked carefully and found that there are old juices and dried persimmons on the plate. It is definitely leftovers from others. The waiter did not check it, so he directly re-set the plastic film. We booked 3 rooms together, and the amount of dirty fruit was less than other houses. Secondly, the bath towels were very dirty. After taking a bath, I need to use a bath towel. I saw that there is a disinfection cabinet. I was very happy. After opening it, I found that the front bath towel was not neatly stacked. I was afraid that it was not clean. I specially took the neat bath towel stacked at the back. I was itchy at the back. I took a closer look at the bath towel. There are brown hard substances attached to the bath towel in two places. Very disgusting! Hurry up and take a shower again. I just had to go to bed after washing. When I lifted the quilt, there was a mosquito corpse on the bed. It was too collapsed and disgusting. [Tears] [Tears] [Tears] At this time, it was more than 3 in the morning. I thought the service staff had slept. I had to bear it. I wanted to use a pillowcase to cushion it on it. "Facilities: Simple and practical, though the smart Tmall Genie seemed a bit quirky, perhaps needing an update. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Environment: Beautiful window view. Service: Friendly and welcoming. Arriving in Mohe on the Snow Country Train, we checked into a cozy haven, the eLong Hotel, nestled in a wonderland at the far north. As we opened the door, a 270° bay window offered breathtaking panoramic views of the snowy plains and icy mountains. The 1.8-meter wide king-size bed, comfortable sofa, and spacious bay window transformed the -30℃ outdoor chill into a wonderfully warm and familiar indoor sanctuary. This provided a safe and comfortable resting environment for my elderly parents on their first long journey. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, providing extra hangers, bottled water, and tea of the same quality, which gave my family great peace of mind. In the morning, we welcomed the sunrise with stunning alpenglow outside our window. The hotel's varied and delicious breakfast kicked off our invigorating trip to Mohe. We had a delightful interaction with charming deer, and to the rhythm of jingling bells and trotting hooves, we ventured into the natural ice and snow city. Gazing at the winding, extensive border of our nation felt like being in a fairy tale, truly purifying the soul. Thank you to the hotel for providing such a haven – it was more than just accommodation; it was a conduit for transmitting Arctic culture. As the horse-drawn carriage once again traversed the snow-covered forest, we eagerly anticipate the arrival of our next icy dawn."

How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

Stayed here with a friend. The hotel has a lot of character and the bathtub is spacious – you can really stretch out in it. The breakfast spread is fantastic with a wide variety of options, and the freshly made dumplings and Lanzhou beef noodles were absolutely delicious. The fruit quality was also excellent. The pool water was clean. The only minor downside was that the TV in our room couldn't cast, but it wasn't a big deal. The front desk staff, Luna, was very responsive and provided excellent service. 👍

The hotel's night view is fantastic. From the sky lobby, you can see the Songhua River, directly facing the Beer Festival, which is quite a sight. The hotel's location is also excellent, and the room layout is decent. All the facilities are new. It was quite crowded during the summer holidays, but the service was still good. After checking out, Yuki followed up to ask about my stay, which was a nice touch. Overall, a great experience.

The breakfast was great, and the service was excellent. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were really lovely. There's a subway station right next door, making it super convenient to get anywhere. Plus, St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street are within walking distance. Definitely worth another visit!

The room was spacious and generally clean. It was very soundproof with good ventilation, and there were no strange odors. The breakfast selection was rich, comparable to Wanda Vista. The hot springs offered a good variety of pools, and the water quality was excellent with no unpleasant smells. On Children's Day, kids under 1.5 meters were free, which was a fantastic bonus! The staff were very enthusiastic, and both check-in and check-out were quick.

This was the most satisfying hotel of our trip to Northeast China. The soundproofing was excellent; we couldn't hear our neighbors at all. There was no noise or pipe sounds. The rooms and hallways were completely smoke-free. Every department we interacted with – rooms, Executive Lounge, front desk, concierge, and recreation – was fantastic. The only thing I think could be improved is adding a communal self-service laundry room. Although there wasn't one, they did provide a clothesline, and the summer clothes I washed the day before were dry by morning. I also wished for a memory foam pillow, but I didn't ask the room service for one because I already felt everything was perfect. The room attendant added an extra bed for me, so my two children and I each had our own bed. This was the best sleep we had during our entire 8-day stay in Northeast China! They also have a pool, which the kids loved. We originally booked a room without breakfast, but then my family and I upgraded to an Executive Lounge room, which included both breakfast and dinner, saving us a lot of hassle since it's hard to please everyone. Even with the upgrade to an Executive Lounge room, the price was still cheaper than the Hampton Inn with breakfast we stayed at in Yanji. We also stayed at Atour in Shenyang and Orange Hotel in Antu, and the soundproofing at those three hotels wasn't great; we were woken up by other guests every morning. Plus, their no-smoking policies weren't very strict, as there was often a smell of smoke in the corridors or rooms.
