"The location is excellent, right on Shangzhi Street, just a hundred meters from Central Avenue. There's a bus stop right outside, making it super convenient to get around. The room was spacious and the facilities were quite new. The showerhead was the best I've experienced in a hotel recently – really comfortable! The service was very warm and friendly, and there was a generous supply of bottled water. Breakfast was also quite rich. I stayed for 3 nights, and the breakfast menu was the same every day. I'd suggest varying some of the items daily."

"On a whim, we decided to take a spontaneous weekend trip with the kids, and I randomly picked a hotel on the app, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise! First off, the room was spotless and fresh, even the bathroom was sparkling clean. The bedding was dry and comfortable, and the facilities were comprehensive – they even had a gym and a soft play area. The air conditioning worked great, and there was a rich breakfast spread. The lobby was also very photogenic. The front desk staff were gentle and polite, patiently answering all my questions. Most importantly, it was incredibly quiet, which was a huge plus for someone like me who has trouble sleeping. The hotel parking was convenient with plenty of spaces, and you could see the mountains from there. The air was fresh and it was easy to get around. This is a genuine review from a consumer who rarely leaves feedback unless they are exceptionally satisfied."

The yellow noodles were sticky and chewy after cooking. 2. The dried tofu had a strange odor. 3. The egg rolls were filled with a bunch of ingredients, making the taste odd and complex. Everything else is good, but the kitchen really needs to upgrade the quality of its ingredients."

"This is the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff are always genuinely warm and smiling, not just superficially. They insist on helping with luggage and promptly fulfill any requests. The room itself is also excellent, with a smart toilet and a spacious shower that doesn't feel cramped. While the breakfast buffet selection isn't vast, there's an à la carte menu with daily Chinese and Western options, all delicious. Combined with the buffet, it's quite good. Crucially, it's very convenient. I initially worried about not being near Central Street, but the bus stop is just a 2-minute walk from the entrance. In reality, unless you're traveling solo, a ride-hailing car to Harbin Pharmaceutical Group General Factory is only 9 RMB, to Zhonghua Baroque it's 9 RMB, and to Central Street, it's just over ten RMB. I took taxis every day during my stay and found it cheap and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again on my next visit."

"Very collapsed stay! Sanitary conditions are very poor! First of all, the fruit plate is very dirty, and the fruit is not washed. I have to wash it myself. I saw that there is a disinfection cabinet. I was very happy. After opening it, I found that the front bath towel was not neatly stacked. I was afraid that it was not clean. I specially took the neat bath towel stacked at the back. I was itchy at the back. I took a closer look at the bath towel. There are brown hard substances attached to the bath towel in two places. Very disgusting! Hurry up and take a shower again. I just had to go to bed after washing. When I lifted the quilt, there was a mosquito corpse on the bed. It was too collapsed and disgusting. "The hotel itself was decent and quite new, likely a Trip.com-managed property. However, the Simmons mattress was surprisingly hard – I thought it was a renowned brand, but it felt just like a plank bed. Breakfast was okay, with noodles and wontons, and the sausages were particularly good; overall, a good variety. It's a bit strange why this hotel is rated five-star; at most, it's on par with a Ji Hotel. The oddest thing was their EV charging station, which cost 2.58 yuan per kWh. It's the most expensive I've ever seen in China, without exception."

The service is enthusiastic and responsive, and it offers great value for money. It's truly the top choice for a ski holiday; we had a comfortable and worry-free stay. This hotel, located on Sandaogai Street, boasts an amazing location right off Central Avenue. Whether you want to see the streetscape, river views, or St. Sophia Cathedral, it's all within easy walking distance! Honestly, as a Harbin university student from 2003, this is the first time in over 20 years I've seen Central Avenue deserted in the early morning! It was a truly unique experience. The hotel itself is a classic European-style building, and the public areas, breakfast, and decor are all excellent. The only real drawback is the small room size, but considering its prime location in the Central Avenue business district, it's still very good. For this price, location, and ambiance, the value for money is absolutely superb. The breakfast was incredibly satisfying and fueled me up! The service was exceptional – truly genuine and thoughtful, much more personalized than the standard procedures you find in larger hotels. My only minor complaints are that the gym is pretty abysmal and almost negligible, and since this was a last-minute trip, for some reason they assigned me a room at the very end of the hallway, which felt a bit odd!!!

This hotel, over a century old, boasts a rich historical ambiance with its Tsarist Russian court design. The lobby is resplendent and dazzling, featuring crystal chandeliers, oil paintings, wine cabinets, and an ornate wrought-iron garden, all showcasing the luxury of the Russian aristocracy. I even donned a 19th-century outfit to experience what it felt like to be a Countess. The hotel service was impeccable. Upon check-in, someone immediately guided us on a tour and provided explanations, including a ride in the century-old elevator. Our luggage was delivered directly to our room, and they were incredibly accommodating, helping us take photos in the court costumes without any hesitation. When we checked out, they even brought our bags to the car – truly doorstep service, highly commendable! This is a highly recommended hotel that is well worth experiencing.

How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

The stay was fantastic! The hotel's design is excellent, and the wooden interior style feels very warm. The room was incredibly spacious with a superb view. The only downside is that the location is a bit far from the popular tourist spots in the old town. The breakfast and executive lounge were great. The extended operating hours were a huge plus – if you're tired from a day out and can't get up early the next morning, you don't have to worry about missing breakfast. The complimentary hotel car service is quite unique, especially a convertible golf cart! Cruising around the nearby mountains with the top down on such a cool, clear day was really nice! Also, a big shout-out to Bonnie Bai from the executive lounge and Guest Relations Manager Tom Wang. Their service was incredibly attentive, and they promptly resolved any issues we encountered during our stay!

As the only hotel in Harbin that can truly be called a bit luxurious, it generally lives up to its reputation. The location, rooms, service, and amenities are all quite good. Bottled water is provided upon request, and the lotus decoration at the entrance is also very unique. The decor style is more simple and bright, a stark contrast to the Ritz-Carlton Tianjin where I stayed a few days ago – both are good in their own way. However, getting in and out of the hotel isn't very convenient, especially if you want to cross the road to the Songhua River. You have to navigate a really awkward traffic light intersection; the red light is very long, and even when it's green, there are cars turning right at high speed, which makes you quite nervous. The city view rooms have a poor outlook, filled with crowded, matchbox-like buildings with hardly any greenery. There's only one stool and one armchair in the room, which isn't very convenient. There's also a heating vent on the windowsill, so I was hesitant to put my phone there for fear of it falling off.

They proactively upgraded our room and even gave us hot spring tickets, which was a nice surprise! The hot springs themselves were really fun, with lots of different pools. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn during a weekend getaway, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my experience. Check-In: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. I appreciated the modern decor and the large flat-screen TV. The room also included a mini-fridge and microwave, which were convenient for storing snacks and leftovers. Amenities: The complimentary breakfast was a highlight! There was a good selection of hot and cold items, including scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, and a variety of pastries. The coffee was fresh and available all day, which I loved. The fitness center was adequately equipped for a quick workout, and I also enjoyed the indoor pool, which was a nice touch for relaxation after a day of exploring the area. Location: The hotel’s location was ideal, situated just a few minutes from major attractions and restaurants. It was easy to access the highway, making it simple to drive to nearby sights. Overall Experience: For the price and the amenities offered, the hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s the perfect spot for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort and convenience without breaking the bank. I would definitely stay here again!
