"The hotel boasts an excellent location and comprehensive facilities, situated within the 'Corn Building' with a lake and commercial amenities nearby. The breakfast spread is rich and varied. However, the service quality needs improvement. There was no assistance with heavy luggage upon arrival at the hotel entrance, and the staff's demeanor lacked warmth, with somewhat stiff expressions. Some room amenities, like the hairdryer and toilet, felt a bit outdated. On the positive side, the gym equipment is very well-equipped, and the pool is clean and hygienic. Overall, I recommend staying here!"

"Let's get straight to the point: if you're only booking this hotel, like we did, to visit Pang Dong Lai, then it's really not necessary. The sheer crowds at Angel City Pang Dong Lai were a terrible experience. We later took the advice of other tourists and Pang Dong Lai staff and went to Golden Triangle Pang Dong Lai, which was much better. The Canopy by Hilton itself maintains its usual high standards; it's quite convenient that you can see the laundry room status on the TV. Also, being able to take the shopping cart into the room might be its only real draw. Downsides include limited and extremely cramped parking spaces – you can't even park without using the automatic parking system. The smart screen in the room was also quite slow to respond. The shower door also didn't seem to close properly. Moreover, the lobby floor was being mopped without any 'wet floor' signs, and after I almost slipped, the nearby staff acted as if they didn't even notice."

"This hotel definitely lives up to its Ctrip ranking. I traveled with two kids and two seniors by high-speed rail. Originally, I was considering the Yinji Hotel, but I chose the InterContinental instead because Yinji is far from the city center, limited dining options, and everything requires queuing. We usually stay at Hilton Garden Inn or Atour, but this time I picked the InterContinental specifically for its seventh-floor pool. It's well-designed, clean, safe, and convenient – just bring your swim gear. If you forget your swim ring, you can rent one for 30 yuan with no time limit. One thing that Atour and similar hotels can't match is the abundance of staff, always ready to assist. As for things like air conditioning, soundproofing, and cleanliness, you can completely disregard any negative reviews. The breakfast is also quite rich, with specialty dishes, various claypot rice dishes, and desserts that are all commendable. The Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) is delicious, and the fresh watermelon and cucumber juices were a big hit with the kids. The location is also prime, very close to the high-speed rail station; you can take a taxi directly to the north entrance. It's also not far from the Snow King headquarters. For dining, you can head to MixC City, which offers a wide variety of choices. The only downside is the lack of a self-service laundry room; clothes are charged per item for washing. So, remember to bring small packets of laundry detergent. Also, there's no clothesline in the bathroom, so you have to hang clothes on the inner railing of the window. The bar on the fifth floor has a Cuban-level singer with a great vibe – worth checking out! If your room rate includes drinks, remember to claim them. AMY at the front desk is beautiful and gentle; definitely go say hello!"

"Before my trip to Anyang, I looked at many hotels online and finally settled on the Anyang Xiying Hotel (Wanda Plaza). After checking in, I was really impressed. For any trip, good food, accommodation, and transport are essential for an enjoyable experience, and the Xiying Hotel is excellent for its price range. First off, the location is great, making it super convenient to get around. It's not far from attractions like the Chinese Character Museum, Anyang Museum, Wenfeng Tower, and Yuan Lin. Secondly, the hotel lobby is elegant, grand, and beautiful. All the front desk staff, both male and female, are very pleasing to the eye. Check-in was quick, professional, and our requests were handled patiently (we mentioned having had hip surgery last year, and they arranged a room right by the elevator for us). The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the dining area was clean and comfortable. The room itself was clean and cozy, highly automated, and all the facilities were complete and worked well. The room was meticulously cleaned, the bed was large with soft, comfortable bedding, and the soundproofing was also good. The toiletries in the bathroom were of a decent standard, and the shower had strong water pressure. The only minor downside was that the shower water temperature wasn't as hot on the last two days as it was on the first two. The high-speed rail transfer driver was excellent; he proactively helped with luggage, drove smoothly, and was very accommodating to our needs while still adhering to traffic rules. Choosing the Xiying Hotel for this Anyang trip truly made us feel at home. It was a wonderful experience."

"Many people traveled during the Qingming Festival. It was already past eight o'clock when we arrived at the hotel after visiting Yuntaishan. It was a bit late to order food at the restaurant. The manager arranged for two bowls of noodles and some fruits for free, which was very considerate. The room was large, the sheets were white, clean and hygienic. There were both Chinese and Western food for breakfast, which was very rich. The environment is nothing to say, it is located in a small park, the cherry blossoms and lilacs in the yard are in full bloom, the trees are lush, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. The road at the door is wide, and it is convenient to get on and off the highway. I am very satisfied with the stay experience."

The location is also good. However, there are two issues. First, the room had a musty smell and the walls were peeling – understandable, given the hotel's age. The staff were consistently warm and polite throughout our stay. Check-in was efficient, and they were always quick to respond to any requests. When my elderly parent caught a cold due to the rain and couldn't eat, the staff even brewed honey pear water and later specially prepared rice porridge – their service was gentle and incredibly caring. The private hot spring pool in the room was a huge convenience. After exploring the Longmen Grottoes during the day, we could return to the room to soak in the hot spring and ease our travel fatigue. The outdoor hot spring area also had a children's water park, which the little ones thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel's location is very close to Longmen, making it convenient for those traveling by car. This hotel is perfect for a family vacation, suitable for all ages. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Luoyang. Highly recommended!"
