"A couple with their four-year-old stayed for three days. It was an amazing experience!!! Highly recommended!! We originally booked a one-bedroom apartment, but the hotel upgraded us to a two-bedroom, two-story apartment with two living rooms, which was incredibly spacious and well-equipped: it had three bathrooms, a bathtub, a kitchen, a refrigerator, a dining area, a living room, and a study. Our child absolutely loved it, running up and down the stairs. The hotel's playground, sauna, and swimming pool were also enjoyed by our child. He even cried when it was time to leave! We will definitely stay here again next time!!! Thumbs up 👍"

"The Dalian Four Seasons was our first Four Seasons experience in China. Having previously stayed at Four Seasons hotels in Prague, Budapest, and Singapore, I'd come to the conclusion that 'Four Seasons is always a safe bet in any unfamiliar city.' In fact, if a city has a Four Seasons, that alone is a great reason to visit, as the brand has extremely high standards for location, and following their lead rarely goes wrong. The Dalian Four Seasons is located in the prime area of Zhongshan Road. It's within a 2km drive to places like Nanshan Street, Zhongshan Square, Democratic Square's Tram Route 201 starting point, and Russian Style Street. Just a 7-minute walk from the hotel, there's a cluster of local restaurants, which is very convenient. We stayed for four nights in an 80-square-meter Grand City View King Room. It featured a spacious bedroom (after fitting a comfortable king-size bed, an L-shaped sofa, a large round table, and chairs, there was still plenty of space for two people to practice Baduanjin), an oversized walk-in closet, and a bathroom. The vanity had the essential double sinks, which made it incredibly convenient for two people. What's particularly noteworthy is the large mirror with a built-in smart TV – this was truly amazing! It's a great bonus for those who brush their teeth thoroughly (which can take a while, so I often watch my iPad at home to avoid boredom). Four Seasons' in-room tea bags and capsule coffee have always been my favorite. The Dalian hotel thoughtfully labeled four different coffee varieties with their flavors and roast levels, and even included a decaffeinated option. This was incredibly friendly for coffee lovers who want to try different trendy cafes outside every day but are also concerned about excessive caffeine intake. Every day, I made a cup of decaf coffee in my room, and could even add milk and ice to make a delicious iced latte – I really enjoyed it. Among the tea bags, Maojian was my personal favorite and one I'd recommend. Speaking of which, I must praise the hotel's sky lobby. Located on the 41st floor, it offers breathtaking sea views. Every day, I spent a long time sitting on the sofa here, reading or simply gazing at the sea, feeling a deep sense of holiday bliss. At 38樓, the gym is the most beautiful I've ever seen in any Four Seasons hotel, and indeed, in any hotel I've stayed in! This is because it boasts the same stunning sea views as the sky lobby. I went to the gym for 2 hours every day for four consecutive days. The equipment was sufficient to train shoulders, chest, back, and glutes/legs on separate days. The completeness of the fitness equipment rivaled that of the Singapore Four Seasons, but the sea view is a definite plus for the Dalian Four Seasons. I was also particularly pleased with the hotel breakfast. While other categories offered everything imaginable, that wasn't the main point. What truly impressed me was how few hotel restaurants can provide a comprehensive selection of avocado, cold-brew overnight oats (with nuts and fresh blueberries), sourdough bread, and salmon with purple cabbage salad all at once. For fitness enthusiasts who maintain a healthy diet year-round, this is an absolute godsend. Even more impressive than all the perfect hardware mentioned above was the service at the Dalian Four Seasons, which perfectly embodied the Four Seasons' core philosophy of 'treating others as you would like to be treated.' I especially want to thank Kayla and Carrie, the duty managers from the Guest Experience Department. They started coordinating with me two days before my arrival. Every morning after check-in, they would message me on WeChat to ask about our comfort levels. After the first night, they adjusted room details based on my personal preferences and needs, making me truly feel the same convenience and comfort as if I were at home. During these five days in Dalian, I truly felt that the Four Seasons makes you happy whether you leave to explore during the day or stay in all day long. A city with a Four Seasons inherently becomes more attractive, and it's a hotel you can 'mindlessly choose' without ever going wrong. Dalian Four Seasons, you are my perfect Four Seasons hotel, and for you, I am willing to return to Dalian!"

"The facilities are a bit older but clean. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the freshly ground coffee is great. Adding breakfast for 89 RMB is really good value. Overall, the instant coffee in the room was a drawback, as I usually stay in places with capsule coffee machines. The underground parking garage is quite old and run-down, but at least parking is convenient and free. There are many small and large restaurants around the hotel, as well as a small ice sculpture museum with a slide, which my kids from the south absolutely loved. The 201 retro tram station is right downstairs, and Russian Style Street is within walking distance, making it very convenient for sightseeing. I also walked to and checked out Dongbei Lingdan Coffee, which was excellent."

"## Review **Facilities:** The hotel is a completely self-contained area. After parking, you need a shuttle bus to take you to the hotel. I was very pleasantly surprised after checking in. The entire room was designed like a townhouse, very private. Before check-in, the butler sent a list of the hotel's entertainment activities. Since it was winter, there weren't many activities available. We tried a pottery class, saw deer and capybaras, and also made a detour to Qingshui Bay (at our own expense) for a body scrub. **Cleanliness:** The room was immaculately clean. Before using the private hot spring pool, you can ask the cleaning staff to re-clean it, which provides great peace of mind. Soaking in the misty hot spring and relaxing your mind and body is truly a wonderful treat. **Environment:** The hotel exclusively occupies a mountainous area with fresh and pleasant air. Whether it's an evening stroll after dinner or a leisurely walk in the garden in the early morning, it's refreshing and truly makes the trip worthwhile. **Service:** The staff were friendly, often greeting us when we met, and promptly responded to and handled any issues we had, which significantly enhanced the overall stay. **Overall:** This was an almost perfect stay. The private and peaceful environment coupled with meticulous and thoughtful service made us feel incredibly comfortable. I'm looking forward to the future treehouse room types!"

"My stay here was fantastic, and I have to give a special shout-out to Olivia at the front desk! I arrived early, worried I'd have a long wait to check in, but Olivia was incredibly thoughtful and efficient. She got me checked in early and even upgraded my room for free, which was beyond my expectations. Her service was warm and attentive, communication was smooth throughout, and she was so patient and gentle. The entire check-in process was pleasant and hassle-free. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"The room was pretty standard and met expectations, but what really exceeded them was: 1. The hotel has a **delivery locker** outside, making it incredibly convenient to order takeout. You can also have the front desk send it up with a smart delivery robot. 2. The hotel's location is excellent. It's directly across from MixC shopping mall and next to Youth Park, so you're just a step away from walks, shopping, and dining. It's also not far from various attractions. 3. If you love tennis, book this hotel! There's a tennis court on the fourth floor where you can book 1-on-1 private lessons. I stayed here for three days and played tennis every single day, without wasting any time on travel."

"The hotel has put a lot of thought into the small details of its facilities. The gym, hallways, restaurant, and sky garden are all beautiful – truly living up to its name, 'Beautiful View Hotel'. The gym is incredibly well-equipped, and the swimming pool is large; any fitness enthusiast would be thrilled. For breakfast, as soon as you walk in, you can get free iced Americanos, and the variety of food is extensive without feeling crowded, making for a great dining experience. I also appreciate the hotel upgrading me to a suite. The room was spacious with a well-planned layout, separating the living and sleeping areas. They even have robots to deliver takeout, which was very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shenyang."

"My overall stay at the Grand Hyatt Shenyang was quite pleasant, and I'd highly recommend it. The hotel has been open for some time, so some public facilities and the hard furnishings in the rooms show signs of age, appearing a bit dated. However, this doesn't affect daily use at all, and the maintenance is clearly well-kept. What really put me at ease was the smart toilet, which was incredibly practical and significantly enhanced the comfort of my stay. The staff's service attitude was excellent throughout. Check-in was efficient, and they patiently answered all my questions, proactively helping to resolve any issues. They were all gentle, polite, and very attentive to service details. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. The variety was rich and comprehensive, offering Chinese and Western dishes, Northeastern specialties, pastries, fruits, and beverages – everything you could want. The food tasted great, and both adults and children could find something they liked. Its location is also a plus, being right next to MixC, which makes it very convenient for going out and shopping. While the hardware isn't brand new, the thoughtful amenities, excellent service, and abundant breakfast more than make up for any shortcomings. It's a great choice for both business trips and leisure travel. Overall, my stay was very comfortable and satisfying."

He was kind and friendly and carefully arranged a comfortable room for me, making me feel right at home. During Christmas, he recommended the buffet dinner in the hotel to me, and it was really excellent. Moreover, he helped arrange transportation vehicles for me, which saved me a lot of trouble.
