I was able to perform prayers comfortably inside the room, and there was still a sofa available for relaxing, which made the room feel practical and cozy. I stayed in a non-smoking room, so the atmosphere was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was fairly varied, featuring local traditional snacks from Pekanbaru as well as lontong sayur, a well-known local dish. Everything tasted good and offered a nice introduction to local flavors. Another great advantage is that the hotel is located near a mosque, making it very convenient to attend congregational prayers. Overall, Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru is a good choice for a comfortable stay with convenient facilities and easy access to nearby worship places.

There is some upgrade on their tv’s, near wingstop. Would be great if deposit can be paid by card, so you guys didn’t need to tell us, the customer, to get the cash from ATM’s outside the hotel. Just imagine, you came across the island, come to hotel, and sent back to outside just to get a money for deposit? Fr dude

First stay here, the location is a little far from downtown, when you arrive at the location you feel like you have moved from the hustle and bustle to the silence and luxury, there is a hidden paradise at the end of the trip. The facilities are very complete and clean The food and breakfast are delicious and the restaurant waiters are very friendly and responsive

Deluxe twin bed room but no window. Already contacted the hotel CS but no response. But overall good!

The furniture littlebit old, but overall clean.. I did special request of King bed room, but end up still did not fully fulfill all my request, end up getting some were Twin Single bed room.

The hotel located less than 10 mins from Airport and they provided free airport shuttle as well. Not only that, there were many eateries around just next to the hotel such as Bakery shop, Indomaret. The room was clean, have a nice view (need to request higher floor), good water pressure for showering. The only downside were the AC was not cool enough during my stay and the room was a bit small. Hope the hotel can fix the AC. The breakfast buffet was decent and have a lot of variety. Overall, it was worth my penny and decent stay.

The location is very strategic, easy for looking for food, shopping and hanging out but they need to improve their responsiveness especially the manager in accepting the inputs from travellers like us. Overall, thanks to Uty one of the staff was very kind to us. Very appreciated for the responses. One more, need to increase the cleanliness.
