The front desk team greeted me warmly and ensured both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. They were consistently polite, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist me with any questions. The housekeeping department maintained an excellent standard in my room throughout my stay. The room and all public areas of the hotel were spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully appointed. It was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities for the hotel. The cafe served delicious food and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were warm, attentive, friendly, and always provided prompt service with a genuine smile. The Dingyan Chinese Restaurant was another highlight of my stay. The dishes were authentic, fresh, and delicious. The restaurant staff were professional and meticulous, making every meal a pleasant experience. What particularly impressed me was that all staff members were dressed in neat and appropriate uniforms, showcasing the hotel's highly professional image. Every employee I encountered was polite, warm, friendly, and helpful, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest. I must also give a special commendation to the hotel manager, whose outstanding leadership was evident in the high-quality service across all aspects of the hotel. The manager was approachable, professional, and genuinely cared about every guest, ensuring they had a pleasant and memorable stay. Jiuding Yueyue Hotel is clean, well-managed, and offers first-class service across all departments. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, high quality, and genuine hospitality. "Although the hotel was a bit old, it was kept very clean, and its location in the Thamel area was excellent. As soon as I stepped out of the hotel, I found a good currency exchange, so I converted all my money and returned home safely. Shopping was convenient, and getting around was very easy – everything was within walking distance."

"The hotel is located about a 10-15 minute walk from Thamel, offering a tranquil escape from the bustling city center of Kathmandu. Its beautifully landscaped garden is a particular highlight. A minor drawback is the heavy traffic on the road to central Thamel, making the walk quite tiring. However, even if you don't venture into Thamel, the hotel's F&B offers relatively reasonable prices for the quality, and dining in the garden's outdoor seating area was a particularly impressive experience. It was a shame that the fitness center was under renovation and unavailable. The cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms were exceptional, even by developed country standards. Overall, I would rate this as a very good hotel."

"The room is a suite with a sofa and a coffee table. The bathroom is also very spacious. There are many restaurant options on the top floor. The breakfast is average but filling. The only drawback is that the restaurant opens late and you can always hear the sound of tables and chairs being moved when you go to bed at night."
