The room I stayed in was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room offered stunning river views that made waking up each morning a delight. The amenities were top-notch, from the plush bathrobes to the high-quality toiletries. I truly appreciated the attention to detail. Dining at the Swizzle Dinner & Drinks restaurant was an experience in itself! The rotating restaurant offers a unique and elevated dining experience with panoramic views of the city skyline. The food was exceptional, with a variety of locally inspired dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. Staff was helpful and friendly. Loved the room and view! Disappointed free WiFi was not for everyone. Breakfast was good and a nice variety!

No slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, these need to bring their own, others have, the service is also very good, the room has a meal service, there is a coffee machine and ironing board

couldnt get in until right at 3pm shower had hair in it. Other than that it was a nice room and clean

Nice hotel with pool

The front desk service was very kind and professional. However, our room was not very clean. The bathroom was dirty as well as the bathroom sink and our sheets. The mini refrigerator was never cleaned out and still had drinks from whoever stayed there prior to us. I have never stayed somewhere that makes you pay $9 for a cereal breakfast. Also, when we were checking in we were told that we had until 12:00 to check out. A couple of hours before, room service came and knocked on the door and asked when we were checking out. I thought this was very unprofessional. Also, the pool closes at 8, so if you have little ones, you may want to look into that more. The location was really good and the parking was very convenient.

The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely visit there again.
