The room I stayed in was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room offered stunning river views that made waking up each morning a delight. The amenities were top-notch, from the plush bathrobes to the high-quality toiletries. I truly appreciated the attention to detail. Dining at the Swizzle Dinner & Drinks restaurant was an experience in itself! The rotating restaurant offers a unique and elevated dining experience with panoramic views of the city skyline. The food was exceptional, with a variety of locally inspired dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. Nice hotel with pool

They was very nice and the hotel was really clean nice place to stay at

No slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, these need to bring their own, others have, the service is also very good, the room has a meal service, there is a coffee machine and ironing board

The service is very good! ! ! The hotel's shuttle bus service is also very good, and it is very convenient to go to the airport.

couldnt get in until right at 3pm shower had hair in it. Other than that it was a nice room and clean

People were nice at the desk but hotel needs some clean up. Door had a big crack as you entered front desk. The room was clean just bedside lamp didn’t work and the plugin didn’t work. Parking lot had need for clean up. Outside door didn’t work with key and room key quit twice during stay.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Loved the room and view! Disappointed free WiFi was not for everyone. Breakfast was good and a nice variety!
