I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they kindly kept our luggage for us while we waited for check-in time. The room was clean and aesthetically pleasing. I’d give it a 10/10. We’ll definitely be coming back soon.

My husband arrived early at the hotel (7am) , tired and exhausted after a long flight and staff were not helpful with getting him into the room atleast a little earlier than the check-in time or offered any other available room , he was told to wait until 2pm to check into his room . Also , he asked for a halal meal when calling room service and they just told him they don’t have anything , instead of offering an alternative . I really hope that in future , the service of this hotel would be more helpful .

Very safe hotel, good location and free car parking. Don’t get out of the hotel at night you have everything inside the hotel.

The hotel was great and we were very satisfied. It has a balcony, an outdoor pool, and a gym. The breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of fruits. The location is in Sandton Central, very close to Mandela Square, and there's a park restaurant across from the hotel with a beautiful view.

We made use of the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The drivers were helpful and friendly. This is a great value-added service. We were welcomed at reception by friendly staff. We were helped to our rooms. The rooms are modern, functional, and comfortable. We went to the 6th floor for dinner. The restaurant and bar there is called Level Seven. The staff there told us it was a privately owned restaurant and bar. We sat in the bar and ordered food and drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The only good thing about the food that night was that the fries were awesome and seasoned well. Breakfast the next morning in the main restaurant on the ground floor was exceptional—friendly staff and really good food. Overall, a great stay, let down unfortunately by the food at Level Seven.

The hotel is located near the airport, which is very convenient. We are free, by a certain time with comfort delivered to the airport. The space itself is very beautiful, atmospheric, rooms all very convenient, modern. The staff are very friendly, kind and solve any questions! Very grateful and advise to the settlement! Price and quality at the highest level. There is a swimming pool and a green lawn where birds walk freely

The environment is very good, suitable for traveling and romantic lovers. If you don’t mind less choice in dining, it’s perfect...

Always love staying at the Piazza. Great buffet breakfast, great rooms and easy access straight into Monte Casino. It’s also half an hour away from the airport ( give or take considering traffic), so keep that in mind when you got a flight to catch the next day 😉

Everything was Good. Pick up from the airport in a free shuttle every 30 minutes. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room small but neat, Good for just 1 night. For longer I would have choosen a larger room with a fridge. Nice facilities on the premises for eating out and shopping. Interesting exhibition on the history of democracy in SA.
