The facilities are excellent and the conditions are superb, plus there's a sea view. The breakfast quality is incredibly high, almost impeccable. My only suggestion: Currently, the hotel provides a video showing the pick-up spot for the return shuttle from Disneyland. However, by the time you leave Disneyland, it's already dark and hard to see the way. Also, after a full day of fun, foreign tourists might have run out of battery or data. I recommend simply providing a Google Maps location. This way, it can be navigated offline.

Closer to Narita airport, nice breakfast, spacious room but very small bathroom space. Nothing nearby to visit, just for overnight stay if you have connecting flights from Narita airport within 24 hours ! Best part is the availability of airport pick up and drop shuttle bus service from the hotel terminal 1 and 2 - terminal 1 pillar 16 south wing exit S2 ! Otherwise don’t feel like we stay in Tokyo, though keisei subway line available from airport terminal to the main city. Rate as 8.5/10 as bathroom space is too cramped, no amenities not even water bottles !! Fortunately Lawson convenience store is available in the ground floor near reception area.

I traveled through Japan and Korea—10 different cities in 24 days—and this hotel was the best for me. The location, amenities, and breakfast were excellent. I would definitely return.

We were looking forward to the The Farm stay to end our fiat Japan trip. We were 3 kids below 10 and 2 adults. The best parts of the trip were, 1. Staff - mai and Narumi were very helpful. Mai especially took a lot of trouble to explain everything at the farm by using Google translate. Even the staff at the cafe at breakfast time and reception were all very very nice, though I don’t have their names. 2. Hot springs - was super experience and we loved it. Everything clean and proper and very comfortable, even though we were walking around naked. 3. Rooms- I stayed at Habita. It was good and kids loved it quite a bit. The loft, the futon on top, though the projector didn’t work too well. 4. Strawberry farm trip was amazing. The strawberries were all super nice and melting in the mouth with the right textures and flavours. Even better if? 1. BBQ- we wanted to do a bbq. Habita package didn’t come with free BBQ. The cost to do one was crazy expensive. 3,300 per adult and 2,200 per child just for ‘equipment’ cost. That’s 13,000yen or around USD80, without any meats or anything. Felt really excessive, so we opted out. 2. Board and card games- our family wanted to play some board games and there were plenty of those at the reception. When we asked if we could get a pack of UNO, we were told it was only for the ‘cottage’ occupants. Considering most of the property was empty, it was a bit sad that they did not allow us a pack to play with. 3. Though not the fault of the property, the lack of any public transport and the very taxi costs to outside world for anything was a negative. It would have been even better if they could arrange a couple of more shuttles to narita or to local town etc.

I booked this hotel for an event at Makuhari Messe. While it's not as close as the APA by Kaihin-Makuhari, the rooms, facilities, and comfort here are superior. It's just a 1-minute walk from Makuhari Toyosuna Station on the Keiyo Line. This is both a pro and a con: Makuhari Toyosuna is a small station, so the rapid Keiyo Line trains don't stop there. Plus, with the Keiyo Line's 10-minute intervals between trains, you spend quite a bit of time waiting, whether you're going to or from central Tokyo or Kaihin-Makuhari. Next to the hotel, there's a huge Aeon mall and a Costco, and a New Days convenience store downstairs. Other than that, there's nothing else nearby, so if you're returning late, I'd recommend eating out beforehand. The room facilities are very new. The hairdryer and air purifier are both Dyson. The bathroom is unlike traditional Japanese business hotels; the shower area and bathtub are very spacious. The lobby also offers various bath salts for guests to take. I forgot to take photos of the room, but you can find reviews of this hotel by Japanese YouTubers, including room tours. Overall, I've had many great experiences staying at JR East hotels in Japan, and this one is no exception. Highly recommended.

I don't think you should expect a bath. The cabin is colder than expected, so be careful in the winter! There is one summer futon. Blankets are available for rental, but they run out quickly, so be sure to get one early! But the location is good and the staff are nice, so I'm glad I stayed there!

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Check-in is done using a machine, which can be a bit challenging at first. You need to show your passport, and the guest name must match the booking. Once you get through that, the process is actually very quick. The hotel provides complete amenities. Everything is available, so you don’t really need to bring your own skincare or toiletries. Pajamas are also provided, which is very convenient. The room size is good for two people. Not small, not cramped. Everything feels compact and well organized. The bathroom has a bathtub, and the hair dryer works well. There is a washing machine on the 7th floor, which is very helpful, especially if you’re staying longer or traveling with family. The location is very convenient. If you’re traveling with kids, this place is very family friendly and easy to move around without feeling tired. JR and subway access are right there, you just go down to the first floor. The only downside is the cost to Tokyo Station, where a round trip for adults can be around ¥423–569 on JR. There are plenty of food options nearby, from restaurants to Daiso, Donki, malls, and even AEON. Mitsui Outlet Park is also easy to reach, about 20 minutes by JR with a fare of only ¥230. View from room beautiful. You can see sunrise and also sunset. We stayed at 10th floor on the right side. Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel and would happily stay here again.i

If you plan in staying around Narita or want to be near Narita airport, this is a good hotel. Very close to Narita Ekimae station (just one stop from Narita airport). They also provide free shuttle. If you're taking the train, you don't have to worry about your luggage since the train station has escalator and elevator. No heavy lifting needed. Highly recommended!

Another hotel option I’d highly recommend, especially for anyone with an early or late flight from Narita Airport. ✈️🇯🇵 The room was clean and comfortable, and getting there was very easy, just 3 bus stops, and you can walk directly to the hotel. There’s also a FamilyMart nearby, which is super convenient. One of the best things about this hotel is the free shuttle bus service to Narita Airport. 🚌✨ The self-check-in system was also very convenient and easy to use, making the whole arrival process quick and hassle free. Overall, a very convenient and practical choice for a stay near Narita Airport. 💕

Excellent service, diverse facilities (manga display case, massage chair, complimentary drinks, etc.), a wide selection of breakfast options, very convenient location near Chiba Central Station, and spacious rooms. Highly recommended! 👍
